Visiting Buffalo from out of state and got a flat tire. They dropped everything to help us find a new tire that was out of stock at several other tire shops. Drove my husband to pick up the tire and had it replaced not only same day, but within the hour. Excellent customer service and very friendly even with us wearing cowboys jerseys! Made it out in time to make it to tailgate and the game!

Originally had an appointment at the Hamburg camp road location for an inspection, but when I got there they told me they didn’t have an inspector come in (never called to let me know and I had taken time off work to get it done). The manager told me to go to the Ridge road location in West Seneca and they were wonderful! Dale and Allen really took care of me, and got me in and out as quickly as they could. Would definitely recommend this location and will be returning!

Service man at desk was able to complete a NYS inspection on a walk in with no appointment! I couldn't have been any happier since I was running out of time! Thanks again! Very much appreciated!

The Monro on Ridge Road in West Seneca is my go-to place for car repairs! Every staff member I've ever dealt with has Ben professional, courteous, and honest, and I really appreciate that! The appointment feature online is especially helpful.

Called and asked for a quote to have 2 tires mounted and BALANCED for $53 for both tires and a patch for a 3rd tire and we asked for an inspection as well which woukd bring the total up to about $75. Go to the place today and they do their job and we were like ok cool. Went to go pay and was told the total was now $153. They intentionally neglected to notify us that it would be $20 for EACH TIRE to be balanced. They knew damn well if they had told us that we would have never went in the first place. Talk about false advertisement. You guys will never get another penny from me or anyone else i know.

You think that for 1 minute I'd give these crooks $659 dollars for front pads on a car with a total of 29,000 miles? Shame on them

Excellent service! These guys really care about their customers. They stayed an hour late to change my tire when the tire that needed replacing had a belt shift in my tire.meaning my tire was very close to exploding! Now I have a 17 month old baby and I voiced that, so we told my boyfriend to go get 2 tires of my specific tire size. Since I have a Fiat 500x my tire size is not common and they didn't have it in stock which is ok, most shops don't. I usually have to order them. Larry and John waited for my boyfriend to bring my tires and then fixed my car for me, and I cannot appreciate that enough for my family and also for my own safety! Thank you Monroe! I'll be coming here for any car needs that I need that you provide as service from now on!

Larry was incredibly accommodating even while they were short staffed. I had oil changed, tire fixed and inspection done as a walk in on a Sunday

I had a quick oil change there and went to Delaware from Buffalo, all the way to Delaware i saw my oil lights on but i ignored it cuz i know i just had an oil change, when i came back to buffalo and park in my house i saw oil under the car and realized they forgot to cover the oil, i was driving back and forth with oil splashing the engine and to the hood, o bought and oil and drive to their shop, they just sprayed degreaser, i payed right amount but it was a nightmare and bad service

Every time I've been to this shop I've walked away very happy with the knowledgeable advice, great service and reasonable prices.

The manager was courteous and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The inspection was free and he explained all my options and gave me good advice. He did not try to find extra services for me. I decided to have the work done. He took care of it immediately and I was out and satisfied in an hours time. I recommend this place as honest and does good work.

I had an excellent experience here. I recently went for an alignment. I made an appointment and had no wait when I arrived.
Larry and Mike were great guys. They treated me with respect and showed me exactly what the issue was. The work speaks for itself, my vehicle noticeably drives straighter and my highway driving is smoother. I'll certainly be returning to Larry and Mike again the next time I need work done!

This location is AMAZING! So helpful and friendly because another Monro location had messed up a $597 job, I had to come to this location and I'm so happy I did! I will never take my vehicle to another Monro besides this location!

I stopped at Monroe hoping they would be able to look at my car. I had a rattling noise and couldn’t get into the dealer to have it looked at. Larry went above and beyond, not only to look at it but he also fixed the problem. He showed me exactly what it was and took the time to help me. Places need more employees like him! Mike and Larry explained how the brakes work and wear and tear on the system. Go to a place that takes pride in there work and honest with there customers. They were GREAT! I’m from out of state and needed a new battery for my truck and they got me in and out in no time.

I highly recommend this shop. Larry is the best and fixed my car in quick time. The repair was less expensive then what I thought it would be which was good being on senior budget. Definitely will recommend and will go back!

Excellent service from Mike and Larry today as always. Needed my inspection done and an oil change. I also spoke to them about needing to have the muffler replaced soon. They checked it out and came back to inform me it would need to be done soon. So everything was taken care of today. Thank you Mike and Larry for being up front with me and not taking advantage me. I've been here a few times. Mike is always nice and the rest of the gentlemen are helpful. They identified a major issue with my frame and, although they could not fix it there, they recommended a place for me to go instead of just saying too bad so sad. Thank you guys!

I always go to this location because the staff is phenomenal. I was in and out in 15 minutes for an inspection. They are SO friendly and SOOO helpful. They are honest and educated. I highly recommend mondo on ridge road!

I had my muffler fixed and an alignment done today. Mike & Larry couldn't of been any nicer and explained everything before the work was done and test drove it when it was finished.i am very satisfied and would recommend this place very highly.its so nice to have someone very friendly and who cares about the customer and their work.thank you guys.

Dishonest Service: I brought my car in for a muffler estimate. The manager and mechanic worked on the estimate for a while, then he handed a piece of paper on it for about $1,200. He said he had the parts in stock and could do it right away! I told him I would go home and think about it, then he said he could save me $75 on labor costs. So basically, if I agree to his initial estimate I'd be paying $75 more, plus every other customer that accepts their estimates. How was he able to bring the price down $75 by just adding a discount line on the estimate? I left and drove straight to a local muffler place and he did it for $330, same car and same part. This Manager at Monro is ripping people off, by starting estimates high, then adding discounts if the customer haggles or doesn't sign right away. I'll never return.

I came here for NY inspection and ask them to check my breaks, then, they told me I need to change caliper and other unnecessary parts which cost $900, I disagree with it, but they charged me $70 for diagnose fee which is nonsense. I take my car to another store and technician told me my car is fine. Will never come here again, dishonest, greedy, and it sucks

Amazing experience, very quick and super helpful! I went to Monro for an oil change and one of the associates, Larry, actually help meput a bike rack together. Totally didn't have to but offered help anyways. Very appreciative, couldn't recohave wouldput it together without mmendhis help. Went in for a simple alignment and there Mechanic Larry was very helpful in showing me other issues with my car. And told me this was the reason for having aligned so many times. No other shops showed me these issues. Thank you so much guys!

Talked with Larry on the phone to schedule a visit. Larry was very warm and welcoming and able to schedule me in for the next day. Went in for Muffler work and Oil Change.

Larry did a super job of explaining the muffler work needed. Made me feel comfortable about the work. No pressure. Clear upfront explanation. He suggested the oil change as the life span was getting stretched. This is always appreciated. He pointed out some other areas of my vehicle also that may need to be serviced in the future. But with no pressure to complete now. He also worked with me on costs by suggesting some Monro and manufacturers coupons that might be available. Always great to know.

Larry was a true auto mechanic professional. Warm greeting. Upfront and clear. Honest and trustworthy. Looking out for my best interests.

This is the only place I’ll take my vehicle. Larry is very knowledgeable and very respectful from over the phone, to working on the car. Great atmosphere & great work.

Just left that place. Wife went in early morning for what should have been a standard inspection. I maintain all my vehicles and do everything from oil changes up to clutch replacements. She went in and they told her she couldn't pass inspection due to front driver tie rod end and the front right lower control arm needing replaced. Now this job I have done myself in the past and know what it entails and when it needs done. So they pulled off her sticker right there in the shop and told her it wouldn't pass until those are replaced. I work overnights and was asleep when she went in. When I woke up and she told me her inspection turned into a $663 job I was naturally furious. Especially when she told me what they said needed done as it was fine when I last had the car up on her last oil change 3000 miles ago. So I naturally went to go check the parts they pulled off when picking up. The tie rod end they showed me was perfectly fine and the lower control arm would have lasted another 1000 miles at least. In no way should it have been not road worthy. A suggestion to replace said parts would have been all that was needed. Then to add insult to injury, they charged her $110 for a tire alignment even though it is only needed because they did that job! Never go here for even an oil change and certainly never let a woman go alone.

Stopped off at this monro to take care of an alignment on my lifted 4runner and Larry couldn’t of been more helpful. Fair price and the attention to detail was astounding! What a RIP off had 4 tires just mounted cost 32 dollars a tire.was my daughter's car felt like they robbed her. I went back and they did nothing to help me all they say is that's the computer says.avoid at all cost.robbers.

This is not related to service this is related to professionalism and business etiquette. I went there for an interview and automotive technician position. The interview took place as we stood in the garage, not looking at any of paperwork, qualifications or anything to conduct knowledge of me for the position. The supervisor Mike had a terrible attitude, did not seem engaged in the conversation at all for this supposed “interview”. There was no paper work presented or discussed, interview took place standing in their garage, and the supervisor had a terrible attitude. It was all so offsetting from a professional stand point from me as a manager myself, to where I had to actually walk out of the interview because of how unprofessional it was. This was the worst interview I’ve had by far.

Best shop in town mike will get you good prices and larry and brad are some of the best techs in the business. Wouldn't bring ny car anywhere else.

Went to get an estimate for a bad exhaust, they gave me a great price that was in line with other estimates I received, but the best thing is they were able to do it right away. 45 min.later I was on my way. Great Service with a Fair Price

Pricey, yes almost all chain repair shops are. However work was done well and efficiently and the manager seemed to really care about some issues I mentioned. Have been going to this location for 5 years and recommend them.
