Worst service. Told me 7 mins, checked 20 mins in and said 2 mins away and ended up showing up 40 mins later.

Used Mobil Car Service for many years, but ever since Uber, you are lucky if they come at all after a few phone calls. They tell you 5 minutes, but in reality it is 20 - 40, if they come at all. Thought I would support local business, but Uber is superior in every single aspect.

For those of you that don't know, your local cab service also provides a jumpstarts! Don't wait hours for triple A if all you need it a jump cause of a dead battery! Hella cheap too

They are really good especially with old timers who's preferred things simple they are really acurrate and on time and gentle personal they are my new choosen taxi company

Car are not bad but no air conditioning these guys won’t spend the money to make your comfortable at all what shame their goes his tip all the way from ash to knickerbocker ave in the heat

We have a video of one of your workers being an antisemite and treating a Jew like garbage just for being Jewish. Fire him immediately. This is outrageous

Service is horrible. They say to send you a car and the car never arrives. Give you time and never truly is the ETM……. Very sad with the service never uste to be like this

The company is very good, but also the customers when the Drive calls them, they don't come out and they make the drivers waste a lot of time, that's not right with the customers the customers when you call them They have to be waiting outside. I’ve tried to use them 3 times now, The first and second time I called I waited 20 mins when the they said 5 mins, this 3rd and final time I waited 15 mins and just decided paying Uber an extra 20$.

Always telling us 5 mins but it's usually closer to 15. And it sometimes feels like the drivers haven't gotten the destination from the dispatchers. You better double-check, make sure they know where you're going! New York's a busy city, I get it but you gotta give us a realistic and truthful expectation for when your cars will show up. You can't play with people's time like that. On the good side, the drivers are very good, polite, professional and the cars are clean and comfortable.

I recently booked mobile car service for a ride from JFK to Brooklyn. I had a large party and a lot of luggage. I called multiple times and spoke to a guy named Tony who assured me that the car would be big enough for my party. When the car arrived at the airport it only fit half of my party and luggage leaving the rest behind. I spoke to the manager who told me that they would send another car for the rest of my stuff and people, however I would have to pay an additional $45 for the second vehicle. When I booked the service Tony told me that there would be no extra fees. I mentioned this to the manager who told me that Tony is a trainee and no longer works there? (I had called the day before so not sure how Tony was fired within a day or how this was my problem as a customer). Needless to say I had no choice but to pay the extra fee. They are awful at communication and have poor business practices where what they quote you will be inaccurate. Will never use them again and I recommend you save your time and money and look for another business.

Fairly quick response to our call from a nearby restaurant, and the fare was less than what we'd paid another local car service to get us there.

Terrible service and a phone operator that lies about the time of arrival and doesn’t even know what car you should expect

One of the best cab services to use in East Williamsburg, they are always on time and cheaper than urber,

I have been regularly using this car service, in the beginning they delivered upscale service. Unfortunately, all that have changed, every review that says the cars never arrive, the drivers are incompetent, lie and wait every where but in front of your house where there suppose too is all but true. Dispatch needs too seriously fire the careless and unprofessional drivers and hire drivers that actually want to work. Poor service and poor drivers that will make you late to anywhere you have to be on time.

I call this car service often but i won’t anymore. The last time i called which was today they kept me waiting for an hour and every time i called the car was supposedly 10 or 2 minutes away. Then they stopped answering where i waited another 15mins. If i had the option for an uber i would have and i really needed the car. You would think if they didn’t have a car near by they would just say so … but no they just wasted my time and didn’t care.

Dispatcher tells me the car will be downstairs in 10 min i will receive a call when they get there call again same car will be there in 3 min called back no one answers and the cab never came ended up getting picked up by a friend after almost an hour wait bad service

Quick, prompt service, clean and well ventilated, courtesy and and fair fare, got to destination at a timely manner.

Excelent service. Drivers on time. Afordable prices. And the most important taking the proper measures to protect our clients from covid -19.

Great service. Only 24 HR car service you can call and speak to a human being after midnight around the Williamsburg Bridge.

Last night I called for a car at 9: 19. I was told 10 minutes and went downstairs at 9: 27pm. I waited until 9: 31 to call back and was placed on hold for 6 minutes. I hung up and called several other car services and could not reach anyone. I proceeded to call Mobil back 6 times before the dispatch answered and said the car came and I was not outside. Which was false. At 10pm the car finally arrived and the driver adamantly stated he had just arrived to work when he received the call. The dispatcher was accusatory and unapologetic for my half hour wait. Will not use the car service again

Very very disappointing. I love Mobil Car Service and support a family owned business but it’s not okay to make people wait for nothing. I ordered a cab 24 mins ago from this post and was told the wait was less than 8 mins. After several more mins of waiting I called Mobil again but no one is picking up the phone; It goes straight to voicemail.

Mobil if you didn’t have a car available you should of been honest. My poor fiancé was waiting and had to work and would of took an Uber instead.

Mobil please be very transparent that’s all. A car service is suppose to be reliable and you didn’t hit your mark.

Mobil car service is located at the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I have been using their service for a while. This is a family oriented business which helps many immigrant Americans to support their family. Drivers are very friendly with excellent service. When capitalism is destroying many small businesses some small local business like Mobil car service are trying to survive. I personally support small local businesses. Please, help small business owners.

My go to if I need to schedule a ride in advance: airport, train station, especially anything before 9am. On time, clean, cheaper than Uber/Lyft. I order the ride online with my card then tip cash
