First time I ever try lacer hair removal! Staff is so friendly & helpful, they guide you and take their time to explain the process and answer any question you might have. Clean studio & staff sanitizes everything before you go in the room. On your appointment day arrive on time & you can go to the bathroom full of supplies for you to use if you’re not too ready for the appointment. Honestly, best decision I made on picking them! Cannot recommend milan laser enough! From the first consultation Christine Lombardo has been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Christine takes the time to get to know you and answer any questions. I noticed major results after my first treatment and my results continue to get better each time. The appointment goes by very quickly and Phoenix is very friendly and efficient. Love my experience at Milan and can’t wait to get more treatments in the future!

This is my true experience and honest review. Milan is absolutely amazing. Not only are they professional but they CARE. They truly care about your feelings and your concerns and try to help you to the best of there ability. I'm on my 4th visit and I can tell a huge difference. I'm getting my face done and I use to have to shave everyday. Now I have to shave every week to week and a half! And it's only my 4th visit! I cant believe it. I can see about a 75% hair growth difference. This is changing my life and I'm glad I came to Milan!

As for the pain. The thicker the hair the more painful it is, it feels like a rubber band snap but its tolerable. Its over within a few seconds and you know what they say.pain is beauty and its definitely worth it!

I love it here. They have the best deals. Even better after making your monthly payments, you can always come back to do touch ups. Milan uses a cool after feel. So after lasering the machine gives out a cool feeling which helps with pain and it doesn’t hurt.

Every time I come here I am warmly greeted and treated professionally and with care. The clinic is always clean and I am always made to feel as comfortable as possible. Johannah and Alissa at the front were hilarious and made my anxiety of my first treatment disappear at the door. The nurses were amazing. I have had Brittany and Phoenix, and both are extremely comforting and kind. I am already seeing results after my 2nd treatment and can't wait to see even more reduction! I wish I would have started this a long time ago! If you are having any doubts, don't. DO IT NOW!

I’ve been looking into laser hair removal for a while now and decided to bite the bullet and book a consultation. I was greeted by Christine the manager and Alyssa the front desk receptionist who automatically made me feel so welcome. Christine gave me a tour of each room and can I just say that their place is GORGEOUS! Their interior is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. I sat down with Christine and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything to me in full detail about their company, how they work with many doctors to make sure the technology is safe for their clients. They only have nurses who do the treatments which I was very comforted by. Christine explained what to do before and after sessions and she was very transparent about the payment options they offer: either paying in full or in payment plans interest free. They had a cancellation the day I went and I was able to get my first treatment on my lip and underarms and it didn’t hurt at all. I was treated by Melissa who is a traveling nurse and she was fantastic. Very personable and since she’s a travel nurse she told me her experiences at different Milan locations she’s worked at. Overall, my experience was awesome. They have a great staff. They answer any questions you have and they are very transparent which I do appreciate. Looking forward to my next session!

Christine Lombardo meticulously went through their services and procedures so I knew exactly what to expect. They take their time to answer any questions that may arise prior to signing up and are extremely accommodating with their appointments.
