Had muffler replaced 3 times in the last 18 months. Each time I brought it in to be replaced (lifetime guarantee) I was charged for the installation.
I could understand if the muffler failed after 5 years or so but to have to pay for the installation of 3 mufflers in 18 months is a crime

Stopped in for a leaky valve stem. Took us in right away. They were very pleasant and very prompt.we are very satisfied.

I called to have tire checked and inquired if they did state inspections. Got an appt within the hour to get tire fixed. Once done (no cost) they inquired if I wanted my state inspection done so as not to have to come back.

Great place to get your tire fixed they do it for free and never complain or try to sell you anything.

Always go to them for inspections and tire issues. Never had them try to sell me anything, or preform unnecessary services. Always fast and great service, my last service was to put on snow tires. During their courtesy inspection, they found chipmunk nests/food in the air filter. Replaced the air filter, cleaned the air box and also replaced the cabin filter. Glad they do a courtesy inspection, wouldn’t of noticed that until it was time to clean the filter

Good place to meet and hang out with friends. Great food, and you can bring your own wine add beer.

Terrible customer services from district manager and corporate. Got hung up on by both cause they didn't want to hear my complaint and never received a call back to try to help. I was not disrespectful nor rude when I called either and was treated poorly.

I emailed about how much would it cost to have my tire fixed. They immediately emailed me back with estimate and asked if I'd like an appointment. I had an appointment within an hour. They fixed my tire within a half hour and Mike was who helped me. I've never been to a Midas but I will now be a repeat customer.
