This is my favorite nail Salon! I been getting my nails done here for years now and Mitchell is always the nicest and very friendly towards everyone! I would definitely recommend this place

Took advantage of my disabled adult son by charging him a $15 tip on a $13 manicure. He had been going there for years.
We noticed this was done several times.
Called the owner to explain and see if she would be understanding. Maybe give a credit or someother accommodation. Got the opposite - rude, nasty and arrogant.
Would not go here again!

I have been going to Michelle’s plus beauty spa, I just absolutely love getting my nails done, on occasion I get my paws and claws done up, the experience is amazing!

I adore Michelle's wonderful and friendly atmosphere.
Michelle's has always been kind to me and my daughter who has Autism.
I usually get a regular manicure and pedicure. The nail technicians respect my gentle suggestions on how I want my services to happen.ie: I don't want my cuticles cut, and they are happy to abide when I speak with them in a kind and respectful manner.
I always tip 20% or maybe a little bit more.

I've been coming here for a while and Una is great but when attending todays appointment another woman did my nails. She had missed top coat, shape is uneven and bulky. When calling Michelle the owner to see if this could be fixed, she said no because she has other clients and I would have to return the next day, she did not offer any other options but to accommodate their time instead of the customer. She did not represent her company in a professional matter and I'm highly disappointed.

The salon was extremely expensive and one top of this there was absolutely no heat throughout and from what I was told they have this problem daily. I asked my lady if my toenails were dry because after a half hour my feet were on a icelycold floor, I was told I could finally put on my socks only after I got home to a warm apt, took my socks off and all my toes were stuck to the socks. There other things but I'll leave it at that. Just fair warning

I came today to do my eyebrows and have a pedicure. It was my third time coming here. Everything was going great and the location is close to home so super convenient and spa I thought I'd frequent as a recent resident to the area. Overall, the spa is nice and clean, the service and experience was relaxing AT FIRST and I'll even say I'm happy with my pedi BUT when I gave my technician (Lulu) her tip she literally came back to requesting more because of a mandatory 15% minimum. I was off by. 85 cents! I have never been to a nail salon where this was a requirement. Usually a tip is up to the customer based on satisfaction. So I accommodated and gave an extra dollar but not cool. Kind of rude, the way she asked. Definitely hindered the experience. Also the price of all services has increased from a few weeks back, which wasn't even a big deal but asking for more tip money? Management needs to train its people on how to speak to its patrons. I will be going around the block moving forward and I don't think I'll be coming back. They need to learn to handle this better. I've never had someone demand more (not even ask, but demand) for more as I sat there drying my nails. Very uncomfortable and it was done in front of another patron. Not professional.

Terrible service. One of the worst pedicures I’ve gotten in a while. Then the man demanded a tip. Go around the corner, any place on Mamaroneck ave. Is better.

Got my pedicure done at Michelle's nail salon today with no wait and Jenny did my pedi and did a great job. However i did ask her to cut more of my Cuticles. Which she did with know problems.

This was hands down the WORST pedicure experience I have ever had in my life! An older Spanish woman did my pedicure and was extremely rough, she caused an infection in both of my big toes. DO NOT go there, EVER! I think I am going to bring a lawsuit again them for pain, suffering and damage they caused. Be aware people! All I wanted was my toes to look nice and now they look like this…see picture.

I’ve been going to Michelle for about 8 years now. I was a Jersey resident and now a CT resident and still make my way to Michelle’s. Leo is amazing when it comes to handling my nails and Jenny with my Pedicures and waxes (hands down they are great)

Had appointment for 2 people. Showed up 5 minutes early and they had us wait outside for them to eat lunch for over 15 minutes. My friend waited over 45 minutes before leaving. Owner didn't care and was rude and didn't even apologize. Didn't do 2 coats and chipped after a couple days for gel. Gave lower price at first. When going to pay, they changed price and wouldn't honor original price. Don't go. Terrible experience

I love this salon. Leo is my nail tech, he takes his time and my nails come out perfect ALWAYS. Michelle is also very sweet, she remembers her clients and goes the extra mile for you to feel comfortable and seen.

I have been going to Michelle’s spa for about 5 years. Michelle (Owner) is very kind and asks you questions to makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. There are some very good technicians who will take their time to complete your services. I RECOMMEND always making an appointment or walk in early.

The lady who did my nails and feet was real unprofessional. She was just nasty. I will never go back to them again

Local place for inexpensive mani/pedi. Knowledgeable pleasant staff but very rude owner. Relatively clean space. Walk-ins OK but will have to wait a long time. Appointments are reccomended but still prepare to wait. The place had gone down hill over the years as well as the owner's attitude sadly.

This place depends who you go to. There’s 3 people here who do a good job. The owner is nice but when u call for appointments she doesn’t even write you down so if u come in for a appointment she will be like you don’t have an appointment. She kinda is all over the place lol.but some technicians do an amazing job for a fill in with gel for $35 it’s a bargain
