My husband and I recently purchased a new camper from the Bath, NY location and had the absolute best experience! Our salesman, Brandon Banks, was very patient and extremely professional. He did not pressure us or rush us through the process, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition, the delivery service exceeded our expectations. The driver delivered our new camper to our seasonal campsite and assisted my husband in setting and leveling the camper on our site. We were impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend Meyers RV.

We are very disappointed with the service department. On 9/12/22 they were supposed to order a new faucet and outlet for our storage compartment both of which were broken when we picked up the unit from Caledonia. We still have yet to receive In addition we recently have contacted them 3 times leaving 3 messages asking for a return call because our hot water tank is broken and we still have yet to get ANY response! We have only had it 2 yrs and purchased the extended warranty but yet all that money spent and we can’t even get it fixed! We were forced to purchase a new hot water tank out right because we have trips planned. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone since they relocated from churchville. They are absolutely terrible. There are several other issues we have had but I’m saving them for when I contact the BBB. I am fed up this is terrible service Do not use Meyers RV unless you plan on fixing your RV yourself. The saga continues we drove an hour to the store to speak to someone and we sat down with Rob C sales manager and reviewed all our issues and lack of response from the service manager. Rob assured us he would get our unit fixed and returned in time for our time in addition to he would stay in touch with us regarding the progress. Once again Meyers RV fell silent. We did get our unit back but without all the repairs completed and we also got a surprise…. They broke the bathroom door handle and dented the molding but NEVER thought for 1 second they should i form us that they broke it! We are so over this company they can not live up to their end of the service contract. Attorney General is our next step. Enough is enough with this company

Purchased our trailer and wanted to pay cash. Have had nothing but trouble since using their fiance group. The paper work was a mess. The addresses were screwed up so bank payments never received. We had to track this down by our self with out any help from people who cause it.
Floor was damaged prior to purchase and was to be repair before pick up. Had to have repair man come to house because it was not addressed in the shop.

And now we have a lump payment that they set up lost in the mail cause we could not make it in person. I doubt that I would deal with them again.

Spoke to chad. Discussed an RV. Chad told me as I was coming up the next day he would hold it. Asked if I had to put a deposit down. Chad said no. Would do financing at time of visit. I moved around my work schedule to accommodate visit as driving up an hour. Chad texts me and told me he sold the rv he was holding for me. Would NOT recommend Meyers RV. Terrible customer service. Check reviews as you will note the same

We dealt with the sales associate Karen. Great woman and is very down to earth. Got our camper on the 16th of April and had a few issues but overall good experience.

Very nice RV center, with a good selection of RVs. Our sales representative Ryan was attentive, courteous and easy to deal with. Didn't have quite what we were looking for but we'll be back.

My husband and I came in today 4/10/2021, just to look at campers, our sales representative Shyhan was Awesome, she showed us alot of campers that would fit our families needs. We did end up purchasing one today because everyone we had contact with was super friendly our finace guy Adam was great to he worked with us and got us all set to pick up our camper. I would and will go there again! Thank you to Shyhan, Mike and Adam!

4/10/2021 - We went in today to check out campers for our family. We were introduced to Shyhan a sales rep who met with us an asked a few questions. She was absolutely great down to earth an personable. She took us all over the lot showing all kinds of units. Shyhan answered our questions and made us feel welcome with no pressure at all. Very satisfied with everyone we dealt with today!

This happened in the Churchville location. We were shown a few campers and decide to buy the one that was on the showroom floor. We did the finance part of it and when we were finished our sales woman handed us a sold sticker to put on the camper. I have a picture of my wife standing next to the camper with the sold sticker on it. Came back 3 weeks later for our walk through, drop off of our trade in camper and to pick up our new camper. The first thing I noticed when I saw the new one was the wheels were different. I mentioned it to the tech and he said, yeah they might be. WHAT? ! We finished our walk through and looked for our sales lady to discuss this. While doing so we saw the camper we supposedly bought still sitting in the same place on the showroom floor. Our sales lady gets the sales manager (Rob) and I discuss with him that I want the wheels I paid for on the camper I'm picking up. That's what I was shown, that's what I paid for, that's what I want. He then shows me this piece of paper he had with him and said he wasn't going to mention this but starts telling us of all this water damage supposedly done to our trade in camper and how he probably won't even be able to sell it and it will have to go to auction. Me and the wife were shocked and felt horrible because we had no idea. We never had any water issues. Because of this we setteled for a $100 gift card because we had some add ons we wanted to put on. So on the way home my wife gets on there website and sees our trade in camper now for sale. This was a Friday evening and they had it sold by Sunday. That didn't sit right with us because they lied to us about all this water damage. The following Monday we called and talked to a higher up sales manager (Mike), who by the way is your best friend and tells you how he takes care of loyal customers. Before you sign the papers that is. After signing and looking to get a problem resolved he doesn't have the time to talk to you. This was our 3rd and last camper we purchased from them. All the lies, them selling us a camper we didn't even get to look at, them not even telling us this wasnt the camper we were buying. The way they handled everything. I wasn't asking for new wheels, just give me the ones off the floor model. The one you led me to believe I was buying anyway. Buyers just beware.

We took our camper in for a few service issues during the off season. And everyone at Meyers that was involved with our purchase got involved in the repairs as well. The service team is top notch, Rob the sales manager is great as well as Adam our finance manager. No complaints at all and they set us up to enjoy another camping season. Thank you everyone at Meyers!

I just picked up my second travel trailer from Meyer’s today. My first one was just this past spring and was my first. After a season I knew better what I wanted/needed and went to trade it in. Stephanie my sales person is awesome, very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. This was the first time we got to work in person since the first time was in the beginning of Covid. She showed me several units that met the needs of what I wanted. Once I narrowed it down, Rob their Sales Manager went to work to make sure I got a deal that made sense for me and I was happy with. Then Adam in finance finished it up and made sure I got what I needed as well and actually helped me look at things from a perspective I hadn’t thought of. The service area made sure I had everything I asked for and made sure my trailer was perfect before I left.

I can’t say enough good about Meyer’s and their team. Both experiences have been enjoyable and unpressured. Why anyone would go to any other dealer to get a RV is beyond me.

Jack Harper was our salesman at Meyers RV in Churchville. He was our very first experience to any RV ever. We wanted a 20 foot travel trailer, and Jack embraced our vision and showed us all the features that various manufacturers had. Then came the challenge of finding one in this Covid-era, and he did! It was delivered with a dining option that we did not like, and he made it exactly right for us! He gave us a great price, no drama, and the facility has an excellent orientation session for new RVers. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jack and Meyers RV.

Honestly not thrilled about the service with these guys. The sales guy never spoke to me after our initial talk and once it got passed to the business office i never heard from him again. They are not compliant at all with Covid regulations. I literally sat in the business office with the manager and he did not have a mask anywhere in sight. Then when i drove the Trailer away i noticed afterward that all the tanks were left full, doors and things were left open inside of the trailer. Now I simply want to talk to a service rep and i can't because no matter how many messages i leave no one will answer me or call me back.super disappointed after spending so much money with them. Half a mind to call the state on them regarding the covid compliance.
