This store sold me the wrong paint. On the book the name of the paint is horizon blue but when I purchased the paint it didn't match the color on the book. That's false advertising. And when I spoke to the manager she lied and told me that the paint looks purple. I know what color I ordered.
And horizon Blue is not purple. I guess she's color blind. This is the worst customer service i ever had.
And what gets me upset about the manager is that she lied and told me that the paint is purple. This is purple And This is blue See it's a big difference. I don't know how she could call herself a manager you can't even tell me the right color I ordered. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service and a manager that don't even know her colors. I just spent money for no damn reason I work very hard for my money to be getting scammed by this business. I would never buy anything from this company again. This is why I shop online because we have stupid people working in Far Rockaway.

Product arrived as described, easy tracking of the order, easy install, and a couple of follow up emails seeing if I was having any problem with the install.
