I have been working with Rob P for over a decade. Rob has always found me the best deals going for leasing. I finally got out of my lease in December 2023. I was able to purchase my leased car and Rob P.got me a great deal to boot. It was a very merry Christmas for me.
Also, on another note working with John Chipman has been quite a pleasure. He always helpful always make sure I have a loaner car. I have to say Goldens Bridge Mercedes has done right for me for the past 20 years. Thank you

I would like to take a moment, and commend the staff of this dealership. I purchased a used 2018 Infiniti Q 60 red sport all-wheel-drive from them. My salesman‘s name was Dan, he went above and beyond for me, even though I was buying the car sight unseen. When the car was delivered, there were a couple of small issues, that this dealership addressed immediately. Completely to my satisfaction. As someone who has been in the business in and out over the last 20 years, I find this commendable, the dealership will take care of a customer in this manner, for buying a used car off of them. Usually, especially in a dealership for the average cost of a car is over $75,000, used cars can kind of be a second thought. Not so with this dealership. I expressed my concerns to Dan, and to the dealer principal Rey, And his liaison Brad, had immediately gotten a hold of me. I spoke with Brad through emails, voicing my concerns, and they addressed every single one of them. I would definitely recommend, whether you’re shopping online, or in the area, to not overlook this dealership. Their entire staff that I dealt with, addressed every concern I had, and assured me, that any issues I had would be taken care of. A lot of businesses today, don’t really go above and beyond for people, due to the lack of staff, or whatever the reason may be, but it has been my experience, that not everywhere treats you the same. I was looking for a specific car, this dealership had one exactly like I wanted. Price negotiation even for this day and age, was excellent, when I asked Dan to go out and take pictures, and to FaceTime me, for the car, for any concerns I may have had, as well as it getting loaded onto the truck to be delivered to me, he was right there. Being that this is a used car, I can’t rate the dealership on sales the same way I would is if it were a new car, so I hope that this serves, As what would be a perfect 10, or a five star review. A huge thank you to everyone that I was involved with, for taking care of me in a timely manner, and I would Most definitely recommend this dealership, for your next Mercedes purchase, or even used car purchase, if they have what you’re looking for. Quality like this in people, and at car dealerships is rarely seen. Thank you again so much!

Seriously disappointed with how I was treated by the salesman Victor. I reached out to this Mercedes Benz on Saturday June 18th via website regarding a car that I had been searching all over the United States for and finally came across one at this particular location. Great Right? So, Victor called me and advised me that the car was available and I asked if he could send me more pics and a video (since I live out of state). He emailed me videos, pic, and the buyers sheet in a timely manner. Once I seen the car I knew immediately that I wanted to purchase it. I received an email from Victor stating that I would need to put a deposit down to keep me from loosing the car to someone else. I was perfectly okay with this and emailed him back to advised him that I was “READY TO BUY”. Victor did not respond to me email so I made several attempts to call him so I could put a deposit down. Victor never responded to my email or called me as I requested urgently knowing that the vehicle I was interested in was a rare find. I thought maybe I would get a response back the next day Sunday since Victor knew I wanted to pay my deposit. (WRONG) I finally received an email from Victor this Monday morning stating that a customer came in this morning and bought the car. I was sooooooooooooo freaking livid because I had just talked to this man Saturday and was ready to do whatever necessary to get this car all to be told he had sold it to someone else. I am extremely frustrated how unprofessional this whole situation was. He advised me that he would let me know if something else similar comes through but at this point He didn’t even care to help me the purchase the one I so desperately wanted so I definitely wouldn’t rely on him to find another one for me to purchase. I hope no one else has to encounter such a horrible buying experience at this Mercedes Benz location. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I had a great experience working with Valon who has been very kind and patient to get a deal closed for me on a certified GLC 2020 model. The car came with great features and is fairly priced.

I just purchased a GLC 300 this past weekend and worked with Victor. I am not one to write reviews but I do believe there is value in sharing an experience in an industry that can be quite difficult to navigate.

Victor was extremely polite, respectful of my time, knowledgeable and most importantly efficient. I was on a major time crunch and he moved at my pace needed, handled the heavy lifting and made the transaction happen in 24 hours. Truly seamless.

I highly recommend heading to this dealership the entire staff was great and would ask for Victor as experience trumps all. Been in the industry for over 15 years and it showed. Customer for life.

I have purchased several cars at Goldens bridge going back to when it was estate motors in 1991. I have always serviced them here and have been very satisfied with my rep Bill Thompson. Around the time of the change of ownership I had a sales rep who didn’t follow through with a deal I believed we had made and I went to a competing dealership for the car I wanted in 2017.

Last Saturday I was driving by and stopped in to see what might be in the inventory and just happened to meet a sales rep Victor Varga. I felt comfortable talking with him and he gave me the keys to a certified pre owned vehicle and told me to drive it around. I brought it down the road to show my family and came back, negotiated a price and bought it on the spot. Fair dealing, no pressure and a simple stress free transaction.

The same cars are available at multiple dealerships but I won’t purchase if I don’t like s sales rep. I am very pleased to have met Victor and not only recommend him but also am looking forward to my next (my 6th Mercedes) purchase from him when the chip shortage has ended and it is easier to spec out and build the new one I have been in the market for.

These guys are my heros. When the Mercedes of Danbury (where I purchased my car) couldn't make time to change out a simple tire over the weekend, making excuses about paperwork needing the be done on Monday since I have the wheel and tire protection (which I paid extra), these guys took me in immediately. Nick was especially courteous, caring and kind. Absolutely wonderful customer service. When my lease is up, guess which dealership I will now consider buying my next vehicle? Great job!

We had the absolute best experience working with Victor Varga at Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. I had put off replacing my GMC for ten years because I dread the car buying experience. Luckily, Victor greeted us with a smile and an easy demeanor when we stopped in here. His encyclopedic knowledge of the vehicles on offer, his honest assessment of market conditions, and his no pressure approach made the decision to buy my new vehicle stress free and, frankly, joyful. We recently purchased a new vehicle from MB GB - couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience. Kevin was the best - easy, friendly, laid back - everything you'd want in a salesman when you're looking for a new car. The whole team was fantastic - they gave us a loaner while we waited on our vehicle to arrive from another dealership, no questions asked. The financing paperwork was quick and simple and everything was clear as a bell. Rey, the GM, clearly runs a great operation and we'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership in May The sales person promised to replace a broken cup holder in the vehicle. Over three months later the cup holder has not been replaced. I have tried working with the sales person with no results. Left a voice mail for the sales manager and never got a response. A rep from the service department told me a month ago he would handle the matter. I still haven't heard back from him. I emailed the dealership manager a week ago and never received a response from him. I would recommend anybody looking for a MB, look elsewhere. Very disappointing and not what I've come to expect from MB

Last week the manager emailed me and said I would have the part sent to my home and should receive it in a couple days. I still have not received it

Thank you for responding. I will contact you but I think it's clear that you could assist me by having somebody at your dealership follow through on what they promised. I'm still waiting for the parts to replace the broken cupholder. It has now been nearly four months and every time I have been contacted and promised I will receive the part shortly, I never receive the part or hear from the person again.

JUST PICKED UP A BEAUTIFUL CERTIFIED 2017 GLE 350 4MATIC. THIS DEALERSHIP IS UNBELIEVABLE. IT WAS THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I HAVE BOUGHT CARS OVER 40 YEARS AND I WORK FOR DEALERSHIPS FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND NEVER FELT LIKE THIS EVER. KEVIN STEPHANS THE SALESMEN WHO HELPED US WAS THE BEST. HE SPEND OVER 2 HOURS WITH ME AND MY WIFE GOING OVER EVERY INCH OF THE CAR AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE THREW AT HIM. Jim S.took terrific care of me throughout the buying process, from answering about 100 questions over the course of a couple of weeks, bringing the car to my house for a test drive (with mask on) during the pandemic, making sure I got the best deal available through Mercedes, and spending time walking me through all the features of my E300 on pick-up day. I can't say enough good things about Jim and look forward to reconnecting when I'm there for service, as I refer friends, and when I'm back in the market for another car or SUV.

My husband suggested we reach out to Jose Batista when we returned our Genesis G90 as he worked with him on another car. Jose was careful to understand our needs and lay out the options that would work for us. Service Visit Review

Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge has made purchasing, owning and servicing my Mercedes cars an absolute delight. It is easy to drive in and park with or without an appointment. Spencer is there to greet you and take your keys. Once inside, John Chipman is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and if he is not in, William Thompson, the service advisor that sits near John, is happy to pinch hit for him, even though he knows I am John's customer. If there is any hard to describe issue, John will ask one of the outstanding technicians to take a ride with me to experience the issue first hand. The car is always returned to me clean and ready to enjoy, and the Service Manager will very often make it a point to stop to ask me if everything was done to my satisfaction - and answer is always the same: YES! I never feel rushed or that I am being a burden, and I honestly don't think I could be better treated if I were family or the owner of the place.
