Good customer service. They will fix you up. I didn't really have a choice on my suit this time but it looks like they have a lot of choices.

My wedding is on Saturday and this is what you gave my brother to wear! How dare you for the price paid? Your store won’t even fix this! Or attempt to find any single tuxedo shirt he can buy that will fit him. DO NOT RENT YOUR WEDDING TUXEDOS FROM THIS STORE!

The staff was friendly and the store was very nice.

The major issue here was they could not figure out how to not provide a non qrikled shirt. Showed up to try on the suit two days before the event and needed some small alterations. At that time I noticed the shirt was creased and heavily wrinkled so I pointed it out and they said it would be ready to go the day of. On the day of it hadn't been pressed at all so they took it downstairs to fix. They slightly fixed the wrinkles but it was still pretty bad. Hard to say this is a decent value for $250.

Had the most pleasurable experience getting a suit altered with Angel. He has a keen eye for the fit and was able to make sizeable changes without the removal of fabric, and with a very fast turnaround. Highly recommend seeing him for alterations and custom suits. True artist.

If you got this far reading this by even considering going to mens warehouse youve already made a bad decision.

Rude, condescending, and unhelpful customer service from sales associates here. Walk in and not a single person even acknowledges my existence so I eventually walk up to someone asking where's where I can find the tuxedo shirts only for him to go "There" and just knods in the general direction? Still confused I start looking around only for another associate to come up to me with a very condescending way "Do you even know what a tuxedo shirt looks like? Because you're looking in the wrong section" I almost just walked out right then and there but I stayed for a few min and just left annoyed.won't be going here again.

Just be aware they are very judgmental in that store! Had a very bad morning experience going there. I walked in and was immediately welcomed with stares and I was the one who initiated a greeting. As I was passing the counter 1 lady (in a group of foru employees at the counter) looked me up and down and asked 'can I help you? ' Which I respond with 'yes I was looking for ties. ' She didn't even point me in a direction and instead turned right back to her coworkers and started chatting again. I begin looking through the ties and feel a gentleman just following me. Head towards the back where they have the bow ties and the gentleman sits near me and with a sigh asks me 'what exactly are you looking for? ' Again say ties he asks what color suit I tell him and expect he might help but instead heads downstairs to help a guest who's with another employee. At this point I'm quite annoyed that no one is helping but as I am looking at the shirts another guests walks in and 2 workers immediately jump to his side, walk him to the part of the store he's looking for, offer suggestions, offer to hold his bag while he changes, and even begin chatting him up about his purchase when I all I got were judgmental/prejudicial stares. Annoyed I grad my stuff and head to the register where I am ignored and pushed off to other employees. The other guest though was already pre rung up, welcomed at the counter, asked how he was, and warmly acknowledged as I got nothing from my cashier (since she also seem to be more involved with other customer then me). Was ignored leaving as the other gentleman was told to 'have an amazing day'. 1 store I will NOT be returning to. Was completely uncomfortable with that interaction and has left a disappointing mark on a other wise great store. The morning crew definitely needs to be aware of the way they treat customers and not treat some with more respect then others!

What a total waste of time. They have a policy that you can't try on the folded up dress shirts, only a different/sample shirt of the same type and size. Ok, fine.but the issue, was that they didn't have that exact product available in their sample collection and still weren't willing to make an exception.
Also, after speaking with a sales person, and asking for a different size, they told me that they would go look. I then waited 20 minutes for them to finally come back and tell me that they would now start looking for my shirt size. I then had to wait again for them to return with the requested size.
A very frustrating and time wasting shopping experience. I will not be back.

They have wide variety of formals. Shirts, Pants, Shoe all were available under one roof. Highly recommended. Marsal assisted me. Highly appreciate him. Very helpful.

You would think the suits they have on the internet they would have them in the store. Double-breasted suits they don't have, so you miss out of what you want.

This store has everything my boys need. It's nice, clean, tidy, and excellent service. The people who work here always help with all our doubts or questions about sizes, styles, and colors. I really recommend this place. It has suits, shirts, and ties for important occasions and for just for a walk during the day, it also has a section for children. Offers, prices, and models with which you will be satisfied

Terrible staff who were not helpful in the least bit and even to the point of rude. Left and walked to Joseph A bank next door and had a wonderful experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

I’m blown away by the costumer service at this location. The manager assisted me in every way imaginable. To making sure my suit fit, to answering all of my questions regarding my aboard stay and how thing would work in returning my suit, to my confusions regarding payment.

I am grateful that I choose this location to pick up my suit. I highly recommend this Men’s Wearhouse - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Experience I’ve ever had at a clothing store - at judging by other reviews I’m not the only one. I went in with my dad to look for shirts and dress pants, and was not greeted or helped by anyone. After asking where they had chinos, a younger employee said he didn’t know… whatever, I found them and tried them on. The dressing rooms were a disaster - you can tell no one cleans them because there were clothes, pins and needles all over the floor. Next, and the icing on the cake, I asked to try on a long-sleeve button down, and the manager lady said I wasn’t allowed to try on long-sleeve, only short sleeve? She definitely should not be in charge of the place as all she was doing was trash talking customers she talked to on the phone. It was baffling to me that a place specializing in business attire had zero respect and customer service. And then they act surprised why everyone turns to Amazon… What an actual joke of an establishment. I took my business to Amazon just like everyone else.

Great experience. Angel was a huge help getting me the best suit, the man knows his stuff.

Never been treated with more arrogance than the Manager of 360 Madisonave. If you do sell or rent out products take a course for costumer service. We had to take a tux for pressing because we just took it with us being in a hurry (who isn't in New York) and the only thing I asked for was 20 a 20 refund for pressing. We already called the same day, Explaining we had no time to come back. And still the Manager starts laughing and saying he can't do anything afterwards. He could do pressing at 360 Madison or even in BROOKLYN.
Too bad, I won't set foot here anymore.

Zero service on a weekday during work hours. Place is empty and employees couldnt be bothered. Im in a collared button down with chinos not like Im in a tshirt and shorts where they might feel they arent getting a sale.

I walked in to get fitted for a tux. I got pawned off to a few associates over a 5 minute timeframe before being told to scan their QR code. I was sixth on line. After 30 minutes, and a few friendly check ins with staff, I was still sixth on line. Had to leave. Will go to a different one.

I don’t post much… I have to say something because judging by the fact that I left today feeling disrespected, rushed, not confident and not valued, I’m going to write a review. Understandably, the entire place was busy, (I assume because it’s prom season) so upon arrival of picking up my suit, I patiently waited to pick up my suit. After someone abruptly told me where to go, I headed downstairs and waited to receive my suit. I waited and eventually a man came down and stated that they were understaffed and apologized (kind of) … all good from that point, I get it. Once someone eventually acknowledged me, i eventually went to try on my fit… the suit looks battered, stained and worn 100 times… when I came out, I felt like I was wearing my grandpas old school suit that he wore to my christening. The pants felt borderline like bell bottoms and the actual SECOND I mentioned that the fit seemed wrong, a tall man loudly said, “THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THAT”… and the person helping me said, robotically, “you look really great” and quickly ushered me to back to remove my clothing so I can leave. Once I came out of my room, that same man was appealing to a younger, more fit gentleman as their parents looked in awe (glad they had a better experience). I don’t come here at all.not since I was in my own prom and I wouldn’t have chosen this place if the wedding party didn’t choose it, but the vibe so so off.it felt like I was at the McDonalds of rental suits. Now I will attend my event feeling goofy in old fabric that feels like a hand-me-down. As a hardworking person who respects customers at all costs, this really upset me today.

Terrible service on 2 occasions so I will not be going back. The First suit purchased was altered in the store, even after waiting 2 weeks, the measurement was off and I had a meeting that I planned to use it for, so I couldn’t go back and forth with them and kept it. The second occasion was a tux, bought it off the rack with zero alterations and it turned out not to be the right fit once worn completely with a shirt at home. Asked to return it, knowing that they can’t alter to my fit, and they started arguing with me that it had worn when it wasn’t and the tags were there and so I left with it, disappointed and never to return.

Also, the return policy is very disingenuous. They do not inform you that it’s up to the manager’s discretion on whether to accept a return or not.

Also Also, they sell dirty white shirts. Like someone dirty wore them and they folded it and sold to the next person. I fell victim and I kept it.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. A great help for someone like me that rarely buys suits. They have everything and recommend them highly.

Fast same day service. I needed to be on a flight later that day and the tailor took car of me on the spot. Great service! I'll be coming here again!

Neteniel (Sp?) (Ned) was beyond incredible. Professional and knew his stuff. Best MW around by far.
