I live right next door to their new site on Lexington, so of course I had to try them. Even though my vision is not as good as it used to be, I.an still do a better job than they did! And they spoke to each other in their language the whole time.very rude!
Be aware that almost all of the really good reviews seem to be from a few years ago when they were on 56th St. They may have changed hands since then!

I used to trust this place with my eyebrows. But every time I have walked out of there my eyebrows look exactly the same as when I walked in. There is a woman who is always there and looks like she could care less about doing a decent job - let alone a good job. I have stopped going here. And advise everyone else to do the same.

I've been here a few times and on my last two visits I got a very painful burn on my eyelid. The first time I figured it was a fluke but on the return visit I told them to be very careful and still got a burn, never again.

Do not get your lashes done here. They have no idea what they are doing. They just glued all my eye lashes together. My eyes were burning where they glue was touching my lids and lashes falling in my eyes. My lashes looked great before I got here, I just needed a fill. The person working on my eyes could not fix what they did and left me there. This ruined the rest of my trip and I genuinely don’t appreciate the loss I’m experiencing due to the huge waste of time this was. It doesn’t even matter I wasn’t charged, I out so much more since I’m here from out of town. I have to walk around with lashes patchy and falling out or spend the rest of the night fixing them… The tech who worked on my lashes claimed to be certified but refused to tell me where from. If you don’t have the experience level necessary to complete a certain service, don’t do it. People pay you for a service you advertise, the tech working on me didn’t seem to know the difference in the services offered.classic, hybrid, volume I’m not sure how to not take this circumstance personally. Everything that was done here will need to be removed and a full set put in instead of a fill. How is someone allowed to just put this on and tell me they can not fix it? Not even an apology. I’m not going to visit my father who has cancer with bald eyelashes. I will never forget this.

I got eyebrow threading and I only needed a clean up. The person completed butchered my eyebrows and thinned it out to the point that it’s barley there. Instead of following the nice arch I had she angled them like sharp triangles. Service was also poor and I think she knew the terrible job done that she didn’t hand me a mirror to make sure it was okay. I highly not recommend this place now.

She burned my underarms with chocolate wax. I now have visible dark patches. When I went back to show them, they denied it was burned

I had the most amazing facial and pedicure at your Beauty shop! I am very fortunate because my friend told me about your wonderful and fast service. The staff who take good care of the facial and pedicure were very professional and friendly. I highly appreciate your work, so I decided to recommend you to everyone! Thanks, guys!

I have to say that everyone has been so helpful and I have felt really comfortable during the facial. After my facial, I was so impressed with how soft and moisturized my face felt. I just wanted to thank your staff and the Beauty shop for being so patient and accommodating at times. Five stars and a high recommendation for you!

Went in for eyebrow threading which is usually good, however I added a full face waxing / threading. The lady ended up scarring my face, I broke out and now have hyperpigmentation spots from the acne and irritation. Beware, this place probably uses old wax - whatever they did screwed up my skin. I don’t think the esthetician’s working are licensed and if they are they aren’t very good.
