Honest evaluation which is the most important factor. Very short wait time which is second most important factor. Third most important factor is the demeanor of the staff and doctor.which was fantastic. Pleasant, helpful and even friendly. Five stars across the board. Couldn't possibly have been more satisfied.and I was lucky enough to not have any serious problems. I can only imagine how much more important those factors would become if there was something serious that I had to deal with. Very thankful that I chose Dr. Penzi's office.
