Wonderful staff and help. Oiled the chainsaw before I left and I'm a satisfied customer. Got the cs-2511T-12 Echo. Nice model

Bought an Echo X PB-2620 blower. It was an open box and the woman (did not catch her name) assured me it was brand new and complete. I purchased it and never looked back. Echo 2620 is the top of the line hand blower and it's perfect and powerful for home use. Starts right away. You just have to let it warm up before full throttle can be achieved. They even filled the tank before I left. That was a nice touch on their behalf. I know it's only a few OZ's of fuel but it's the thought that counts. I will purchase from Maxwell again.

Amazing and so, so kind. Christine was so nice and understanding. I was really in a bind with a busted generator. She was reassuring and got the generator working in record time. A customer for life.
