The nicest and most helpful people I have seen in a long, long time. I was on the way to college and blew out my back tire, waited hours for a tow truck and waited until 3 am to get a hotel. These guys were nothing but helpful first thing in the morning to change the tire and get me back on the road. 11/10 Stars for me and so great full.

JD and his team came in clutch when I needed my front left tire fixed while the whole towns tire shop was packed; they fixed my tire, balanced it at no cost. Truly a day saver! I really appreciate everyone in this team; definitely the go to place when u needed your tires checked

Went there for a NYS inspection, they couldn’t get me in but JD helped me schedule one at a nearby Mavis the next day.

My son and I took his car over today that needed a tire plugged before he went off to college. JD was extremely kind and attentive to our need. He took care of us right away, and was very helpful about the condition of my sons tires. I will definitely be going back to him in the future. It's nice to see that there is still great service out there.

We were there yesterday and JD saved us! We were in town dropping our son off at school, as we were leaving our hotel, my husband found a nail in our tire. We called/visited 4 other shops and none were available. JD personally pulled us in, plugged the hole, and had us on our way in 30 min. Highly recommend!

As usual, I ran to Mavis to ask for help. I had a screw in my tire. JD was very welcoming. Madison took control, removed the screw and had me on my way to finish my errands in less than 15 mins.

Mavis is a miracle worker! I got a nail in my driver rear tire and they quickly and correctly got it sealed for me. JD is absolutely awesome as well. Thank you guys!

JD was very friendly. Had a nail in a tire that was borderline on the edge of the tire and might have had to be replaced. He said he'd try to plug it but no guarantees. Other places immediately said we had to change the tire. Thankfully JD was willing to check because it turned out to be a tiny screw that didn't even puncture the tire. So he gave us some air and sent us on our way. Thanks JD!

I had hit something on the expressway and the tire was losing air fast. We found ourselves at Mavis Tire on Henrietta Blvd.and they immediately helped us get our tire plugged. I had a nail in my tire and I’ve tried getting it plugged at different places all week. Nobody answered their phone or they were all too “short staffed”. I came to Mavis this morning and they got me right in and fixed my tire. They took care of my tire quickly and were all very polite. If you need a tire (or one fixed) visit this place!

JD was very helpful in checking tire pressure. He did put right pressure on each tire. He gave good advice on what could be the problem with low pressure on TPMS monitor may be a problem.

JD customer service was beyond excellent! I brought my SUV in due to a nail in my tire. JD’s smile and great communication skills ensured my husband and I that Mavis would solve the matter expeditiously. I must say it exceeded our expectation. Kudos to JD! He # 1 at great customer service!
