Mavis Discount Tire

This location use to be great, but the workers there now are incompetent. I had a noise coming from my front passenger wheel area, and went there twice to have them figure it out. They told me it was my real wheel bearing, I paid almost $1000 for them to replace it…and the noise was still there. I went someplace else and it was just my front rotors.

They told me they checked everything but they clearly didn’t.

I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. Don’t go here if you actually want your car repaired.

Finally found a great spot to come get my truck taken care of. I feel I’m not being
lied to or taken advantage of when i stop in.

They’re very knowledgeable, friendly and have great prices! I came here for new tires and brakes & Rotors and really satisfied with the job and service. Most definitely recommend!

One of those situations where if you could give more stars you would. All the stars. Their team took care of two vehicles for me and went above and beyond.
Tony and Eddie can drive stick, so that was nice when not everywhere has a mechanic on deck that can anymore. I purchased the tires for this vehicle through them and couldn't be happier with the product's quality and handling. My other vehicle is a 1977 that for which the rim size and tires (8.75R16.5) are no longer readily accessible. Other tire places were very condensing when I told them the size even saying they don't exist. Vince and Eddie had the knowledge and layed out my options, though their company does not sell. 5 tires any longer either. After aquiring them they were kind to change them out for me when every other place contacted in town wasn't willing to. They really saved my day. They went above and beyond.
This was a process they had all the patients and advice for. Ougnay did the physical tire exchange and though this older style of tire doesn't have the give the modern ones do, he figured it out and made quick work of a difficult task with a smile. AND to top it all off Tony popped the dent out of my first vehicle's bumper just to do a random act of kindness. Seriously. Blown away by their quality, care, attention to detail, customer service and level of standards. Thanks again Vince, Ougnay, Eddie, Tony and the rest of your team! I really appreciate y'all.

I was greeted by Edward upon my arrival.
Although I knew what my I was going to purchase, I was cautious because some mechanics seem to take a advantage of females. We are at a disadvantage because men know what we do not know. After speaking with Edward I was confident that he could steer me in the right direction… I spent more money then the website displayed, but the staff never made me feel like I was victim. Keep up the great customer service because that’s what keep us customers coming back!

Ed and O are awesome! This is a place you can trust! I am from out of town and my car started making noises before a long drive home. These guys fit me in and discovered the last dealership I went to didn’t tighten my lug nuts properly and 3 of my tires were loose enough to almost fall off. Ed and O helped me figure out what the problem was, and got it fixed quickly. They saved me from being stranded on the side of the road somewhere, and likely saved my life by fixing the issue before I lost a tire on a busy highway. Everyone was polite, kind, and so helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Ed was a great guy that helped me out tremendously when purchasing some new tires for my car. He was friendly and make the entire experience quick and painless which is everything I could’ve asked for!
