Mavis Discount Tire

I have been leasing for years and never had the need for a service station - always went back to the dealer. Those days are over. A friend referred me to Mavis. I am so glad I chose the Cold Spring location. Anthony is definitely an expert in his field. No more stressing over car repairs!

I was able to bring my car in for a patched leak in my tire without an appointment and they took me right away. One of the mechanics, Justin, was also able to find a couple concerns that my car needed pretty soon without pressuring me to get it fixed on the spot. These guys are great and I’ll be returning in the future.

I never write reviews, but Anthony provided such excellent service that I had to make an exception. He was thoughtful, positive, and a just an all around great presence at the store.

I called this store on Sunday morning with a flat tire emergency. I always hate to call auto shops and ask for a service because it's always a pretty rude experience and I am a woman who is scared over getting overcharged. However, Anthony answered the phone happily, told me to come in and they would do everything they could to help me, as I am not very knowledgeable about tires. We came in and they took the truck into the shop immediately. Anthony was very kind throughout the whole experience. It took about an hour and we got a huge discount. Anthony even took his spare time to buff my headlights for fun and free of charge. I will recommend this place for the rest of my life! Thank you to all of the employees for your quick, helpful, and kind service!

Mavis team went above and beyond to get two new tires on, rotate all wheels and get me to a job interview in record time. It was like an F-1 pit crew!

Love this location because the staff are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I call they get me in quickly or are able to accommodate my weird schedule when trying to fit service around my work schedules which has been an issue at other shops. They even helped fix my splash guard thingy that was dragging on the road lol.

Christina was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and directed me on how to fix my vehicle. I felt very comfortable going here, especially with Christina in charge. Mavis has a great one!

Avoid at all cost - I have been a customer at this location for well over 5 years. Today will be my last visit. This location suffers from poor management and high employee turn over at both the management and mechanic level. This leading to poor customer service and what can only be constuded as misconduct by its employees who treat their customers as a throw away items. Steer clear of Alica who by this customer's assement the worst offender.

Ralph, Christina and crew at Mavis Cold Spring are top notch.excellent customer service. The techs take their time to explain and show any concerning finds. I will continue to support this location having peace of mind the job is being done well all around!

I can’t say enough good things about the Mavis in Cold Spring. I showed up at closing time with a leaky tire and was greeted with a smile and “How can we help? ” Cristina found the issue right away and Justin had it fixed and ready to go in no time at all. They were both incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you both very much! But Cristina takes the cake, for running out into traffic to return my phone that I had left behind in the store. And I am so glad she did, so that I could now use that phone to write this review. 5 stars across the board! This place is the best!

I started taking my MINI Cooper to Mavis of Spring for basic vehicle maintenance and tires during the latter part of 2022. I've always had peace of mind on my drives to see Christina and The Crew at Mavis. Without exception, every member of The Team at Mavis of Cold Spring has treated me respectfully and professionally with each visit. Beyond my personal experiences, I seen The Mavis of Cold Spring Team engage and treat all their customers in friendly and courteous ways. I say this respectfully: You will not find any B. The staff at cold spring mavis was great. Brandon and Christina were helpful and courteous to my needs on my vehicle.

I have been to the Cold Spring location on multiple occasions, with very positive experiences. This particular Mavis seems to employ some really great staff. I would like to thank Ralph, Christina, and Brandon for being professional and supplying an environment free of deceptive car repairs.
