I have been a customer at mavis Copiague for about 15 years. Frank and Kim are great. Very friendly knowledgeable and professional. They always give me the best possible deal to save me money. Keep up the good work.

My experience at Mavis discount tires was not only simple but an absolute pleasure, the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and do their best to give you not only a deal but the guarantee your needs will be met and taken care of. I’ve come here for oil changes and recently to get new tires and an alignment for my car the services they provide are top notch and everything you want and experience in such a customer and people oriented environment

There was a slight delay receiving my tires but Nelson (store manager) kept me informed. Nelson was professional, polite and helpful.
George was the individual who installed my new tires. He was efficient and polite.
The process was easy from reviewing and purchasing my tires to the install itself. I highly recommended this location.

I’m back at Mavis in Copiague NY with my wife’s flat tire. Frank the manager, Kim assistant manager and Gary their lead mechanic make a great team. They took care of everything that why I pass several tire shops to go there. Again, many thanks and I’ll be back soon for general maintenance on my Lexus.

Not a good place for tires. Unsure of why the miscommunication happened but I was told I have run flats, which I don't.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, frank completely ignored me when i ask him a question then just gave me a mean look, rudest person I dealt with.

Went to this shop saw Frank for many years. Have receipts to prove it.they use inferior parts.brought car in to have tires replaced the team replaced the wrong tires I'm tired nothing but a headache stay away, poor quality And service. We'll never go back

Great location! At the front was Kim and Romell. Kim has always been a pleasure to see and talk to. It was Romell's first day but he seemed to be learning well. Frank is the manager and from him down to Kim and Romell, everyone is always very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The best Mavis location I have ever been too.

Ordered my tires through the website. As soon as my order was complete Frank the manager called me and set up an appointment. Dropped my car off and Frank called me when it was done. Easiest tire appointment ever! Didn't try to up sell any other services. None of typical; you need brakes, wipers, air filters, wipers, etc. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs service.

I went in for a tire plug due to a nail getting in my tire. A few minutes later the mechanic comes out holding my license plate and frame. He said he will fix that too. I asked how it came loose. He said I’ll fix it and walks away. I asked the girl behind the counter she said a kid was playing with my license plate. I said playing with my truck? You let kids play in your shop? She said hold on I’ll get the guy. The guy said when his coworker was pulling my truck into the bay he hit a cone and it ripped my license plate off and the license plate holder cracked. They did fix it and the plug free of charge but I will not be returning there ever.

Frank did great service for my vehicle. There are so many Mavis' Discount Tire near me. This isn't even the closest location but they have the nicest people and get the work done fast. Gave me good discounts, didn't try and sell me things I didn't need and gave me advice. 5 stars is the max but I recommend them 10/10.

Is more than helpful got my car working perfectly and driving perfectly most important Is so much so that I just took my other vehicle in for service to Mavis ask for Frank who get the job done right.

Frank and Chris (the 2 managers that work here) are the best. They are super friendly, polite, professional and honest. I come here for everything from oil changes and annual inspections to my tire needs. They function as my main mechanics. I can't say enough good things about this shop. You won't regret bringing your vehicles here and most of all you will feel confident and comfortable in doing so.

If you need help with your car, go and see FRANK at Mavis! I cannot recommend him enough. I had a punctured tire that couldn't be plugged - it was a shame because they were brand new tires! Frank took care of me and got me the exact same tire for a reasonable price with installation out the door. In two days, the tire was received and installed. Not only was the price more than reasonable, I felt like Frank treated me like he would treat his family members.

All of my cars/SUV’s have been getting the royal treatment at the Mavis in Copiague. I’ve been going there for years and Frank the Manager and Gary the mechanic are excellent. I actually bypass 3 other Mavis locations and 1 STS to go and see Frank. He’s honest and helps the customer any which way he can. Keep in mind that you need to drop off the vehicle early and give the Mavis team time to work on it. You won’t be disappointed! See you soon Frank.

We have been going to this Mavis location for several years and have always had wonderful and professional interactions with the staff. We drive past several other Mavis locations and competitors to come here specifically because Frank, the manager, is always courteous and knowledgeable and provides competitive prices and excellent service. The cars are always ready on time. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to ensure that the repair Is done properly. Their inspections are thorough and have identified small problems before they became big ones on more than one occasion. When my daughter got her first car, I told her to bring the car to frank and Mavis when it needs work. I can’t give it any higher recommendation than that.

Called ahead of time to verify they had tires in stock for my truck which they did. I came during the middle of a snow storm and they were able to take me in right away and had me out the door in less than an hour. Awesome customer service! Would highly recommend this shop!

Kenny at Mavis Discount Tire in Copiague performed an exceptional oil change on my Mercedes CLA 250. He was professional, communicative, and took the time to explain to me the type of oil and filter needed for the best care for my vehicle. Other employees, such as Jamie, were extremely communicative and friendly as well in relaying the progress of my vehicle during wait time. Affordable prices. Exceptional services. I travel from Seaford to this Mavis to have any and all work on my cars.i've been coming here for just about 10 years now. Frank at the front desk is always personable, and gives the best prices for anything you need. Gary is my go-to mechanic. He's always able to figure out what's wrong when needed, and always gives excellent service. I will never go anywhere else while these two men work here.

With covid going on they're doors are locked but if you stand by the door someone will come and talk to you. Good service and normally give as many discounts they can
