I’ve been coming here for years, and have always had a positive experience. They are friendly, accommodating, and always take good care of my car.

They were able to get me in immediately and inspected my car and changed the oil very efficiently

John at the service desk and Tyler the technician were great. I brought my car in for a brake check, rotate and balance the tires. It turns out I only needed the wheels rotated, and that was free. I appreciate the honesty. Thank you.

Not sure where my original review went. My experience is not that great. Had them weld a rim that cracked. They put my donut on half flat and we’re going to make me wait to fill it so I did it myself. The price was a bit high but they got the job done. On the bad side they didn’t put weights in the tire and at highway seed the car shook pretty hard above 50MPH. Had that fixed at another place. Not a great experience. Prices tires there and they were over 200 higher for the same set than Cheshire tire.

I been coming here to bring my car for a while now. The staff are professional and friendly, Rich the manager & JB honest and answer all my questions I needed. The pricing is fair. Great customer service!

Not sure who has worse customer service.this place or Auto Expo. Mavis serviced my new purchases used car from Auto Expo. Horrible service.they destroyed one rim and tried to sneak it by switching with spair rim and did not notify me. They ruined a tire and replaced it with a tire that failed insoection. Don't use them.

Staff are friendly and really know their craft. They always do right by me and have had two great experiences getting tires repaired this year. Thanks guys!

ON FRIDAY 8/5 MY SON BOUGHT 4 NEW TIRES AT ABOUT $1900.00. THE TIRES ALREADY ON HIS TRUCK WERE BEAUTIFUL. HE HAD JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM A GMC DEALERSHIP. THE TIRES WERE IMMACULATE
YOUR LOW-LIFE PEOPLE IN EAST NORTHPOT DID NOT OFFER THEM BACK.
WHEN WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAT TO RETRIVE THEM WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE THROWN ON THE DISCARD PILE & THAT "PIRATES" MUST HAVE GRABBED THEM. AN OBVIOUS LIE. NO ADJUSTMENT TO THE BILL WAS OFFERED. YOU STOLE MY SON'S TIRES AND MADE A UNHOLY PROFIT OFF THEM. YOU ARE LIARS & THIEVES. A DISGRACE. SHAME ON MAVIS. REMOVE THE STAR

Rich at the Mavis in East Northport is amazing. I was visiting from the Philadelphai area and he helped me out with a jam on a Sunday afternoon. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

They fixed 2 flat tires in about an hour. They were very friendly and helpful. When I had to return a couple days later because 1 tire had deflated, they took me immediately and remedied the problem.

Go see eric at the east northport Mavis location, they gave me a great price on breaks and rotors, and got me in and out within 2 hrs, they were very accommodating and answered any questions I had with no problems

This place has a taller mechanic. He slahed my tires, one of the New ones he put on my car.said he wouldn't do a rear alinement; another mech could though. Don't go there he is very shaddy.shoddy.he is a Crack Addicted person!

Eric and Rich are outstanding managers at this location. I highly recommend this location to have your car serviced.they provide you options if needed and treat you the customer with respect. I have never felt they were overcharging and always explain in detail why and what they planned to do before going forward. The entire team is very honest and do great work i have never been disappointed.

Crew did a great job fixing my breaks. Manager there is very friendly. It was a speedy process, I must say! Was in and out, no problems, didn’t even need an appt! Would recommend for any car needs along the lines of tire changes, breaks, oil change, inspection, etc.

Stuff is really nice, professional and honest. I came for a oil change and brake change, and the guy called me to show that my brakes, still good.

Great customer service they do not charge me for the service I am here to change my front head light led bulbs only. But the guy who help me with this unfortunately broke one of the light while changing it.it seems that it is hard for him to fix it but he keep pushing it.finally now I try to return it and wait for another one for another week. Place is ok but bad luck. I update my review later.

They Charged my wife $1,130 dollars for an oil change and inspection. They took almost 2 hours to do it and when she confronted them about the price, before she walked out, They refunded $1000. They charged $111 for an oil change. Worst auto maintenance experience we've ever had. We will never, ever return to it again. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Best service I ever had getting my tires fixed. In and out, nice staff, handled everything quickly and efficiently. No BS like you get at other shops. Will be back whenever I need work done on my tires.

Its always a pleasure dropping my vechiles off. I know the work will get done and done the right way. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Every time I need to use Mavis in E. NoPo, they are always as helpful as they can be and actually take a good amount of time to answer your questions and give you information/recommendations. Eric is very responsive and helpful, and he will think ahead in terms of problem solving and efficiency (for example; he ordered two tires that were different models but essentially identical so that he could use whichever tire came in sooner to get me back on the road ASAP, and it actually worked out well because I ended up having another flat that needed a tire by the time both came in). He also recommended the tire warranty to me which I'm glad I did, as it saved my butt (and wallet). The whole staff has been nothing but helpful and respectful!

Eric and the crew did an alignment on my 07 g6, and for once it tracks straight and rides perfect. No other shop was able to do an alignment correctly. Highly recommend.

I’ve been to this location many times and I’m never disappointed. The manager Eric is great, always goes out of his way to help.
