Mavis Discount Tire

Sterling did a great job mounting, and balancing my winter set of tires. Although have have an aggressive tread, they are riding quite well! Mavis is surprisingly competitive to online stores, and they will price match. They have done a good bit of tire work for me, and I can't say anything bad about them.

Everybody in this place was professional except the woman at the front desk. I think her name was Sandy or Shandy. Not entirely sure but she was so rude and her tone with me, was unacceptable. My bill came out to $160, so I gave her two $100 bills. She then told me they had no change for hundreds. She walked around the shop and still couldn’t get it. At that point she came back out with the biggest attitude and gave me my change back with DIMES NICKELS AND QUARTERS! I’m not so mad about the change, just the simple fact she was as rude as can be. This place needs to get rid of her asap before you lose all of your business!

I have been treated very well several times by the friendly, direct staff here. Chandi and Mike are great. I'm only rating 4/5 due to the quality of Mavis-branded tires. I had a set that only lasted for one-third of their stated useful life (mileage). This location did their best to make it right, but Mavis corporate didn't do as much as I would have expected. I have no beef with the customer service in the shop itself. Nice folks.

I bring my car here for everything and the guys are always super helpful. I’ve been to a lot of garages but this is my go-to now. This location specifically. Other mavis locations can be hit and miss but the team here is great.

In and out in 90 minutes 4 new tires, decent price, balance was good no vibration, also had a trailer tire changed while I was there.

Had a blowout on my travel trailer while traveling. Called Mavis in Greenville. They had a replacement in stock, took me right in and I was on my way. Far price, good customer service.

This is literally the best Mavis tire I have ever been to and I've been to allot everyone who works there is super awesome and knowledgeable. If you are in need of tires or something mechanical you should go there

Very professional and great timing. The work is fantastic. Larry the manager was very kind and helped me with both my car and my grandpas truck. To swap your tires it costs $310.95. They up charge for balancing and alignment, valves… without even asking and they mess up your alignment done by a dealer week ago.

Best tire prices because they buy direct. No middleman getting their cut.
