Horrible I was there from 10: 00am-4: 30pm
They broke my ABS sensor and didn’t disclose it was an additional $363.57 on my bill until I saw it on check out.
The manager very indignant and not customer friendly.
I will never go back there

Tim is one of the best in the business. Highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. Been going to him for 10 years. He not only does tires but he’s done replacements of everything from radiators to brake pads

They really helped me out in a jam today. A special shout out to Chris who is so helpful and kind. I was on my way to the veterinarian in the middle of a snowstorm when my tire light went on. They got me in right away was able to fix the problem and didn’t even charge me. I will be a lifelong customer things like that go along way. They were courteous quick and kind. I would give this place 20 stars just because of the way they treated me. Thank you so much for helping me out in a pinch. I will refer you 1000 times over.

After going through a puddle during the storm last night the skid plate was torn off the bottom of my car. I called MAVIS to see if they do this kind of repair. I spoke with Chris who was very helpful and told me to come right in. I highly recommend MAVIS!

I’m always so happy with my service here at Mavis. I came to get an oil change, and I was in an out in an hour! The people are always so friendly, and I never have a problem after my car is serviced. I’ll always choose Mavis for my car!

Chris at the front desk is the best! Brakes and tires from Mavis. Good prices no pressure to buy things for my jeep that I don’t need. Very helpful! I highly recommend for oil changes brakes or tires ️

The catalytic converter on my car pretty much snapped right off so I took it over to the wonderful staff at Mavis, who took the time to see me and help me even though they were slammed with other customers. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting me back on the road safely. They were kind and professional and did an excellent job— my car drives like new! On top of that, it took way less time and cost a lot less than I expected. Thank you especially to Tim for taking such great care of my car. I’d recommend this shop to anyone

How lucky could I be to get a flat on a Thursday night … the only day they are open late. I pulled off of sunrise highway right into the parking lot after a blowout not even realizing I was in the Mavis parking lot. I was in and out in less than a half hour! Great service through and through! Thanks Mavis!

Mavis in Patchogue is great! I never have to wait and I always have my car services completed within 30 min.

We had a flat and visited Mavis in Patchogue. Chris helped us with the easy fix and no hassles. They were so busy but was able to fix my tire in 10 minutes. Chris was so nice and so helpful. I will be doing more business with them because of Chris. Thank you again Chris!

Brought my car in for an awful sound and Tim was able to diagnose it immediately. He got right to the point and kept communication along the way. He even fixed a sensor issue i’ve had for two years! Tim is professionalism at its best. I will recommend Tim and this location to family and friends.

Tim is great. He was able to take my car in and keep is straight forward with me. He was able to fix exactly what needed to be fixed and did it in a timely manner. He kept me updated as needed. I highly recommend going to see Tim. He’s a great guy and a great mechanic.

Both the staff and work at this location are fantastic. Whether oil change, state inspection, or something larger they are always timely with their work. They do a great job no matter the service.

Been to this location many many times for several cars. Staff like Tim and Chris are amazing to deal with and honest brokers with the parts and service prices. Always willing to work within budgets and find coupons etc to make sure the prices are the lowest vs any other local businesses. Highly recommend this location of Mavis.

We’ve been coming to the Patchogue location for years and are always happy with the service. Chris was friendly and helpful and my car was in and out. What I love most is that I never feel like Im being sold a service or parts that I don't need and there is no pressure, unlike a lot of other auto shops Ive been to. I wont bring my car anywhere else.

As always a complete pleasure dealing with Patchogue Mavis Tire! Not only do I always feel I’m being told the truth and given my options, I’m protected and respected! I was in the waiting room to ask a question about my car and watched the manager Scott not let anyone in without a mask! Thank you! I have COPD and emphysema and a little thing like masks, is saving my life! Not all stores address it! Truly a sense of family community in this store. I didn’t have to concern myself with getting into something with an uncooperative customer, Scott made sure that all who are in his store are safely protected! Honest business, honest protection! Went to Mavis for an oil change. The oil change was completed in a 1/2 hr. Very professional and courteous. Fair prices too.

Called to make arrangements for a tire and everything I was told they honored. Had a tire replaced in about 15 minutes less than 24 hours after I called. Thanks to Chris and Scott for helping me out.

Chris was excellent, walked me through the value of my purchase and the entire process. Chris made sure I understood the pricing. Pricing met my needs, the price quoted was the price I paid, job was completed in the time promised. Shop was clean neat, bathroom was clean as well.
