Mavis Discount Tire

I had a great experience here at Mavis on upper front St. I came for a wheel alignment last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. I highly recommend, the customer service was great as well.

Came to mavis with blown 2 blown out tires and the staff was very helpful and very quick with replacement tires for my vehicle. Very professional experience thank you very much.

Had an incredible experience in this location. I had an emergency with broken tire studs, traveling with family & had to tow my car to the Mavis service centre. It was late in the evening and during the holiday season. Cheston (the store manager, hope I have your spelling correct? !) at once attended to the repair personally. He also unmounted all the other tires and ensured everything was correct and safe to drive. He & his staff went out of the way, took for a test spin post the repair and made sure we were comfortable.
AND the best part - he refused to take any money for the repair, noticing and acknowledging we were in a stressful situation with car breaking down mid-journey during the holidays. Cheston is a gem of a person and Mavis is lucky to have him. This is certainly an experience my family will remember that ended on a happy note.
I would rate 10 stars if I could.

My low air pressure light came on and I pulled into Mavis. DJ at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Chris in the garage took my vehicle right in and determined it was a bad valve stem. He replaced that and it was so inexpensive! Very professional and quick! Thank you both for exceeding my expectations!

Brought my vehicle in two different times for flat tire repair, they waived the charge the first time and squeezed me in on a busy day the second time.

I have been bringing my Jeep to the Mavis on Upper Front st for a couple years now. Chris is always incredibly helpful n the guys are always fast n do a great job! I very much appreciate them n will be back!

The folks at Mavis on Front Street were great. Got my rear brakes, rotors and calipers replaced. Gonna take it back to get a CV unit replaced.

We had a bad wheel bearing on a trip back to DC and were so lucky to find Mavis open on a Sunday. They not only fixed the problem but got us back on the road on just a few hours. All the staff were very friendly and worked really hard. They also gave us a fantastic price for the repair. Recommend this shop very highly.

It was a cold and windy morning on Saturday, December 24. The temperature was zero. Our tires we’re getting soft and our windshield washer nozzles were frozen. We pulled into this Mavis shop and we’re immediately welcomed. The manager here took us immediately into the shop, put air in our tires and treated our frozen deicing system and everything was fixed within 15 minutes. I would recommend this business to anyone who needed immediate or scheduled maintenance. The manager is an excellent example of providing customer service with a smile. We could not have expected anything more from this experience. And he would not make up a bill for this timely, but apparently simple, repair, our Christmas plans were not interrupted and in fact were rewarded by this business and its employees.

Friendly, professional, and accommodating! Even on New Years Eve, shortly before closing, and clearly busy with other customers they STILL had me come in when I called with a surprise flat several hours away from home. Wonderful service!

I was just Mavis Tires Front Street, and have to say the customer service was amazing. Justin and Ian helped me pick out the perfect tires for my car as well as checked my brakes as requested. They let me know my front brakes needed to be replaced, and was able to do it at the same time. Service was prompt and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!

Justin, Jordan and the rest if the crew was fantastic with helping me fix my problem that emerged all of a sudden! They were VERY reasonable, so friendly, and very informative! I WILL come back for service here as much as possible and I recommend others do as well! This really is a fantastic crew who works dillegently to get your needs taken care of!

Got me right in and fixed my alignment issue, as well as a quick oil change. It is the place to go for auto maintenance if you need a place to get into asap. Tires and exhaust work. And they work woth you on pricing too.

My appointment for 4 new tires was for 10: 00 am, they took my truck in at 11: 06. The manager knocked 120.00 off my bill for the long wait.

20 plus years of 5 star service just ended. I bought a set of Mavis brand tires last December. I rotated them front to back at 5k miles and left to right at 11k miles. I went to rotate corner to corner and found the tires already past the wear bar at less than 17k miles. I have never went through a set of new tires that fast before. Was told they needed proof of tire rotation and wouldn't even look at them til I provided that proof. WAS NEVER TOLD THIS WHEN I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! I WILL USE YOUR COMPETITION NOW!

I've gone here for years and have never been disappointed with their service. I even used to live an hour away and still took my vehicle here. They take in vehicles quickly and perform quality work! Justin is excellent with taking care of customers.
