These guys saved me! Visiting NY from out of state and started losing a significant amount of air in a tire. It was close to closing time, but they fit me in and fixed my tire for my long trip home. Fast, friendly, professional, courteous…. Great experience!

Went in with a tire leaking air. They were able to fix it and have me out of there pretty quick! Excellent customer service!

I scheduled a state inspection for 2 pm on a saturday. During the check-in, I was told it may be an hour wait for the work to be done, and I acknowledged and told the guy that I would wait at the store, or I may take off and just leave my vehicle with them. I ended up deciding that I could spare the hour and wait in the lobby, and that turned into waiting 2.5 hours until they started closing the store. At that time I got my keys back and left. As I was waiting to get my keys back, I heard them saying that my inspection was set to be done THE NEXT DAY. I had been waiting that whole time, and they didn't even plan to do it till the next day. Why was I able to schedule an appointment for a day and time that they didn't even have the availability to do the work? And now, a day later I get an email, "We're sorry you had to miss your recent appointment". Are you kidding me? I DIDN'T MISS MY APPOINTMENT. I WAS THERE FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS.

I’ve been servicing my car at this location for over 5 years, the best guys in town for oil changes, they get me in and out quickly on short notice. Thank you for your great customer service!

Went in for an inspection and when I found out that I needed new tires the guys were so nice and super helpful! Have gone there a few time in the past and have always had a great experience with them! Will absolutely continue to go back!

Had them fix my breaks. Had to go back 3 times because they were worse then before I brought it in.since they never fixed them I went to my dealership only to find out that they never gave me new rotors which I paid for! So needless to say I had to go back for a fourth time to get my money back.never would I recommend this place. They have no care about you or your vehicle

Had to bring my car in for an oil change and inspection. Was assisted through and through by the Assistant Mng. Brandon, who provided excellent service and informed me that I will require changes to my cabin air filter and brake fluid at my next oil change. Been coming to these guys for years and will continue to do so!

Always nice people, very welcoming! On top of that they seem to have a genuine concern for your safety. Also I was in a bind and needed tire service right away and they were more than accommodating!

Always quick and excellent service! I purchased tires on Amazon and the tires were directly shipped to this location. Through Amazon, I was also able to schedule an appointment and checkout with the mounting/balance fee. I also had an alignment conducted and came back a couple weeks later after I replaced the struts to recheck the alignment, which Mavis did free of charge. Highly recommended this location!

They were great people that do not push you into things that you may not want to be done. They will recommend things that you may want to do to maintain your vehicle but are not pushy. They make sure that you are well cared for and honestly gave a great experience today. They make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner.

Definitely going to come back for my repairs and maintenance. The guys working make you feel super comfortable with their honesty and help!

I'm new to town and when I was asking around about snow tires I was told to go to Mavis. The guys were super nice and made sure I got everything I needed and kept me updated on the status on my vehicle along the way.

I arrived for a “Last Day” vehicle Inspection and Tire Repair without an appointment. Customers before and after me had a finite amount of time allotted for their repairs due to additional Appointments they had immediately after their vehicle repairs. The manager and mechanics accommodated each of us relevant to our needs, working well under pressure.

Integrity, good products and superior service have kept me a loyal customer of Cole Muffler, and now Mavis for well over Forty years.

Brought our daughter's car in for an oil change, new tiers and breaks.couldn't be happier with the service we received. Jake was great with communicating everything and helping us out where we needed it.

Had excellent service, got me right in. Car was serviced (inspection and oil change) and I was home before I expected.

Made an appointment at 10: 00 the week prior. Came in on time, and checked in at the front desk and gave the guy behind the counter my keys. Then I sat down and watched two customers come in after with no reservation, both customers left before my truck was brought in. The guy behind the counter then asked me at 11: 40 if I was waiting on my truck, which confused me because I checked in at 10: 00 and almost two hours had past. The man said my bad, and then my truck was brought in after 12: 00. Probably the worst customer service and the most disorganized staff I have ever seen. Will be my last time coming here, stay away unless you have hours and hours to waste.

This is the only location where they treat you as professionally as they can very courteous the tall manager with the white shirt at the counter always seems to make things right and take care of my vehicle other locations not so much but the one on commercial drive the staff and everything even though it was hot out working hard and my truck runs great tires are great I think I got more than a fair deal and I bragged my friends about it all the time

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and kindness. My truck was brought right in and was out quickly. All service was completely finished and done well.

Friendly, professional, quick! I was able to book an appt online for the next day. They got me in at my appt time. I waited in the lobby, it was only for an oil change. Only had to wait 20 minutes before I was on my way! Emir and Matt who I helped me were great. Would schedule services again.

Great experience fast and friendly service. Usually smoke a half pack waiting for my car and seriously I didn't even get to open my pack before I was getting the keys handed back. There master mechanic MATT i highly recommend you go see him and to top it all off i even left with some money in my pocket!

Unlike the other Mavis shops this one was much quicker. The personnel was very helpful and friendly.

I’m a little late giving this review but I received excellent service from the people at this location. I came in with a flat tire, thinking I needed to buy four new tires. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the team told me that It wasn’t necessary to do so and they patched up my old tire and I was good to go! They saved me a lot of money by doing this and they were honest about the amount of work I actually needed done. Staff was very warm and welcoming and honest hardworking people. I know the world is hurting right now and every business is short staffed, but they guys really put their professionalism first and really helped me out! I would 10/10 return for any car repair needs. Thanks again guys!

I went to Mavis today on my way home for the holidays. I had a 12 hr drive and about 8 hrs in, I realized I was having a problem with my tire. In less than a half hour, for less than 30 dollars, these holiday heroes saved the day by repairing my tire. I got home safely afterwards! Thank you guys!

These guys are the best. Been coming here for
Years for tires and alignments and they’ve always been courteous and straight forward. Tires are expensive no matter where you get them, but Mavis always helps you out where they can.

Brought my car in to get my exhaust looked at. Waited over an hour and thirty minutes before I was called over to the desk just for them to say they can't help me and couldn't even tell me how much the parts would cost. I brought my car to another garage and They Ordered my parts and installed them for me the next day. No issue what so ever.

3 other corporate garages couldn't get my lug screws off. Mavis on commercial didn't even notice there was a problem they had it done quick with ease and I was honestly shocked. When I got there I was expecting them to twll me they couldn't do it. But when I did get there they had it done. I told them the trouble I've been having and they said they wouldn't have known they had zero issues lol. Good set a guys! A+ from me

I recently went to the Commercial Drive location and had tires put on my car. This is the 4th time my husband and I have had tires put on our vehicles here and I will most definitely use them again when needed. The regional Manager Matt Hutchings was exceptional from the moment we dropped off my car until we picked it up and left. It was ready earlier than promised and the customer service was second to none.

Very glad I brought my Jeep here for tires. They got me in and out quick! Best price on tires!

Best prices in this expensive tire world, Mechanic showed me other items that might need addressing in future. They were not pushy at all.very professional. I will be going there again and again.

I highly recommend this place. Between my wife and I, we’re on our third set of tires. Every time I’ve done business here they’re friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Jake the manager has this shop running in tip top shape.

Mavis is a great place to get quick work done with fair pricing and great service they will always do there best to satisfy customers no matter the job nothing major mechanical or electrical but brakes, oil changes, suspension to inspections they are quick and efficient
