Stopped by to charge my car and they authorized the charging station and let me hang out, got me some snacks and drinks, all without ever asking for a trade in appraisal! Amazing service and staff, couldn't be any better service or support for anyone, much less an out of town off brand driver!

Having bought my last three vehicles from Matthews Kia (a huge thanks to Bill Kalka for those!), theirs was the first dealership I went to this past summer when in need of a minivan. Lew Russo and Kyle Youdas were both excellent to work with and Lew bent over backwards to help me find and finance a vehicle that fit my needs and budget.

Unfortunately, the 2017 Toyota Sienna - on their lot for less than 24 hours - had faulty tires, rust in the brakes, and a leak allowing rainwater into the rear compartment. It wasn’t their fault: Matthews would not have known any of this without taking it apart or letting it sit in the rain for days at a time when we were in a drought. Additionally, the CarFax report came back clean despite some bent metal hidden beneath a plastic panel, so there was no reason to suspect anything was wrong.

The tires and brakes were quickly fixed while the leak took four separate trips (two to their body shop) before it was finally found and patched (remember the bent metal I mentioned earlier?), all at their expense. They went above and beyond to make things right, and succeeded with flying colors. To the entire team there – Lew Russo, Kyle Youdas, Bill Kalka, Marissa Kuklish, Julie Johnson, Jamal Gallop-Mckinnon, and many others – thank you so much for years of professionalism, courtesy, and completeness. I have never taken the four vehicles I’ve purchased at Matthews anywhere else for service, and I intend to keep it that way.

Joe was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured or forced into making a decision. He was willing work with me and even talk over other options he thought maybe better. In the end I decided a new vehicle was needed and also purchased based off how well I was treated by joe and Mathew’s. I would highly recommend Mathew’s especially joe nugent for any car buying needs.

I came in today to get my oil changed and tires rotated. When I purchased the car (23 Forte Gt) back in September, (9/27/22) I purchased a Kia rewards package. Chris M.took it upon himself to show & explain to me what exactly I get with the rewards package and it how all works. It was very informative. Really impressed and he shows great customer service. I am more than happy and very satisfied with the service I get here and will continue coming here for any of my service needs.

I have purchased two vehicles from Matthew's Kia. I leased a brand new Kia Soul in 2013. My experience was so positive that I bought out the lease in 2016 and retained the vehicle. Sadly, the vehicle was totaled in 2021. Dillon Affatato went to work finding me a used vehicle I could afford. I bought an amazing 2017 Kia Soul decked out with every imaginable bell and whistle. Recently, I had a terrifying experience while driving the 2017 Soul. The diagnostics screen began flashing on the dash, the engine light came on, and the vehicle would not go faster than 48 MPH. I sent the car in on a tow and was told it would take 7-10 days for someone to look at the vehicle. I received a call the day after the car arrived. The issue was a sensor, it was covered by warranty, and Gil, the service advisor, took the time to explain the issue, and recommend I consider purchasing tires in the near future. My car was ready the following day, as promised. These folks are terrific. I absolutely recommend them.

For going on 2 years now I have had the pleasure of working with Gil in the service department - Gil goes above & beyond to find you the best deal he can, on top of that he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! It’s always such a refreshing feeling knowing I have someone that truly cares and can get the job done quick - I couldn’t imagine dealing with anyone else when it comes to any of my car needs, questions or problems!

Bought a Kia Niro through Matthews Kia. I worked with sales person Kyle Youdas. I found him friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about the features and trim lines of all the Kia models we discussed. He was able to describe the various features in the car and how to use them. He answered my questions without trying to sell me something I didn't want. He let me go through the selection process at my own pace. I can highly recommend working with Kyle for considering a Kia or Subaru.

I can not express how stasfied Im with Chris McAndrews. I made a phone call on Thursday to find out if they had a had a Kia Rio 5 in the inventory because I live an hour away. I spoke with Stacey and he stated that it was coming off the truck, that same day I made the call. I asked him to please put it to the side that my husband and I were going to buy it. Sure enough the moment I arrived to the dealer the car was parked close at the entrance. As soon as I walked in I was introduced to Chris McAndrews. He greet me with such a great smile, respect and professionalism. Not only did we buy the Rio, we also purchased a Nissan Kicks. Chris went out of his way to the Matthews Nissan dealer and did all the paperwork and help us leave with the Nissan Kicks as well. I'm amazed on how my husband and I, walked away purchasing two vehicles an affordable price. Chris introduced me to Mike. Mike introduce me to the whole staff, which everyone of them treated us with a smile. I love that about a busines, I loved the experience it was wonderful. If I could give 10 stars I would. I came in here so certain about the exact car I wanted and Rick French made that happen! Not only did he find the exact one I wanted, he was so accommodating and helpful with everything! I would recommend going here to look for a vehicle and ask for Rick! Usually car dealerships push to sell you a car, they did the exact opposite. They were all so kind and patient

My daughter and I went on a road trip to Syracuse to do a college visit when I broke down, four hours away from home. They towed my car to Matthews Kia and I had the pleasure of speaking to Julie to work out the details, she was reassuring and helped me navigate the area to find a rental car. Everyone I dealt with at the service center was awesome. They fixed my issue the very next day despite how busy they were, knowing I had to get home that day. Elijah the Service Advisor, explained what happened to my car in a way that I could understand and relay it to my area Kia Dealership. I can't say enough about this dealership, I highly recommend them

My car was in for recalls, a check engine light, and a tire that slowly lost air every month. The recalls and the check engine light issue were resolved. When I was told my car was ready, the person calling said that my battery wasn't holding a charge, and the recommended battery and installation would be just over $400. My husband had them put the car on a trickle charge and it was good. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the trunk was open, which would cause the battery to drain, it happened to me a couple times at home. Also, when I got in the car, the Low Tire Pressure warning was there, the tire was never checked. Whomever was driving the car should have seen the Tire Pressure light and noticed that someone had opened the trunk.

I recently went on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation and it was very busy. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait before they could get to my car. I was pleasantly surprised when the attendant came to me even before the 2 hours to tell me my car was all done. I appreciate the multi-point inspection and the form they use to explain everything. I like that if I want future repair quotes they place it all on my paperwork so I can refer to everything later. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I have dealt with Matt Babicek almost every time I go there and he greets you with a smile and ends your visit with a smile as he escorts you to your car. The mechanics I don't see, but I have never complained about any service they have performed. The waiting area is clean, as is the restrooms, which is refreshing for a garage. Lol. They even supply water and coffee with a few snacks while waiting. No one likes to wait around for their car but they make it as painless as possible. I like doing business with Matthews Kia.

My wife's car was totalled in an accident and we were in a time crunch to replace it. Found a car on Matthews Kia's web site that we felt was a good car in a relatively close price range for our budget. It is very hard to find a good used car within the mileage range and budget. We worked with Bill Kalka on getting this car. We had to deal with the other party's insurance company to get a Fair Market Value and wait for payment.

Matthews Kia worked with our time restraints. The "new" car had some scratches and scuffs on the rear bumper. Matthew's body shop repaired the bumper so that it looks brand new. Also, they replaced rotors and brake pads on all 4 wheels.

Bill Kalka is an awesome salesman. My family has purchased a total of 11 vehicles from Bill at Matthews Kia.

We definitely recommend Matthews Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And, we highly recommend Bill Kalka as the salesman you should see.

Had a problem with a window switch. Wayne ordered one. Put it in the following week. Switch worked, window moter was bad. Ordered the motor and back to the dealer for the 3rd week. Mind you it's an hour drive to the dealer. I understood the process. Between Joe Vaughn and Wayne (I forgot to grab a business card) the service was excellent as usual. We have bought 4 Kia's from Matthews. We love this dealership. Thanks for another great experience.

Just bought my second Kia. Mohammad was the best sales person ever. So knowledgeable and really worked hard to make the car work in my budget. Had a car picked out, financing done, and the car ready to drive away in about 3 hours. Super happy.

I drove four (4) hours to this dealership because they allowed me to reserve my highly sought after Kia Carnival with a small deposit. My salesperson was Chris M and he was amazing. This was the only dealership in all of New York State that was selling at MSRP. The rest of the greedy dealerships were increasing the price up to $5000K. Matthews Kia stood by their customers and didn't rip them off. What an honorable thing to do! For that, I will drive the distance again for my next vehicle. You should too! Make sure you ask for Chris M ~ another reason to buy from this dealership. Make Chris your salesperson and your experience will be complete.

Thankfully I haven't had to have much service on my 2020 Kia Soul, but the times I've had to have recalls done, Matthews service has always been fast, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! I'm not the most organized with certain things so they have been very helpful! I highly recommend them for any of your needs!

I dropped the car off them them for a recall they went over the car got charged for labor wasn’t called after the hour mark. Also what they told me was wrong with my car completely wrong fixed what they said was wrong and the problem is still there! They said they test drove it but clearly didn’t sense the miles in and out of the shop are the exact same so they spent 4 hours to do what exactly? Pull some excuse why it wasn’t working out of there but cause what they said was faulty ended up being perfectly fine and wasn’t the problem at all so I wasted a tone of money don’t bring your car here!

Went to Matthew Kia‘s for the first time for an oil change on my 2019 Kia Sorrento. Met very nice young lady in the service department. We decided to take a stroll through the show room and met Rich who is also a very nice young man. We ended up returning the Kia, Which was leased, And purchased a Subaru Ascent. The entire staff at Matthews was super nice and I’m very happy with the service we received. Would definitely come back

I purchased a vehicle from Matthews Kia less than a month ago.
I had pre approval before I started looking and was told if they were going to run my credit through a bunch of creditors they would get my approval first!
I haven’t made my first payment yet and 1) it’s been in for repair already and is going back in again this week!
2) Also they ran my credit to several creditors and I am receiving denials due to the vehicle not booking for what they were asking. They did drop the price 1,000 which is probably what the overage in the price of the car. This obviously dropped my credit score with each inquiry!
So buyer beware especially since we are still in a pandemic.
I love the car but a bit disappointed that it wasn’t checked out better before they let me leave the lot!

Polite staff greet you at the door and steer you towards who will be the go-between you and the service tech who will be servicing your car. The wait begins and for me, it was about 2 1/2 hours. There was some confusion about my car inspection, and my go-between guy worked hard to straighten it out. I was quite satisfied with the outcome, and will definitely use Matthews Kia again! ]

I set-up an appointment using their online system over a month ago, and specifically asked for a loaner vehicle for a sleuth of reasons. Called to confirm that they'd have one, and they don't (appointment is tomorrow). Appointment canceled.
