Purchased a 2016 chevy trax from Mathews, after 6,000 miles it had major engine failure! Their staff really stepped up to help us out with rental vehicles and getting our new car repaired. It took a while dealing with our extended warranty insurance but good ole' Mathews took care of everything made our life 100 times easier. There team in our opinion is second to no one in it's professional courtesy and customer service from repair work, service to their sales staff! As a former Marine I salute you all you have my gradatude. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle look no further than mathews chevrolet.

I've done business with Matthews in the past. Like country club they own an array of branded dealerships and they're all tied together. This gives buying through them some room to play and several perks - not too mention a fairly good change that you'll find the vehicle you want. Their finance managers are good, able to work with most situations - don't expect to negotiate though - their vehicles are 'priced to sell'. The only discount you'll find is from a trade-in.

This place could do better. I think I was overcharged. I will go elsewhere Besides Vestal Rd Mathews. I was charged 3 hours to change a part that I could change in 15 minutes. And I am skeptical about them even needing to have changed the part they changed. The repair is an extremely uncommon repair. I think I was charge extra because they were inefficient at diagnoses which shouldn't be on the costumer. I honestly really dislike writing bad reviews but didn't get the resolve I hoped for.

I came in to Mathews auto today on the Vestal Parkway and needed a replacement bulb for my low beam in my Subaru. The young man at the counter whose name is Luke, informed me that I was probably at the wrong Matthews and the Subaru one was on old Vestal Road. Then when I told him what I needed he so graciously said not to worry about it and that he would replace it there for me as I was already there. Not only did he replace my low beam in speedy fashion, he did so with a smile on his face and at no charge! Luke, thank you so much! You are awesome! ️ I will most definitely come here again for whatever my vehicle needs are.

They are very aware of issues for a buyer with a disability and make the time and effort to create a pleasant buying experience. Hard to find a company doing business that way nowadays!

I’ve never been impressed. The lots look like a flea market of cars and we just got an oil change there and it was 99.00. Unfortunately now all our cars are under warranty At Matthews Owned dealerships, while they aren’t busy making their lots look presentable or doing maintenance on buildings they are busy making corny commercials and loyalty programs no one has any interest in. Yuck, Mathews dealerships.

Shout out to Katie Grey and Dino Vitali at Matthews Kia! Very impressed with the customer service AFTER the sale. When you walk in and are looking for a vehicle, you are treated great but when someone goes that extra mile after the deal is done, that deserves recognition in itself. Can’t say enough good about my experience with a Katie and Dino. Always willing to take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns well after the sale. Here comes the review I did not want to write.

I have requested on 3 occasions a 2017 low miles used vehicle history report: via the cargurus site, e-mail, and phone.

What I got in return is junk e-mail and calls waisting my time and sales leoples time. There were also lies about computer system being down for a week.

I was considering making an offer, which could or could not have resulted in a deal.

It is not right to treat potential sales like that.

This place lacks basic decency/honesty/integrity.
