I saw Frankie yesterday, for a shiatsu massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever received. She was super intuitive to my needs and I left feeling amazing. Facility was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Where does a massage therapist go to get a great massage? This place. Clean, cozy atmosphere. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I saw Frankie while I was pregnant and I credit our sessions to the most enjoyable, easy pregnancy I’ve had out of my three. I continue to see Kim H once a month for a great deep tissue massage that leaves me feeling renewed and ready to take on life. I closed my private office back in 2020 and every client I have referred here has had a great experience.

Phenomenal experience with massage therapist John O, who really helped with tightness in my hip flexors, quads, glutes, and shoulders after a tough hike.

The place is a very well kept place. My MT Altranise made me feel welcomed and comfortable and at ease. Received a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Walked out feeling better than ever. I will be back. Thank you!

I've always been a bit anxious about the idea of getting a massage. There was something about the state of undress and being massaged by a stranger that kept me away. A recent fall and a week's worth of pain had me finally give in to a recommendation and I went to Bodywork Professionals in Latham for the first time today. Seth was incredibly accommodating, very patient, listened to everything I asked and identified all the points that were causing me pain. He made me feel immediately comfortable and markedly better. In my ignorance, I didn't even think of bringing cash for a gratuity, but Seth didn't give any indication that he was bothered by the less than customary tip. An ice-storm is keeping me from going back today to make this up to him, but in the mean-time, I thought a review was in order and I will be returning in the near future for another visit and to compensate him for his exceptional service. Everyone needs a bit of self-care once in a while and I could not recommend this place and Seth more!

I've wait weeks for my appointment with the Nick, the owner, and the day of my long-awaited appointment, I get a call saying he is not in the office and is cancelling. Either be forthcoming that it was an emergency or illness, or I can't feel any other way than disappointed. I would have spent this time finding someone else to help me.

Nick, thank you for responding and glad your father is recovering. I have found a practitioner and am making weekly progress. With that said, as time went on I realized that living with chronic pain from the surgeries was the deeper source of my disappointment so having the appointment cancelled felt horrible—but I think it all ended up working out. I received the most amazing massage with Kimberly today. We were able to discuss my expectations prior to the massage and she targeted all of my troublesome areas and did so with care. I left with an overwhelming sense of relaxation and relief. The entire experience was therapeutic. Kimberly was very professional but also made me feel so comfortable that it felt like time with a friend! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back!

For it being my first massage and the first time visiting this establishment, it was definitely worth it. I got the deep tissue massage for an hour. I am definitely feeling better after leaving than I did going in. Anne was very nice and easy to talk to and she talked me through everything she was going to do beforehand. I highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Had a structural integration session with Nick and it was exactly what I needed. The Bodywork Professionals space is welcoming, warm, and relaxing. If you're anything like me, you get bodywork often, and appreciate communicative, passionate, and informed practitioners. This is exactly what you get here. This was my second time ever getting a massage and I was very happy to choose this location and massage therapist, John. I definitely felt brand new after and I like the touch of offering to schedule your next appointment. It’s a great reminder to take care of yourself! I have received great massages from a few wonderful therapists here! Very clean and nice atmosphere. Prices can be somewhat high but most massages unfortunately cost a lot! I definitely recommend!

Had a 45 min deep tissue massage with Seth. It was my first ever massage, and he made me feel totally comfortable! I didn't realize how bad the knots in my back/neck/shoulders were until he got to work, but I was in a state of pure bliss afterward. Will definitely be back for regular sessions.

My massage yesterday at the Latham Bodywork Professionals was incredible. It was on of the best massages I have ever had.
Rose was absolutely amazing in her attention to detail. She found some knots in my shoulder and legs and worked them out.

Every massage was wonderful - the therapists here are all professional and amazing at their job, whatever requests you have. It is very easy to book online. Best massage center in the Capital Region by far!

Bodyworks Professionals in Latham is warm and relaxing because the staff are just fantastic. Every massage I get with Rose is tailored to my needs. She concentrates on my issues with a focussed gentle approach. I leave fully relaxed and always feel better than when I arrived. The massages I receive are a signifiant part of my health maintenance program.

I’ve been going to Amy for 5 years now and she is just the best She talks to me before each session and tailors my deep tissue massage to how I am feeling and what I need each time, and she does it expertly! And she is an incredibly nice person!

Wow. I had an Ashiatsu massage with Erika and it was amazing. Such a great amount of pressure without being painful at all! She was very comforting and gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

Their massage therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and provide great care for people with specific health issues as well as for those who would just like a relaxing massage. Had a phenomenal massage with Lindsey. I had not been in for some time, and my back was a mess. Lindsey really knew how to separate the muscle fibers, and get my back to loosen up. I will absolutely go back again.
