I’ve have had the pleasure of seeing and experiencing Mashitha’s work of art for over a decade now. She was always chosen as the hair & make up artist for wedding and bridal events; so naturally I had to choose her for my wedding day too
She made me look and feel the most beautiful as ever! Thank you, Mashitha!

This is a great hair salon with experience cutting all types of hair. I am really happy with the services I received and am very happy with my haircut. The salon is very clean - it also looks and smells great. When the owner is working, the salon accepts Venmo and Zelle as alternative forms of payment if you don't have cash.

She is so talented! I was amazed by the outcome. She made my hair look amazing and deserves more than 5 stars. This was the first time in four yrs living up in rockland that I really love my results. Thanks so much

First time Client in Mashitha's Hair Studio and i love it here already. I want to start by saying that the owner is very kind, humble and accomodating. Her hair studio is clean and it gives such an elegant and classy vibe. My consultation was easy because Mashitha is an expert, also she uses high-quality products and she gave me the best haircut and color. She knows exactly what is best for my dry hair and i love how it turned out. I highly recommend her.

Highly recommend coming to Mashitha's Hair Studio. Definitely call to make an appointment, called and took me with a very short notice. Staff are very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The studio is very clean and looks/feels grand. Mashithas' work is fantastic! Took time to give the proper care and explain everything to me. Got a cut and wanted my baby hairs to blend in more, she cut it as long bangs and did a blow dry to see how the final result would look like. I love how my hair turned out.and will be definitely going back to her. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Mashitha!

I got my hair cut by Mashita for the first time and I will definitely be going back. First of all, I thought the decor and vibe of the salon was beautiful. Right as you walk in, you smell incense I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my wash and haircut. I was very pleased with the layers I got. She cut just the right amount off and listened to what I wanted. I recommend this place!

I had my haircut with Mashitha today and loved my experience! Beautiful studio and wonderful staff. Haircut was $55 since my hair was long but prices start at $45 including hair wash. I only wanted 1.5 inches cut and got layers with a v cut in the back. Loved how it turned out! This will be my new go to place. She knew how to deal with my thick hair. I didn't want a full on blow out (it's extra cost) but she still blow dried my bangs which was really nice and helped me see the outcome. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a salon to do my daughter's hair. She wanted her ends dyed red and I knew she needed bleaching first. It was the first time for her hair to be dyed so I was nervous. I found Mashithas salon online and was able to get an appointment one day later. The salon is beautiful, clean and we were made to feel comfortable and very welcomed by Mashitha and her daughter who was assisting her. My daughter told her what she wanted and her magic hands went to work. She is very professional and did an amazing job. Everyone loved my daughters hair. I found my new hair stylist. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I recently colored my hair at home and made a HUGE mess of it. I messaged Mashitha and she quickly set up an appointment with me. I have been struggling to find a salon in Rockland that I can trust with my hair and I’m so glad i finally found it. Mashitha has a beautiful and very clean salon and is very knowledgeable. She was able to accommodate me first thing in the morning and was able to give me recommendations on what would look the best on me. Overall my experience was very positive. I’ve been coming to Machita since high school! She is amazing at everything she does from eyebrows to Keratin treatment and professional haircuts, blowouts, and hair dyeing. I’ve messed up my eyebrows a bunch of times and haircuts, and she always works her magic to fix things. She is a gem of the Rockland county area and always takes time to share tips and beauty techniques. I’ve had to schedule some last minute appointments and she’s always been flexible to accommodate me. She’s a kind, fun, and very skilled aesthetician and I highly recommend everyone go to her! I was a little hesitant at first, as I hadn’t gotten a haircut in a while, and I wasn’t sure if I should try someone new. But I’m glad I did. My hair was really damaged at the ends, and overall had an unhealthy appearance. Going to Mashitha was the best decision I ever made, as she really took care of my hair, gave me tips on how to maintain it, and overall is just a very knowledgeable person when it comes to hair and beauty. I greatly appreciated how she took her time, did not rush anything, and more so paid attention to what I wanted done to my hair, and styled it in the most perfect way possible- even better than I had envisioned. Her pricing is reasonable, as you get exceIlent customer service and great results. I highly recommend Mashitha to others when it comes to all your hair and beauty needs, and I know I will for sure come back another time. Thank you again Mashitha.:)

Mashitha is truly heaven sent! When I first came to her, my hair was a mess. It was so dry and brittle, mishandled. I wanted to go lighter from black basically.
