We ordered the strawberry cheesecake for a friends giving and they all said the same thing that the strawberries on top smelled weird and tasted awful like it had went bad.

It is a nice place, what I didn't like is that sometimes they change their recipes, I bought a berry napoleon on Friday and it wasn't what I always buy, it was with too much cream and almost no fruit, for me it wasn't pleasant because I paid the price. Same price for a product that did not have the same ingredients and was not pleasant.
Management should ensure that their products are always the same and not that they change their recipes and save on ingredients and the price is the same.

Pecan pie for thanksgiving is a must! The fruit tart is my favorite item, but can’t go wrong with anything from martha’s!

So this is one of my Fav Bakeries in NYC! They have amazing quality food And I thought they also had a good service! Yesterday I was there for a pickup waiting for more than 45 minutes to be able to order and I understand the fact that it’s busy hours “ but I worked like a server and hospitality and I know When someone is not doing their job! They start spinning in a circle and dodge your gaze, they start doing anything else to not attend to you! Like how many people do you need to make the boxes? 4 people making boxes instead of 3 of them continue attending and thus avoid the long lines? Like it’s disrespectful cuz they know what they’re doing! I don't know if they have a manager or supervisor because it's not that they have to enslave themselves but I know they can do better! If you don't want to do your job, leave room for someone who wants to do it! Anyway! I ordered with the guy 2 CHEESECAKES and he told me pls sign when I saw the receipt was for the TIP! I was like 0 love like are you kidding me! He was one of those you know what I’m saying! So you know what he did he give me one of the cheesecake and the other one was a chocolate Mousse! When I got home finally to enjoy my dessert I was pzzzz! I think he did it in purpose! Guys Sigan con el buen servicio antes se podía ya ordenar desde la esquina y con educación y atentos estén pendientes en quien no quiere hacer su trabajo y tomen medidas porque es crazy 45 minutos y los que atienden Huevonando prácticamente! Like hello? Keep eyes on this!

For the last couple of times I’ve been to the one on Austin Street, the service wasn’t great at all. There was lady doing nothing, didn’t ask to help me at all, she went to the man behind me and served him, when I finally put my order in, I asked for a slice of red velvet and a slice of strawberry shortcake, what I got was strawberry and banana cake and the red velvet just doesn’t taste fresh, this location has been disappointing, the slice is smaller and cost more

Martha's is still a brothel of cake spies cupcakes, cookies, muffins and all's good sweetness for desserts.
My last brought about Martha's in 2017, and MA think that I haven't been there since, but I've been there every 3 to 6 months except during the depths of COVID.
Martha says unique and I advise everyone to visit at least once in a lifetime.
One complaint Martha is not made for large people. The seats are tiny. The tables are small. If you're 6'7 and 300 lb, it can be tough.

Very very nice!

I was given a dirty spoon, and then when I had asked for new spoons, they were dirty as well.

This place is just amazing. The pastries and the coffees are spectacular and matched by a great staff. We made it our daily spot when we visited!

The banana pudding here was so smooth and creamy. Not too overpowering and just the right amount of sweetness. The macaroons was delicious as well.

My favorite coffee shop in Queens! Wow what cakes! I have tried many of them, I have never been disappointed. Delicious, delicious, delicious! And kosher!

Large variety of baked goods from all over the world. There's always a line. The locals know about this gem.

The portion is big, but it’s just too sweet,

Today, Tuesday, September 12,2023, I went to the store because it was recommended to me and the place and the presentation of the cakes were very beautiful, but the service was very bad, the young man was unpleasant and did not give me what I wanted page 45.00 for something I did not want I got home and I was disappointed and it was very annoying.

I love this place! The ambiance, service, and taste are outstanding, although the place is a bit pricey. I love chocolate, so I ordered a chocolate brownie and the other time a chocolate fudge cake and both were delicious (although the brownie had nuts in it which is not my thing)!

They serve whipped cream with many desserts (apple pie, brownie, fudge) but you can also oder ice cream as a side (you probably won’t be able to finish it though!). Ice cream is a perfect addition to warm desserts for me.

Their coffee is delicious and sweet. I recommend iced caramel macchiato if you’re into sweet iced coffee, but be prepared to pay 6.25 for a medium. As for cakes, Napoleon with berries is my go-to and strawberry cake (the white one with strawberries inside) works every time!

Again, this place is rather pricey, but for me it is worth it to go with your close friends or family, the place is great!

I called to ask a simple question, “Does your Vanilla Sponge Cake contain gelatin? ” and the woman who answered in the background asks one of her coworkers and says “it’s a weird question. ” I don’t understand how that’s a “weird question” they need to understand that gelatin from specifically from pigs, are not allowed to be consumed in my religion, used in the ingredients. Customer service was lacking.

Tasty sandwiches, coffee and pastries. Also available are party cakes in a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy yourself.

Great spot in the middle of Austin St in Forest Hills. They have a wife variety of great looking cakes and pastries and a coffee bar.lots of seating and very friendly service l.

I had the Pecan chocolate cake and a Lemonade.the cake was really good. The chocolate was rich and creamy.

Love, love, love this beautiful, peaceful, inviting, friendly, and very attentative environment. The spinach pie is absolutely yummmmy.don't forget the coffee with hot, froth ed, almond milk.together, it's heavenly.

The quality of the cake here is amazing, which is the only reason I come here. I buy cake to go and bring it home. I feel the purchasing process could be faster but all in all I am very satisfied.
