Marshalls

Crowded due to the holidays but only two rest rooms which were unisex. Line was longer for the bathroom than the checkout.

This place is so beautiful. The variety of items and the prices are so awesome! It’s easy to navigate and isn’t messy, staff are very nice aswell:)

Very busy, but it also has a lot of variety when shopping and the prices are relatively good.

Marshalls is a good store to shop clothing for the whole family. Variety of infants, kids, male and female footwear, coats, evening dresses, tops, bottoms, athletic shoes, clothes, 95% of the items are brand names. They also sell beddings, cosmetics, handbags purses, luggage? BRAND NAME FOR LESS

Definitely one of the less appealing locations. I like Marshalls, but it is so weird how different locations are stocked and maintained differently. I love their downtown location and the Northern Blvd location.

Nice selection of things. But wait on line 1 hour to pay. 110 people waiting to pay. Store has always been understaffed. But lately it’s like shopping in Hell. Long lines and the store looks like it was looted

Decent clothes but they stay putting security tags through the clothing instead of through the stitching. Great prices and some unique items

Crowded, busy, hard to keep any real distance between you and the next person, aisles overflowing with items for sale. Shopping carts are located in the back of the store instead of at the entrance.

I found a few things but the wide selection of items I've come to expect when shopping at Marshall's just wasn't there. I was a little disappointed.

Surprisingly good pet selection and good prices. A fraction of what Petco charges. That said don't expect everything to be available. On the downside the store is pretty crowded. Although the register line observed social distancing.

Good stuff, selection, location and prices. Typically some time to pay for your stuff as there's always a (fast moving) line. Very clean and well laid out store.

The welcoming people are rude and don’t welcome us just gives dirty stare and not a lot of clothing for men wouldn’t recommend this place there’s plenty of other Marshall’s that are better than this terrible place

I enjoy shopping here. You are always greeted by two employees at the Queens Boulevard entrance. There is always a table by the entrance with hand sanitizer and I believe wipes. The line moves swiftly to check out. There are markers on the floor keeping you 6 feet apart from each other. The counter at the register is wiped down after each customer.

The store has a variety of products but stuff is indifferent to customers needs. They refused to give to a diabetes ill lady access to restrooms. Also most people doing shopping had the necessity for bathroom.

Marshalls is the place to shop for discount name brand clothing and shoes. I also found great deals on official MLB Mets clothing and merchandise. If you're a Yankees fan they got you covered as well. Cashier lines tend to be long but the wait time is much shorter then any major retail store. If you're on a budget you won't be disappointed.

Waste of time. People we rushing there because its cheap but it look like most of Clothing item Used& Refurbished from third world.

So, the dressing room was impeccable. It was sooooo nice to be in a dressing room without a zillion empty hangers. Decent selection. Not overwhelming. Store is a nice size with good selection of housewares, clothes, accessories and shoes. It does NOT get 5 stars because checkout was ridiculous. It was like Christmas with over a half hour wait in that god-awful, narrow cattle shute of a line.

Great store, amazing prices, you can find many items like, shoes, dresses, coats, jeans, perfumes, jewelry, bath and body, home, babies, boys and girls, accessories, food and beverages, the staff are so friendly

Cashier let her friend skip the entire line and asked me to get back on line after waiting for so long. Who ever was at register 5 during this shift i was unable to read her name because her name tag was on backwards

Out of all the Marshall’s I go to this one’s inventory is usually one of the best. The staff is friendly and they maintain a lot of registers open to help curb the large volume of people that shop here. Usually clean and kept tidy. Only reason I took one star off is due to the poor clothes selection sometimes. They either have a lot of one thing or a few of a variety of items.

I’m a long time customer and usually had really good service and if I had a return I usually dealt with Chris and he was always very helpful. Today the sales person Ruth was so full of attitude and did not hide it at all and was not wanting to assist me because I had a return and wished to exchange my items with all the tags attached, with a receipt. She refused to take back my close and told me that they were worn. She called the manager, Mary was even worse. They need to follow the rules and regulations of the store. My items were not worn and the tags were attached. They make the whole store look bad and turn away customers. I had wanted an exchange and had planed on spending $390 but just because of the poor customer service, I changed my mind and will be doing my shopping elsewhere.
