Zainab was the most respectful cashier. I told her how I was worried about the breakables I bought for gifts. She wrapped them and bagged them then wrapped them in the clothes I bought. I made it home to wrap them and they were still in one piece! Thank you also to Jess S who was so funny and helpful. They even pleased my hard-to-fit weiner dog Jazzy! I love this Marshall's. They keep a neat store even on Dec. 24. They somehow keep the place clean around the hardest days of the year. Thank you for a great time shopping.

Faith at the checkout counter was amazing, she was so sweet and friendly and made my whole entire day! Thank you Faith!

Made me pay full price for a jeans with a stain and did not offer a discount. The manager said I could put it back on the rack if I didn't want it. As an ex Marshall's employee this incredibly unprofessional.

Loved it - lots of merchandise great items. Came to visit my son in Buffalo was not prepared for this cold weather because it has been so warm. Found everything I needed at great prices.

FINALLY AFTER LOOKING IN MANY STORES I FOUND A GREAT BATHROBE.
I got the last one they had of that kind!

Whats not to Love about this Place. It was the first time I was at this location customer service. EXCELLENT!

The one on Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst staff are rude and unfriendly. If you do voice your dissatisfaction, you will be met with sarcastic aggressive response. While I do understand that these are very young kids working there, don’t have proper communication and social skills YET, it is the management’s job to train them on how to behave at work with customers, at least basic communication skills. They are not at home. I will think twice before I decide to shop again because of the negative association with this particular location. Please retrain your younger staff so they don’t turn your customers away. Thanks.

There was an absolute terror of a woman in line tonight giving the staff a hard time. Kudos to them. All the cashiers here are friendly and helpful every time I visit.

The might have renovated the store. It looks soo boozy now. Loved the wide collection of products they brought this spring. However, some employees need to be more humble.

Terrible place. Go to Nordstrom rack a couple doors down and save yourself the trouble. This is essentially a Goodwill store with premium prices.

A great Marshall's! Lots of selection for women's clothing. They also have a large home section at the back of the store. Clothing change rooms were a little dirty and the store was a bit messy, but overall a good spot

EDIT: upon reading the other reviews it looks pretty common that the staff here are rude lol. Only one associate here was nice. Also wanted to note I did apologize to the person with the crutches when my dog barked.

The most non-pet friendly marshalls/TJMaxx store I've been to we go to TJMaxx stores frequently; every week (winners, marshalls, homesense) and we always feel welcomed! Never any issues. However took my dog here (visiting from canada) and all of the workers were so? Not welcoming? He barked because he was frightened by someone with crutches - mind you he didn't go crazy - then one of the senior staff/ maybe manager, came to us and said if we doesn't behave he has to go. Def exaggerated. Then as my mom was exiting (I was already outside with my dog), my mom heard that same associate gossiping with 2 more saying he wasn't a well behaved dog and more (she prob didn't know my mom and I were together). N E WAYZ do not recommend bringing your dog here. Nice store bc of the lights and setup but it was also messy lol.

Decent selection of random styles and prices. It was extremely busy when I went. Clean bathrooms and fitting rooms.

I came during a time that wasn’t particularly busy however I found myself waiting in line watching the cashiers having a conversation amongst each other, as I stood there patiently until one of the staff whispered to the other to call me over. To which they replied that “they did” and still had not, however I decided to walk over hearing this dialogue. I handed the cashier my single item to which they could not scan as they were having difficulty. After complaining that they could not scan the item, they typed the item in and complained that they hated their life and after giving me the total tossed my item across the counter toward me, then proceeds to grab my item again and place it in front of me while I was paying. The customer service here is seriously lacking amongst the staff here and I recommend that this review is shared amongst the staff at this location to ensure that such a experience does not occur again. I’m disappointed in the experience that I had and I hope that my next experience is better, I will be leaving another review in the near future hopefully the next one is better.

Affordable & set up like TJMaxx (believe they're affiliated along with Gabes & TJMaxx). TJMaxx card might be accepted bc of this.
