The workers are polite and friendly, well stocked and there’s even a clearance section with discounts

Lots of merchandise. Pleasant and kind workers. Very clean bathrooms. This is the 3rd Marshalls I've been to in suffolk county and its the biggest and most organized store of the 3. Its my favorite place to shop! Check out their selections for Christmas.

I shop at Marshalls and it’s family of stores all over the Island. Today I shopped in the Riverhead TJ Maxx and Marshalls and the Marshalls in Shirley. The Shirley store leaves a lot to be desired in terms of it being well-organized or even a pleasant place to shop. A girl stocking shelves carelessly kicked a container of merchandise (I believe it was on wheels), across my path. Had her timing been a few seconds off, it would have slammed into me.

Convenient location; store is well organized and as usual with every Marshall's you have to be a regular shopper in order to find good products at low prices

This place has what you need at a low discounted price; clothes, area rugs, socks, towels, sheets, and more. The do lack when it comes to larger sizes such as XXL but hey, new year, new diet.

Anything you need Marshall is the best spot to buy gift or yourself very cheap too yes sir

It was okay shopping experience. I don't know why I go to the one in Southport shopping center I never find anything I like

I hate the disorganization in this store it makes me want to run right out the door! The selection of clothes is usually terrible and the whole time I shopped an employee was next to me "organizing" super annoying to be shadowed like that. I was shopping with kids idk what they expected to happen but we didnt stay long

Just had the most amazing experience at this store, the manager, I think it was Marie or Michelle was so helpful with my somewhat difficult return of a bathing suit, I didn’t have the tag for the suit but she made one from my receipt and turned what could have been a frustrating encounter into a really

I was very surprised they had some very good deals on some well know name brands at a very affordable price. I will definitely go back again.

They usually have great deals are name brand items, and their return policy is very good.

Best marshalls I've been to. Great service, and great selections of items. The cashiers were very nice, and associates on the floor were very helpful. Overall great service and a great team!

Love Marshall. Always has great deals. Nice things for the home. Stocked well. I just wish the shoe dept was better. They used to be stocked with shoes boots sneakers. Not so much anymore

My first visit to a Marshall's store. I made a substantial purchase and was asked nicely by the cashier if I would like to "Sign Up And Get 10% Off".
Who wouldn't.
The crazy thing however is that she asked for my driver's license, scanned it with my authorization, and the system then proceeded to prompt me for my telephone number, annual income and social security number.
REALLY!
I went along with it nonetheless because 10% off is money saved.
Here's the kicker though. The cashier said, sorry sir, you have to call this number because it was denied.
Big question, why did Marshall's need my life's history In order to apply a 10% discount to my purchase?

Great values, huge mess but it's to be expected, last star off because it took me 20 minutes to find what I was looking for in my size since there was no rhyme or reason to how they were laid out

I was greeted kindly upon entering. Markdowns were insane. I found a pair of Kate Spade sandals for $20 a BCBG dress worth $86 retail purchased for $20
Coffee was marked down for $4. Personal care and Beauty nail files razors and buffers $3. The checkout was fast and easy the cashier was very kind at about 10: 15 a.m. (register 3) offering the TJX card. Which in fact is a great card to have savings are endless. The more you spend the more you earn.
Departed with smiles from saving service and safety.

The store is pretty popular because there are always long lines to check out. The store carries a nice selection of clothes for adults and kids. The store also carries some house items, cosmetics, shoes and some food. Most of the time I will buy something from there, but sometimes I come out disappointed because the merchandise is so scarce.

I enjoy shopping at Marshall's you can find some quality thing I came back very nice pictures crystals it's a very nice spot at a reasonable price

Ok but the place is a bit disorganized and they don't seem to really know much about the stuff they are selling. You have too do your own research on an item if you plan on getting it from here.

Great deals, the employees I've spoken to have been very helpful. There is a young hispanic guy (sorry I didn't get his name, the store was quite busy) that works there who helped me get a cart during Christmas shopping, he has always been extremely polite and helpful anytime I visit that store. Employees like him should be rewarded$$$$. People that complain about the store being messy, do you realize it's your fellow nasty customers who mess up the store as they are too lazy to return items to where they picked it up from, but rather stick it on any shelf they pass by. Can you imagine the filth at their home.or maybe they are just plain lazy and expect their maid to clean up after them.

It's ok. Not the worst, not the best. It's small in size but have found some good deals. Whenever I have been there it was neat and tidy. The lines are variable, but not horrendous like the Riverhead Marshalls. The biggest downside is the parking lot.

EXTREMELY messy store. Especially in the cosmetics section. Horrible selection compared to all the other Marshall’s. Employees all just stand around talking trash about their coworkers and how they don’t do anything there, yet the irony is they are doing the exact same thing.
