Amazing place if you want to get robbed! Cellphone got stolen and the store staff don't do anything to at least pretend to be helpful or care. There was a fight inside the store, 2 guys screaming and pushing each other and no security at all to intervene.
Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Never been to a Marshalls with so many unfriendly woman working there.talking loud to eachother, not asking you if you could move a bit but waving arms rolling eyes.the unpleasant vibe of these woman makes shopping at this large and very nice Marshalls somuch less.

This place is incredible! Like many great Marshalls stores, this one is no different - it has an endless collection of household items and clothing at extremely affordable prices! Walk in and explore the vast variety inventory on display! Definitely check out their clearance section for great affordable finds! Staff is super welcoming and cashiers are extremely nice! I wish their I came here more often!

Great location if you're looking for designer deals with the obvious caveat that it can be very hit or miss depending on their inventory at any given time. And while their selection is more limited than some stores, I'd put them in the upper 50% of the many Marshall's I've been to. This location also has a (n albeit small) men's shoes section unlike some Marshall's. Also don't be put off by the corral for the register line. It moves MUCH faster than many Marshall's I've been to.

Very large store in which you will find: clothes, shoes, face and body products, luggage, household items, household items. In short, take the time to stroll around to find your favorites.

Love Me some Marshalls, The store isn't that big but it isn't too small either. You can find some great deals here. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Their service has become the worst. In checkout line for close to thirty-five minutes with only 4 counters open, seems like they don't consider that this location is in a busy shopping area. You can only buy from them if you're desperate for an item.

What can I say.prices are great and honestly never shopped at one until the pandemic. This is a large Marshall's and TJ Maxx above in the city. Overall, I have now learned a lot about Rae Dunn.

You always find everything in low price just need to take your time looking for things. I goes crazy with so many beautiful things for myself and the house.

I always love Marshall's, it's a thrift store on steroids. This particular Marshall's stay crowded, but the have enough cashier's working so you don't really mind waiting on line. The process are magnificent and the variety is wide.

Best Marshall ever.just come and see my yourself.it is a must when you come to downtown. Thank you so much to the manager Ms Mirian and also to Ms Rodriguez for all their while I had to head back home for my Credit card. They both were very helpful to me. Again thank you.

Lots of stuff, nice prices in the clearance section. This one had an unbearable long line though. Spent 30 min in line for 2 items.

I enjoy shopping at this location because it is well stacked.extremely clean and the associates are excellent. I am from Southern California and I highly recommend this location also COVID-19 protocol is followed.

Like any Marshall’s, it’s a hit or miss. With this being the flagship location, they do tend to have higher end merchandise and much larger inventories. With a little patience and an open mind, you can definitely find some gems.

Best Marshalls location in Manhattan. The variety of items you find here is unique compared to other locations. And it looks like they have new merchandise a few times a week, unlike the other where most of the sizes specifically on clothes are always out of stock.

Great merchandise Worst employeees. Security guard, a woman, at the entrace looks like a pitbull ready to attack people rather than greeting people in a friendly manner. They just hire people who looks intimidating because of the neighborhoodhood.

Very very bad experience
I bought 2 kids shoes
The size was not the same in the two pairs
Then I had to travel overseas
So I gave them to a friend to return them for me
They returned them with different prices I paid 39.98$
They paid my friend 27.98$
And till now all what I get from customer service is selly answers
They don't about there products
They don't care about the customers

You find a lot of bargains. Great selection of soaps, shampoos, clothes, children's books, and many other things for the house.

Great place to buy quality stuff at much reduced prices. The long cashier lines @ Marshalls (and TJ Max) are reasons why SEARS and big boys will be unable to compete.

Merchandise is thrown all over the place. Overcrowded store with aisles too narrow. Assistance on the floor is hard to come by. A waste of time and a miserable shopping experience. With retail like this big box store days are numbered.

Aisles are too tight. Even if you've specific items to buy, if you find them (& its your size), the cut/fit often seem to be off. Ok store otherwise
