Marshalls

Fitting room is a mess. If you have a policy 10 items max and someone has more than 10, it’s the fitting room employees responsibility to hold the items on the side. Common sense is not so common I guess. Same employee I handed my items to decided to throw it in between go backs when she said she will hold more than 10 items. No apology for loosing my items, just shrugging “idk where it went” and she didn’t see an issue with holding a customers items in between go backs. Don’t have a policy if you don’t have a system.

Nutty box store. A total mess but it’s hardly the fault of the employees. Customers are wacko here. It’s a smaller Marshalls but has a lot including a good housewares dept. There’s always a long line. What else is new?

Packed but the line was pretty quick got what i needed and out gummies the best in the world

I visit this establishment maybe more than 3 times per month. I have to say the toilets seem as though there isn’t someone assigned to upkeep them. Today it was the worst! I actually had to use water from the sink to clean the toilet before using it. It would be nice to have a cleaner facility to use while shopping.

Always a bargain to be found here, IF you want to pick through stuff. Not me! I'm in and out. Plus NO PARKING that I could find. BROOKLYN, yikes!

Always a bargain at Marshall's, great parking too. However the best about Marshall's is ALL WOMEN go there, I browse hoping to making a score. I'm always nicely dressed polite, it's actreat for them from their beat down relationships. I'm on the hunt!

-Bathrooms are usually gross. ^ Employees are decent, nice for what ive encountered.
^okay variety
-shoes are very limited in sizes, the nice ones.
-lines get super long, and everyday during holidays its busy most of day, very long wait.

I love shopping at Marshalls and TJmaxx stores. I personally do not like this Marshalls location. I always struggle to find something. Everything is very basic or has no variety in every section. I probably on multiple occasions only left twice with something. I do not recommend this place especially for fashion. It really does not have good pieces.

Best Marshalls in Brooklyn and Queens. I love this place for good designer clothing at a cheap price.

Basic Marshall's store. 1 floor of variety of items. At least 1 good find of a home item or international food item. No complaints.

A very nice store, has a lot of options for shoes, cloths, home decor, organizing, and a little Christmas section for gifts

Nice clothes but the customers in this area are too nasty. They leave clothes on the floor and have their spoilt kids opening and messing with all the toys. Totally disgusting. Otherwise some nice reasonable clothes and household appliances

Quite a good store of completely different goods. If you wish, you can find interesting things. The prices are reasonable, the staff are good.

Lots of merchandise. Off-street parking on the roof. Long lines w/ample cashiers.
Cashier & fitting room reps friendly. Staff working hard to put out new items. Janitor roaming store w/a trash bin, but store and restroom are filthy and neglected. Floors and shelves need a thorough deep cleaning. Can feel the dust settling in your pores.
