Stop off the other day to buy a bouquet and they look as good today, one week later as they did when purchased. Great service, great quality, great quantity and especially great prices.

Can’t speak to the quality of the flowers but can for the customer service. Ordered flowers on Wednesday for delivery on Mother’s Day. Received a call at 6: 00 pm on Mother’s Day that due to COVID 19 and a lot of orders they ran out of the flowers that I ordered and they would have to substitute.

While I recognize that COVID 19 has impacted the supply chain and Mother’s Day is a busy day for florists, I should have been notified prior to 6: 00pm of this issue. I cancelled my order.

Would not recommend due to this lapse in customer service.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers a week in advance, never got any calls that they didn’t deliver the flowers and didn’t get any email replies after sending multiple emails. Calling the location never got me anywhere, had to drive there in person to get a partial refund as they had just delivered the flowers (which were unimpressive) minutes before I arrived, three days after Mother’s Day. Staff apologized and was friendly once I was finally able to communicate with someone, but would have liked a call on Mother’s Day to let me know my order wasn’t being delivered. Won’t go here again.

Worst customer service and worst flowers ever. I've seen nicer flower arrangements at the local supermarket. Take your money elsewhere- this business should be grateful that they are open during this time when other businesses are shut down and treat their customers right! Instead, the owner is super unprofessional and I've heard that she's also always yelling at customers which is true! Her staff is also very unprofessional as well. I decided to take a risk and go with this place even though I read a few negative reviews and I wish I listened to them. Don't shop here you will regret it!

Ordered expensive flowers for Mother's Day and instead my mom got cheaper flowers that I never ordered. They never even bothered to tell me the change. This place is either highly disorganized and unprofessional or is a scam. Either way that was the last time I will ever order from them and I suggest you steer clear as well.

Absolutely terrible experience! Do not order from this florist shop. I ordered my mother pink roses for Mother’s Day and placed the order in advance to be delivered on Mother’s Day. The order was confirmed and came to $100. At 630pm on Mother’s Day night, the florist had an obviously young and inexperienced employee call me to tell me that they ran out of flowers and would still charge me the same amount of money but replace with cheaper flowers of carnations, instead. I told them there was no way I would pay more for cheaper flowers, so either they cancel it or charge me less. I could hear someone screaming in the background as the employee kept putting me on hold. Finally she said they would charge me less. I told her to please make sure to make it look nice since my mother was without a gift all day. My mother called me to tell me she got the flowers at 830om at night! She texted me a photo of the flowers and I was horrified! They didn’t add any type of fillers and it looked as if they pulled some cheap flowers for their backyard. This is absolutely uncalled for especially from a local florist. Do not trust this florist shop to deliver what you ask for or on time.

I placed an order through this florist for delivery on May 9th. It was ultimately delivered on May 10th which is not what I expected however, overall am happy the order was delivered. Only gave 3 stars because customer service was non-existent when I tried calling for an update on 5/9

This past week I ordered a flower arrangement from Margaret's to be prepared and delivered on March 20. On the afternoon of the 20th I spoke with the floral designer (Linda) inquiring as to the status of my order. She was rude, and indicated that the delivery location (Shoreham) was "way out East" - outside their local delivery area. Despite my willingness to pay their $15 delivery charge, the store NEVER PREPARED my order, and NEVER NOTIFIED me of their decision. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. For the record, Shoreham is a 10-15 minute drive from their place of business. When I ordered the flowers, their representative (Starr) told me that they do deliver to Shoreham. Overall, I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this merchant. Beware!

They gave me a beautiful bouquet in only a few hours notice. It could have been better if I ordered it at least a week ahead of time, so if you are gonna order do it before the event! Especially for mothers day and valentines!

Infuriating experience with them!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on her last day of work to celebrate her retirement. Got a voicemail from Linda after business hours at 5: 15 pm the day they were supposed to be delivered saying “that they were so backed up and could they please not deliver until tomorrow because the drivers will be out too late. ” I called immediately back (5: 17pm) multiple times to no answer. They did not deliver the flowers. Next morning we called to complain and Linda said that it was “just” a retirement and “not time sensitive like a birthday” so she thought it would be ok to deliver the next day and that there was nothing they could do about it. She refused to do anything to make up for it. Not even apologetic at all. Would never use them again.

Beautiful florist and Star made me a beautiful, gorgeous gift for my daughter. My first grandson came into the world and we get to enjoy the joyous gift you created and on such short notice. Thank you so much

Margaret's Florist is always so nice and friendly, a true neighborhood buisness! I sent my grandmother get well flowers. They called to tell her the flowers were left on the porch since she didnt answer, whished her a quick recovery and said to call back if she needed anything. That meant so much to me! I am giving four stars because my wedding flowers came out completely amazing! They were everything I wanted and at an amazing price! I did not give 5 stars because their systems were a little out dated and my payments were all written on one receipt by hand which by the end was just a big mess of numbers and my order form was not organized. She did call me to confirm two days before and everything I ordered was there and beautiful! I rarely met with the owner who is very kind and energetic. When I went in to make payments I was given eye rolls and nasty comments because they were too busy to take a payment from me. Again the owner is very nice and did a wonderful job in the end but some of the service along the way had me nervous.

Though the flower's were undeliverable because her step dad didn't add her last name to her room number. I was able to pick them up from store & bring them to her at home. Mother, baby & flower's all beautiful & healthy! Thanks Margaret's

Just what I ordered! I looked on line, found what I wanted Margaret’s didn’t disappoint, received a beautiful flower basket for my Moms birthday. I will never go anywhere else, especially having 2 bad deliveries from a “Selden Florist”.
