I asked for a size, they took a capture of what I was looking for and then left saying “let me look”. It has been 15-20 min and I got no answer on a size for a shoe… I kept asking people if they have it and keep directing me to people to find out if they even had the shoe. I decided to leave since there was no communication. I would just rather order online

Left the security sensor tag on my clothes, didn’t realize until I returned home to Philly where we don’t have a Mango store. No idea how to get this off. Thanks.

Worst worst worst unbelievably worst service ever. They just repeat “we need to wait for the refund. ” For my refund. I returned clothes LAST YEAR and I haven’t received my refund.

I will say you have probably seen the styles here elsewhere. However they have a unique selection of goods. The prices are on the higher end compared to stores with similar aesthetics. They had great sales during the holidays. Totally recommend checking it out.

The store has major communication issues and poor quality service.
I came in on Sunday there was an item on a mani when which they did not have any more - I asked if it can be taken of the mani when since they are advertising - was told no! There was a gentlemen who was very nice and helpful aside from the other staff who had a major attitude. So since they could not take down the one item from the mannequin they told me I could order it. To which which I was told it would be about 4days. It’s been now 6 days and they haven’t even shipped the item. You can’t call customer service. And when you call the store to find out about it - they are saying it’s 10-14 business days plus the 4 business days of processing. None of this was told to me. I understand there are shipping delays -a few days maybe. But when you get told it’s about 4 days in the store and when you call back it jumps to 18 - that’s a big difference. When I called the store the manager on the phone said it’s all.com and there is nothing they can do. When I how frustrating it was to get poor communication and basically be lied to - he said nothing and just hung up.

If you want help and a good experience - at least this mango location is not it.

Amazing clothes and best customer service! Store is merchansised very nice makes you feel like you are in spain! Prices are very affodable.

Had a horrible experience a couple of days ago in the evening at this location. The female rep “helping” me and my sister was extremely rude and hostile. Employees should go through training to learn professionalism and common courtesy.

Nice store, limited apparel versus the website and you can't try on clothes due to COVID. As mentioned in other reviews, little to no helpful assistants. But I think that's just an American thing.

I don’t have experience with this place but overall customer service is unbelievably awful. I subscribed for the Mango’s emails to get 10% off a new collection but my discount wasn’t applied to my online order. That’s fine I enjoyed my new coat anyway. I just really disappointed because Customer service rep stated that my purchase is not eligible for the discount. Which is not correct. The discount was exactly for new collection. I got several follow up emails just saying we can’t change anything now. It’s inappropriate to act like this for such known and respected company.

This store is a hit or miss. Sizing is definitely a little off. They have way nicer and high end items online than they do in person. The in person selection at their physical store isn’t as nice.

Massive clothing selection at their broadway location. Great to be able to try on their clothes as I live in an area without a mango or zara available. Clean, open space, spacious dressing rooms.

On to February 12th 2020, I was in the store at 561 Broadway, when I had a question about some of the merchandise and ask for the manager. An associate called for her you're after waiting 45 minutes the manager never showed up so I left the store. I returned on February 13th 2020 and once again ask for the manager, when she came from downstairs she proceeded to register speaking only in Spanish to the associate and then proceeded to go back downstairs without addressing my concerns. When I asked the cashier who the manager was they said her name was Raquel. This was a very poor example of customer service and or supervision by a manager. I will not be returning to that store

I bought items for my wife for Christmas. Two days later the items were on sale on their website. I wasn't even sure if they did price adjustments so I called the store to ask. 5 times. They never answered their phone. So I called the Customer Service number online. They never got back to me within three weeks with an answer. I called back. I was assigned an incident number which was never followed up on. I called again a week later (today). Customer service told me they had to be done in-store. There's only one store in the U. S.which is in New York City where we had gone to go shopping for the holidays. I live 3,000 miles away in California and explained that I would be unable to do that.and additionally didn't understand why the initial person I spoke didn't tell me that was the policy. I also didn't understand why customer "service" couldn't make the adjustment either on the back end of their system and/or call the store and do it over the phone. The customer service rep said it would've had to be done in-store within 7 days. I called two days after the purchase and have followed up 4 times over the course of a month. I was also denied the opportunity to speak with a manager because the rep claimed they didn't have the "power to allow that to happen. " This is by far the worst customer "service" experience I have had with any company in my 40 year life. My wife and I will never shop with them again.

The only Mango store left in Manhattan. They usually have most of the stuff from online and staffs are helpful when you’re looking for certain product from online.

I contacted CS today and spoke with Nicole regarding my refund for 3 orders. I returned my order to this store on November 4 and still didn't receive my refund. Customer service representative Nicole was very rude, refused to answer to any of my questions (refund time, amount.) and said that the store did NOT process my refund. I requested to transfer me to someone else or to supervisor. She refused to do it and was keep putting my phone call on Hold. After 40 min (5-10 min conversation and the rest of the time I was on hold) she just said that she can not help me (even if I have refund receipt) she doesn't see my refund in the system and she doesn't know why am I calling. UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The store closes at at 8pm but the fitting room closes at 7: 30pm. So if u walk in at 7: 35 and want to try something on at 7: 50, the fitting room associate will tell u the fitting room is closed. This is senseless, if I cant try on clothes l'm 50% less likely to buy from your store. Very rude sales associate at fitting room on 6/21/19 near closing. I even heard her complaining about customers who were placing clothes that couldn't try on in the incorrect place. The fitting rooms should be open to customers to try clothes on as long as the store is open. PERIOD.

A company with zero attention to their customers. Online shopping and return is a nightmare. My order was damaged during transit and was directly shipped back to Mango. I have never received my package. Had to wait more than a month to get refund on issues not my fault. Probably won’t get anything if I didn’t consistently follow up with them. No idea why they are still in business. Save your time, shop at bigger brands with better customer service. First time ever been told I have to wait to get my refund. What a joke. Mango, you are cancelled.

Its a nice place and I love the clothing selections. The prices are good and there are lots of nice options to select. A great place for a fast non expensive shopping.

Too small and too way expensive in comparison to Europe! Since it is small, there should be another store in midtown or another part of the city!

There is a tall woman with bangs, I'm not sure whether she is a manager or not (I would hope not) being completely unprofessional with members of the staff.overheard her in the fitting room with what looked like her colleague being rude and having some sort of personal disagreement in front of customers. I have also seen her on her phone at the cash register completely inattentive to customers when there was a line present while only one cashier was ringing people out.completely bad first impression of the management team if that is indeed what she is.
