The truth is, I do not recommend buying used cars from this dealer, the cars they sell are in poor condition, I am having the worst experience with used cars, I do not recommend buying, I tell you this from the bottom of my heart.

This place is a complete scam. They make you wait there the entire day to exhaust you to make you feel like at the end you just want to leave and say yes to all their BD warranty plans. Not only did the sell a lemon (Hyundai genesis) but when we left the lot, the car didn’t even go one block. We were stuck at the light and my friend had to go back to the dealership to get someone to help us. Made us go back to fill out paper work for another car. Their excuse was “we put in bad gas”. Will never come back here again.

Angelo was very helpful and got me into the car I wanted very quickly and helped me out with everything I needed even added an extra free warranty

Now I can understand why the Bible says, God regrets the day he created Man, because humans have to be the worst species created. We simply cannot find a solution to work, live and play, together, due to disgusting racist beliefs.
I wanted to purchase a car from Major World, because of all of the ads, that I hear on the radio, and years ago, tv ads. However, because I don't speak Spanish or any foreign language, I simply was passed over and over again. Customers that arrived after me, were being assisted to, and after being told many times, that someone will be with you shortly, and 2+ hours passed, I took my business elsewhere, where, I waited in the BoA, line longer to get a cashiers check, than the process at the dealership that I went to, and was able to purchase not some used piece of metal, but a brand new 2024 Nissan Rogue. Unbelievable.

Went to major world and got my first car. Angelo was very patient and helpful. He heard my wants and help me find the car of my dreams.

There are an infinite number of cars but if you are not well dressed and have a very good recommendation they will not take you into account, rather they will see you as a thief rather than a good prospect to buy a good car, it does not matter if you have money to buy These people only want someone well dressed and with a good repertoire of questions and they don't care if you want to buy and have money. They just want you to take a car even if you don't have the means to pay.

I came to buy a car, and I got a great car! Hugo Baldeon is a great and compassionist salesman! I got a great price for my Chevy. He was very considerate of my needs and yes! He made up to it. I recommend Major world. Everyone treated me with class.

Went there yest, very disrespectful to customers, very rude staff,

The worst experience the first time buying a car and I am so sorry that I did not investigate well before going to this place, they gave me a one-month guarantee ensuring that everything was fine. I have a month and a half with the car and that's it failing what courage

My first time buying a car felt like a walk in the park. Amazing hospitality from everyone I encounter. Our sales consultant Anthony Cruz was super kind and professional with me and my family. Dante was also very knowledgeable when it came to insurances. Lastly, Federico was really welcoming and kind!

Decent place, friendly people. Service was kind of bad, they told me to go there and then here, some other workers told us to go back, lots of sitting and waiting while workers seem to be talking about their day. Friendly people tho. Prices are crazy, but it's because of the shortage.

MAJOR WORLD DOES NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO LIGHTS TURNING ON SAFETY LIGHTS TURNING ON AND IM ALWAYS AT THE MACHANIC AND ONLY THING THEY DO IS JUST RESET EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING INTO THE CAR

I had the best experience at majorworld. I traded in my old Mazda 2011 and walked out with my new 2019 Mitsubishi. Not my original pick but I most definitely walked out of the dealership satisfied. Today I bought my first car and the major world team made it feel like a walk in the park. Every person I encounter made me feel welcome. Special shout out to my sales consultant Anthony Cruz! We’re leasing a 2020 Equinox. 3 months later I have a problem with the back up camera turning on while driving forward. They didn’t fix this and said they’ll get back to me. 8 months later still no return call. Now twice in 3 days my car won’t start. It’s saying low battery. I called and they said we can’t do anything today because it’s Friday. We’ll get back to you. I called corporate they said they’ll get back to me in a week. Again today battery low abs won’t start. I’m paying for a car I can’t use. The salesman was amazing when were interested. Now he knows nothing. Beware Chevy buyers.

Very unprofessional.they even forgot to give me & my friends license back. Had to go get them. Never Again! Low Budget Cars!

I bought a car from major world 5 months ago carried it back today starter problem the guy was helpful in the end I had to change my original review they got it together in the end

One of the salespeople asked if I was pregnant (I wasn’t) and another salesperson would only speak to my fiancé in Spanish about the cars and pricing, which I’m not fluent in and I was the one ultimately buying the car. Any question I asked, they’d roll their eyes at me. Really humiliating buying experience.

We only bought the car because we were desperate to buy a vehicle that day due to an emergency. Otherwise, we would have walked away.

We are happy with the car and one of the managers who was very nice put me at ease about my purchase a couple of weeks later when I was having second thoughts, but i would not recommend this place especially to female buyers.

Samier was very helpful and professional. He even came in earlier than what he was suppose to to help us with our purchase. Great guy and a wonderful experience.
