Really happy with this salon- I’ve been going here for years. I love how Mila styled my bangs- she cut them exactly how I envisioned. They also do an amazingly thorough Proaddiction treatment. Everyone here is very professional and really great- I would trust everyone here with my hair

Everyone is very friendly and kind, Mila and Mona are very professional hairstylists. I’m very very happy with the results always. Definitely recommend 100%.

My mom comes here often for her hair. She recently started getting her eyelashes done. The first time it came out fine. This last time (today) a different person did it and there was barely any difference to her eyelashes. Not only that- but her eyes don't even match.

She paid $120 for a service that looked like it was done by someone who was not at all a professional. I really don't like posting negative reviews, but when my mom wastes time and money on a service that was not done well at all-and certain not by a professional eyelash tech- I felt it was necessary. We like this salon for the makeup & hair but not eyelash extensions.

The store owner responded that my mother had less eyelashes the second time around- which was one month later! That's a ridiculous thing to say- and doesn't make any sense unless you're implying the previous eyelash tech caused her eyelashes to break!

Lastly, the extra 20 dollars was a tip- quite generous for a terrible job!

Did such great work for me on my wedding day! Used them for both hair and make up. Mila, Jason and Ozzy were fantastic in helping me having everything run smoothly.

Love this place, my favourite place with the best of hairstylists. Good price and nice people, everything is on high level! Highly recommend to everyone.

The hairdresser did a fine job trimming my hair,
but when I asked for my bangs to be trimmed, he used a thinning shears, which basically cut away at the volume and made my bangs look uneven, and sparse.
It’ll grow back, but I’m a little upset that he used the scissors without verifying with me.

I barely write any reviews but this time I feel like I HAVE TO, and I am doing y’all a favor—Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this salon! I paid $450 (before tip) for a balayage and didn’t get the results I wanted! First of all I have pretty thin hair and my hair was already light from previous balayages I had done within the past 6 months, which means it would’ve been easier for the stylist to achieve the look I wanted, so the price was actually ridiculous but I honestly don’t mind paying for a good service, and in my head i was like ok this means my hair will look amazing afterwards for the amount of money I am giving away ……Long story short — the stylist couldn’t achieve the look I wanted due to being “VERY BLONDE “ on what I showed him on the picture …. But he managed to make my hair SUPER WHITE platinum. Funny huh?
On top of that he even suggested me to cut my hair a little bit, so I listened to his “professionalism “ and I told him not too short, he didn’t listen to me and cut it super short. My hair is so uneven from that cut! Very unprofessional! …. I also don’t think they even used OLAPLEX at all since my hair is so damaged now after the dye and it is falling out a lot.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… worst decision I’ve ever made with this salon! Please girls dont do the same mistake as me, they don’t know what they’re doing!

I got to this salon by accident but I never regret it. Jason is a brilliant hair stylist! He is so professional - carefully assessed my hair type and cut it exactly as I was asking for. Jason is vey skilfully and pateient; he is so attentive to the whole process of coloring and cutiing, he literally explains each step of his work. Overall, the salon is cozy and friendly. My hair looks great!

I was in this salon many times, and I was so happy after a lot of procedures (keratin, Botox, hair color, haircut)

I experienced balayage and a haircut with Jason. Everything was great, the atmosphere in the salon is just awesome. Highly recommend!

Had the most awful haircare treatment experience ever. I did a “ProAddiction” service which was supposed to smoothen and strengthen my hair. However, once they finished putting the treatment on, my hair had become sticky, the ends were very dry, and I couldn’t even comb my hair with my hands. Thus, I asked the stylist to remove the treatment, he then refused to wash off the treatment after I repeated myself that the stickiness should be removed, but he failed to do so anyways. This was a complete waste of my money, since I had to pay them $350 on the service alone, even though I only wanted a Wash/Dry/Conditioning, but I came out with my hair being worse than when I first went in.

Also, during the ironing process, the stylist was ironing my hair with a very high temperature, which caused the air around to become very smoky and on top of this, he even failed to use any product to protect my hair from any potential damage that intense heat would cause. Thus, I asked him to lower the heat so my hair doesn’t get damaged, he then said “ok” and continued with the process regardless of my suggestions, and the smoky air was still consistently coming out.

I will not suggest this salon to anybody, unless they want to have sticky hair.
