Car was purchased from Maguire as a CPO vehicle. Noticed front end shake immediately but couldn't get an appointment for service until 11/29 (red flag #1 when you can't get an appointment for service). It was diagnosed as needing 2 axles (red flag #2, sold CPO with 2 bad axles) Service department assistant manager promised the warranted work (which I paid for CPO warranty) would be completed on 12/1 which it was not. Next promised it would be done on 12/4. It wasn't done and after explaining I was in a desperate situation and needed a car to get to work, I was told nothing they could do, no loaner but he promised it would be done on 12/5. Each day the work was not done but did not receive a phone call or explanation as to why it was not completed as promised (red flag #3, cannot reach the service department by phone nor do they call you). On 12/5 after not receiving any call, I went to the dealership in person to find out the work was still not done. I was told by Paul, he "didn't have the manpower to do the work. " (red flag # 4) But at that point, he did provide a loaner he said "so you can get out of here. " The work was finally completed on 12/6. I never received an apology or any acknowledgement that this is not how business should be conducted; therefore, I assume that any future interactions will be the same. That is why I will never bring my vehicle back for service again or purchase another vehicle from the Maguire dealerships. You lost a new customer you had just gained. I'll make sure everyone else I know considering a new vehicle hears of my experience. Worse service experience ever!

I dropped my truck off for routine maintenance and there was a unexpected setback. Without hesitation the service department acted quickly and completely took care of my needs. They were over the top with professionalism! Hands down the BEST service I have ever received!

Most everything was great. The service team is quick and efficient. However when it came tie
Me to leave I was handed my invoice but noone made any attempt to explain the hand written notes about my vehicle. The batter section said. "too low to test". I have no idea what that means and noone said anything about it. A week later I called to ask and was told my vehicle wasnt old enough and probably didn't need a new battery. It wasnt until I told them I had trouble starting my truck last winter where the guy on the phone said I might actually need a new battery.

The service that I received from your dealership did not end upon completion of my first oil change. The technician followed me home and provided the butt napkins I required upon request! 5 stars overall! Will not hesitate to return for service work in the future.

Bought a truck here a few years ago, and was sold on a rust control device.told it was far better and more effective than undercoating. The truck has spent over 3 month in the last two years (4 times) being in their shop for repainted because of rust. Lots of lost time driving back and forth to bring it in and pick it up. I will give them credit.they did the repairs. However I recently learned from an AutoCheck on the truck that the repairs show up as ACCIDENTS on the vehicle history, which I was assured would NOT be the case. I called and left a message about my concerns, but no one returned my call. So DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT fall for the rust control sales scam! That's all it is! I expected more from a dealership this large.

Quick and easy. No problems. Did exactly what they said they’d do. Michael Comer was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff I’ve dealt with always has been extremely outgoing and helpful. Would recommend Maguire Chevy Service to anyone! Thanks guys.

Told car was delivered on the lot and was ready for viewing. Set up appointment for the next morning and went to view the car. Told upon arrival it was pre-sold before it hit the lot. Still on website as available. Tried to get me to look at other trim levels. No thanks. Wasted time driving a distance to dealership for absolutely nothing.
Taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know my experience.

The service writers were patient and helpful, I feel that they are good listeners especially Dan who I worked with me the most. My service was basic stuff along with a warranty issue that is under review. I hope to see this issue handled very soon so I can drive safely with a repaired side view mirror.

Overall very good in all areas. Ray DeCook was Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Also we’re accommodating to the customer needs. Your mechanic did a great inspection and his report was informative as well. This experience reinforced my confidence our 2 vehicles which were bought from Maguire are in good hands! We are looking forward to any future services at your dealership. The other two service consultants at the desk were also friendly, helpful and accommodating not letting customers wait.

Everyone was very Friendly and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly when bringing me back to work and picking me back up to get my car.

for my 10am appointment only to discover my appointment was at 1pm
service department was very accommodating took good care of me I was all done oil change tires rotated before 1045

Received a call from the salesman indicating he had located the vehicle I desired for a fair price. I drove 50 miles, saw the vehicle, and was ready to close the deal. At the table I was presented documents for a deal costing about $150 more per month than discussed. The salesman said it was a small error. He then offered me lower level vehicles. It has been many years since I’ve been subjected to the classic, unethical, auto salesmanship 101 bait and switch. I left the dealership and bought a new Ford truck, which I’m very happy with.

My wife and I had the most enjoyable experience buying our vehicle from your dealership. Harley was absolutely phenomenal. He was exactly the person we needed after having an unpleasant experience at another dealership. We knew the vehicle we wanted and what we would be able to afford. Harley was honest, knowledgeable and very personable which made the whole buying experience truly stress free and enjoyable. We greatly appreciate all he did and can not thank him enough.

Straight forward inspection and routine brakes and rotar change. Friendly staff and was done same day as appointment and was given a shuttle upon request back to my apartment until things were done

Our salesman told us when we bought the vehicle that we would not have any need to use the warranty since my husband only drives a mile to work and home and occasionally on the weekends. We paid $2,200 for a warranty that doesn't cover much of anything. When I spoke to the warranty company they informed me that they only cover certain parts of the engine, electrical and transmission but they didn't know what was exactly covered. Then they informed me that all of their warranties are like this. My vehicle was not fixed by Maguire and we are currently looking at other places to have our vehicle serviced.

Today I bought a car and was on my way home in less than 3 hours! Nick Arcaro was my salesman and was so helpful! There were several people that helped Chris from financing! I will recommend Maguire Chevy to all of my friends and family!

For this day in age of being able to buy vehicles online the experience was very good.we went into the dealership with a certain vehicle in mind. We were able to test drive that vehicle and a couple of others we ended up leaving with a totally different one then what we started out wanting.being able to test drive can make all the difference in the world. Everybody we came in contact with there was so friendly and very helpful to get us in a car that we like. Thank You for really caring about the customer!

I had been dreading shopping for a new car for a while, but the salesman that I worked with at your dealership, Nicolas Arcaro, made it so simple and enjoyable! He listened to what I wanted, offered many different payment options and helped to find the perfect one for me. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't pushy at all and I felt comfortable with the transaction every step of the way. He took care of all the paperwork, including calling my insurance company and getting everything all squared away for me. Within a few hours of arriving at the dealership that morning, I was driving off the lot with the new car. Nick made this car buying experience easy, fast, and enjoyable. Taylor Disco charged me a lot for a simple job. People there are friendly, but stay away when it comes to repairs. What should have been an $80-$100 fix ended up being $700, the dealership just threw in a bunch of unneeded repairs that I could have done myself if I had just been informed. Instead, they fixed them at a much higher rate without telling me.
