As an African Muslim customer, I have been appalled by the fact that this company is engaged in deceptive activities, selling diluted oils while marketing them as pure. This conduct is not only unethical but also deeply disrespectful to the faith and trust of customers like myself.

It is clear to me that Madina Industrial Corporation has strayed far from the reputable company it once was and has chosen the path of deceit and dishonesty. I've been coming to this store for years and they always have new items friendly staff

I been stopping at this store for over 15 add years excellent quality in all of their products and they attention of service is unique I have recommended my family and others

Closed on Labor Day! Yet all the businesses around them are open. Come on, you as Muslims should know better. They don't even close on Jumuah yet they are closed on Labor Day!

Some of the oils had no smell. I have been a customer for about 7 years so that was disappointing. The price is still great.

They by far have the best I mean the best cologne or perfume for both men and women I personally like this local shop the cologne I get is long lasting as far as smell of the cologne I get.

This use to be my go to establishment there website has not been updated since before the pandemic and the oils on there website are old nothing new. Please get it together so I can come shop again

Madina has a huge, high quality, fragrance selection at highly competitive prices. Madina also has a large variety of bottles and containers for fragrances, a variety of body care products and a large incense selection. In addition to all this they also carry a wide variety of Islamic books, imported Islamic clothing and various imported religious items. The staff is highly professional and friendly, and the service they give is top shelf. My over all service experience over a period of 20 plus years has been AMAZING!

Madina is my go-to for deodorant, toothpaste, soap, and body oils. The products are all natural, affordable, and have great scents. On-line checkout is seamless, and I received my order within 2 days. The shipping is quite convenient for me because I'm unable to travel due to back issues. Much appreciated, thank you.

Madina is an excellent store with the best quality Oils compared to other places that dilute their oils. I've gotten Oils from other stores and nothing compares to the originality, best quality and quantity of Oils that the 'Madina' stores sells.

My 2ND Review for 2023 is a THUMBS DOWN. The oils that I have continued to purchase for a long time has now been cut so badly. It's unbelievable how the originality and quality of the oils are now

This is amongst the worst establishment I’ve ever come across. The manager was great but when he is not there the sales people are disgusting to deal with. I was buying $700+ of items that were beautiful but they were using forceful tactics and shouting and speaking to me condescendingly. I had to ask him to calm down several times. I was obliviously appalled at the service but I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt and look past their behavior as a fellow Muslim, but wallahi this man went to the counter and laughed about it to another employee. That’s when I decided that this is not a good place to put a cent towards. Although the things are beautiful الله كريم. There’s many more options out there. Again the manager was good but he was not there both times when I went back to the store. They actually lied and said one of the employees is the manager but I remember the manager having henna and this one did not.

Honestly I was in nysdoccs for a six year sentence and the 3 in 1 butter lotion was absolutely perfect (butter shea mango) kept my face smooth and wrinkle free other products I can’t comment on but there soaps and lotions are all phenomenal 100% facts oils I have no knowledge of and see negitive reviews but lotion n soaps. Stand by

I have to drive from Connecticut to New York, because I couldn't place an online order and I have an account. When I called no help was provided to me. I find that to be very sad.

I was extremely disappointed. I purchased 1lb of Egyptian musk, I swear it has absolutely no smell. Waste of time and money. I don't recommend at all. I wish I could find oils that last all day like they used to.
