Macy's Backstage

Very hit or miss, the last several times were a miss. Basically stuff that ended up there for a reason. Cashier's are fast and friendly, though unlike the "real" Macy's.

Everything neat and organized a place for everything and everything in its place. They have everything you need at low prices.

I love this place it has everything you need for little children's clothing till home bedding and bath.

I found this place on a humble. So so glad I did. Excellent deals! Friendly & helpful staff! The selection is pretty good if you are an above average sized male, but from what I see, if you are an average sized individual, the selection is phenomenal!

Good variety of clothes, shoes, accessories, beauty and home. But the checkout time takes forever. If you're planning on picking something up quickly and be out. Give yourself some time. You will spend more time waiting in line to check out then you probably would shopping.

Super long line and they have a separate are for macys.com returns but they told me to stand on the long line for everything instead

Line is always too long, they need to hire more cashiers. I always give up and leave empty handed.

When I went inside, it immediately reminded me of a neater Burlington coat factory. Stale, drab decor, makes you feel like you stepped back in time into the 90s. Selections for men were very limited colors, styles, shoes. However, with a thorough search through the aisles, I did manage to find some pieces that stood out (a yellow pullover, spring jacket, tees). The prices are great, if you are able to find something. It's good for simple pieces (tees, underwear, socks, homegoods). You may come across some stand out pieces (if you search.heavy).

This store is pretty good. That’s where I do most of my returns when I order from the Macys website. The customer service there is polite and helpful. This lady told me that I don’t have to wait for the weekend to shop on the Macys website because the backstage store has if not better prices and if there’s something they don’t have, then I can order from the Macys website!

Lots of good finds. The store is orderly and staff helpful. The shoes section not as nice. Definately has nice jewelry pieces.

I never knew this shopping center existed.this place is good for towels, sheets and small gifts

Don't think any of these items were ever sold at Macy's. The quality of items available very cheap and not authentic. I was disappointed and probably won't ever shop here again.

You can always find something here, for the home yourself, kids or hubby, neighbors you name it. Prices are great.great place to shop. Luv it.

Nice outlet store with clothes, shoes, home decor, make up and more. The only thing holding back 5 stars is the check out line. It's agony waiting on the line. They don't have enough cashiers.

Great deals, definitely much cheaper than the actual Macy's store. Will be going there more often especially for home items and kids clothing.

Very very small selection. Prices are high. Staff is very friendly. Establishment is clean & organized.

I just go there because of the location. Not a best big shoe selection for ladies size 10 or more. They do have the make-up stuff and quick gifts for people not picky.

Place looks filthy and even some of the toys and clothes look either used or just like someone else's trash.

Medium sized store but a lot of selection, and great customer service. Fast customer service for all departments.

This Macy's has good prices, I was looking for a scarf I got it. Jewelry is ok not as others Macy's around the city. It is a small place.

I have never heard of Macy's backstage before untill I found this one. This is like Marshall or TJMax. Products that are made only for Macy's are sold here at discounted price. But the price is competitive. You might get lucky and get a FILA jacket for 6 bucks in your size. But good deals for regular sizes are usually rare to find.

I can't believe I finally went in here and found the best clothing for affordable prices. I was really surprised. Unfortunately you can't use any coupons here but other than that, everything else was great. I will be going back for more. Oh, there's also a plus size section in this small spot!

Not crowded, has parking lot, reasonable prices, helpful staff and this mini mall has a post office and places to get something to eat

Too much clutter of clothing. Poor display layout. Damaged n tattered clothing at unreasonable price
