Well kept departments with plenty of clearance LAST ACT items to pick from. Be prepared to wait when checking out. We tried checkout counters on EVERY floor and they were packed and moving very slowly.

Beautiful store, and good place to shop for clothes, appliances, almost anything you can find here.

I love this Macy's it's definitely great inside of here The layout of the whole department store is really nice they've done a great job with this location I definitely suggest checking this place out they have a lot of deals and a whole bunch of selections when it comes to all sorts of things clothing sneakers jewelry You name it they have it check them out.

You need to open a Macy's somewhere in White Plains this is very inconvenient for most. Can never find anything in the store there are no signs indicating departments. The whole set up stinks!

Came to the fragrance department and it was crowded and busy. They have plenty of associates to assist you so no complaints there. The sizes of the bottles I wanted were sold out and they only have 2 catalog book samples with a $400 purchase. The paper bags for the fragrances weren't cute and easily broke. I guess I wanted more for my buck. Overall I believe you can find better fragrance deals online or at other stores.

This place is known for its racial profiling of shoppers, so I heard. I experienced it last night for myself. I returned two coats and went shopping for a potential item in the women department. I am trying on coats and there was a security guard literally watching me like a hawk. I walked pass the entrance door he would stand there like I was about to make a dash out the door with the jacket. I dropped the items I was about to purchased and walked out. LISTEN MACYS, you will lose business operating this way. This is a prime reason why I shop online because its extremely comfortable and I don't feel like I am being profiled.

I went to take my grandkids to see Toys r Us but there was no sign and not much of a variety. But I did find some nice things to buy so it wasn't a complete bust.

This location never has stock. The perfume area is too much, gives a headache as soon as you walk in
And the store needs more ventilation.

My sister an I were there about a couple of weeks ago. The Macys that our mother use to take us to, is not the Macys that is now. The quality of the clothes is poor (cheap). The clothes are found on the floor. Sales personnel are scarce. The racks in which the clothing are on is kept less than in a decent manner.
Macys was always considered an up scale store, now it is down, down scale. The sales people are less than helpful and it is a shame when you look for them they are their cell phone. Why are jobs allowing their workers to be on cell phones at work? What happened Macys?

I was made to wait downstairs for a manager for 30 minutes at store pick up. Then I was told I don’t want you to waste your time waiting there you can go to executive offices. Someone picked up my online order and it wasn’t me. I explained again to them and they told me to wait for a manager. I waited and no one came. I got frustrated no one apologized I said I was leaving. The receptionist said ok. And my online ordered looks like I picked up. This is not the first time but I wanted a review on them. They were rude and disrespectful.

There shouldn't be season shopping without going to Macy's.
This one at Cross County is very confortable and accesible.
I was able to find good deals on some clothes and gifts for my family at very discounted prices. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Liked it even more than other locations of their own.

A really good store where you find all that you are looking for at a good price. Macys on this days is much better than before. And the customer service is improved, they really want to help you.

Was not expecting to run the gauntlet in the fragrance aisle. Thought that was a thing of the past. Ninja skills served me well though and I survived the onslaught. Other than that, busy store. Had everything I needed.

I’m very disappointed in doing business with you guys. I spent 420 on colognes and still didn’t receive the gift y’all promised. I’ve changed my address and still nothing. My girlfriend just spent 100 with macy’s here in Florida and got free samples and facials product. I spent 220 with Dillards and i got a gift with samples. I hope the manager knows that I remember his face. I can’t recommend this store to anyone!

This is biggest Macy's Backstage (outlet) I've ever been too. It feels the closest to the original in size, selection and customer service. The floor staff/sales associates are helpful and attentive, also they're more plentiful at this store that the actually Macy's so it's a win win of you live close by and don't want to trek down to midtown.

I went to return a gift to Macy’s that was bought for my daughter due to the wrong size and they didn’t have the dress in stock but also when I ask for a refund they were trying to give me $10 dollars for a dress. Although the tag said $70 I’m sure it was probably on sale for about $30. The manager never showed up and the employee just pushed us to the side like they didn’t care.

A clean store However it's not stocked like it should. I visited cross country mall and that Macy's was stocked with many sales and beautiful clothes and shoes and everything. This one is just boring nothing appeals. I live here and I prefer go to another.

Fulfilling as always. The cologne men counters could use a more polished and considerate sincere salesperson because the man who was there at closing on a weekday was very forceful and unempathetic towards the consumer. Luckily I came there knowing what I wanted

Totally useless customer service every time I go to any Macy’s. Which is why I’m going to stop shopping there probably ever again.

Although I generally like Macy’s as a store, the staff members at Cross County branch are very rude and desperately lack manners. I went shopping there yesterday, and stood in line for over 20 minutes at checkout shortly before 8pm. When it was my turn, the lady behind the counter mumbled something and started assisting her colleague, ignoring me for over 5 minutes. Then, two ladies came over telling them it was 8pm and time to close, and when they saw me waiting to pay, I was told to go to a different check out. When I protested, they raised their voices telling me not to yell and very reluctantly agreed. The lady at the counter went on about how “during the pandemic there is no need getting all wind up” in a very condescending fashion. I had every right to be frustrated after standing in line for a long time, being totally ignored, and then being told to go away, so how about this: customers must be accommodated and treated with respect at all times and especially during the pandemic! Please, brief your staff members on how to exercise courtesy.

Not enough help available, and the staff that I finally found were not helpful had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get shoes.

Went with my elderly mom and the experience was great. Had to go inside the fitting room with my mom and they were very accommodating. More importantly my mom got the dresses she wanted and she was very happy. That all the matters to me

All of these big dept stores are streamlining what they have in stock. You need to order from the website if you're looking for a big selection. There are a lot of items in the store that are discounted so you can find some real bargains.
