Macy's

The deals here are not really worth the hassle and effort. There are other Macy's branches that are cheaper

Worst customer service at this store. The staff yells at you and walks away. Just a shame…

The Store is nice, paying for parking there is crazy, It should be covered by Macy's validation of you parking stub

It was good, clothes were all hung up and folded neatly, but not the best customer service.

I love shopping in Macy's Store, I always buy good quality items such as shoes and clothes.

It’s very large, right close to the main thing (Macy’s in Manhattan), occupies several floors, there are a lot of good shops nearby (primark, target, Burlington), there is a food court, in general an excellent location, all in one.

It's a very large Macy's at Kings Plaza. Backstage on top floor has a lot of bargain items.

Macy's is Macy's. What bad things can you say about Macy's. I grew up on macy's, so I remember when they had Wednesday sales. Lol

I was at the branch in Brooklyn,
Kings highway mall, i wanted to get foundation that Clinique that they were having s great sale on.
The sales lady was Kirresa and she really knows her stuff just wanted the foundation but i bought other stuff and i got s great deal

Don't go on a Saturday it is crowded plus the escalator from the second and third floors out so one escalated is out too but everybody using that as the staircase to go up and down the front entrance next to Sbarro is closed so you have to walk around or use the second floor entrance

It was a great experience. I got some body spray for man & woman there. They smell so good! It was a very nice experience.

This Macy's location is a Brooklyn staple that's been around since I was a kid. First floor perfume/cosmetics was recently remodeled and it glimmers! Hopefully rest of it will be renovated soon as well, b/c this location is not very well kept.

Selections look picked over, several stall doors in the ladies restroom broken, and at least one of the escalators has been out-of-order for several months.

Lines for Guest services (on 2nd fl), move a bit slowly, but most of the staff I've encountered are pleasant.

Messy went to try some shirts in men area large fitting room closed had to wait on line for only fitting area with three stall not worth the wait

I go to the macys alot but as per my experiance with the people work there is not always great. I mostly buy perfumes whenever i go on vacation twice or 3 times in a year. I buy 7,8 perfumes each time. I always had to face the problem with the services of the staff. They are not helpfull and always i have to ask the small perfume samples but they always give me reason that they don't have no more or its finished etc.
MOST IMPORTANT: This time when i went to the macy's store on Wednesday 9/15/21, the lady (SHORT RED HAIR, AFRICAN WOMEN) who i was dealing with, i asked her if i can get the samples with the perfume that i purchased (I actually purchased it on Monday 9/13/21, and she promised that i can come and pickup next time and the guy who keep the samples he left) and again she did the same thing when i went there and i had to ask the african guy for that and actually he also does not like me asking for a sample perfume.
The lady with red hair seems like doing something strange. She does not like me to stand around her counter. Her cash register was open and there was another lady (seems like a customer or her relative) standing very close to her with the box which was open next to the register and was looking very strange like stealing something.
THE MANAGEMENG SHOULD BE CAREFUL BEFORE THEY HIRE PEOPLE. I JUST FEEL BAD WHENEVER I SEE THE WORKERS DO STRANGE THINGS WHILE WORKING / OR STEAL PRODUCTS OF MACYS

Unfortunately, we didn't find men's clothes we were lookin for this time. That's why 4 stars. Otherwise I would recommend, it's Macy's after all

NOW ON THE BADAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURN. AS MACY IS A BIG BUSY STORE ESPECIALLY ON A WEEKEND YOU NEED MORE CASHIERS WORKING. THEY WERE ONLY TWO REGISTER OPERATING AND YOU HAVE ABOUT 6 OR 7 REGISTERS. THE LINE WAS SO LONG IT WAS RAP AROUND GOING INTO THE OTHER DEPARTMENT. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

SO NEXT TIME I'M VISITING IN BROOKLYN AND I VISIT MACY I HOPE I SEE MISS. LAURA AND MACY IMPROVE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURNS.

Great selection of items, but the customer service was horrible. Long wait times, and the cashier was rude. Would never refer anyone to this Macy's and I won't be returning.

They were doing renovations, but for the most part I prefer this Macy's for my Brooklyn choice. They always have what I'm looking for.

Unfortunely the service was bad, one register open for the whole women floor and two girls working, more than 45 minutes making a line ro pay.

Being a Brooklyn resident, one cannot avoid Macy's. When you need a beautiful dress, a suit, you go to Macy's- so said my co-workers.
If you get a discount, go for it.

Very rude staff. Try room is close. Cash counter is close just only one counter is open with a long line and other staff is just chilling and enjoying. There is no any check and balance.

I am always shopping at Macy's. Luckily for me that day, I registered and got my Macy's card, pronto. I am excited and will continue to shop. Great items, best quality.

Solid and spacious as always, good social distancing and cleaning products at easy access, but shoe department was understaffed with long waits for assistance.

Bathroom always dirty and obviously it's because of the customers and high traffic but the stalls are so small they need to renovate in there.cause green acres macys don't look like in there.

Although the store is going through renovation, there was a 50%off sale. Just wish there were more plus size clothes for a younger buyer.

Very crowded Mother's Day weekend 2021. Great customer service. Was in and out within an hour. It's best to know what you want before going there. Lines were not too bad considering the pandemic happening right now. Great deals/discounts. I got half off my purchase. If you're going there, wear a mask due to crowds and have a plan to get what you need quickly and leave.

They had a nice selection of clothes for little boys but I feel as though the prices are way too high. If you want to get more business lower the prices.
Their clearance section for little boys were like 3 shirts and no pants smh.
Then they mostly sell tract suits like what happen to selling actual pants for little boys. Not every day will be a park day.
