Good customer service, attention to details, patience, good communication, prompt service, friendly customer service.

The girls that work at the mac counter are just so rude, not helpful and so unenthusiastic.i went to purchase some strobe moisturizer and the girl that helped me seemed as if she didn’t even want to talk so the next day it’s still on my mind her lack of customer service so i decided to return the product today, a different girl is there this time also extremely nonchalant.no eye contact nothing.they really just need to close the mac no one is ever at the counter sales associates from the other cosmetics counters alway have to come over and help the customers.tacky.

The service is despicable as is the stores location. Old watermark tiles, smells like and abandoned warehouse. What kind of productivity do you expect from the employees and or the managers there? I’ll never go back to that cash cow of store. Clearly the money made isn’t worth reinvesting back into the store and only for others pockets.
