I'm giving 4 stars, just based on the inventory, they definitely got heat when it comes to luxury vehicles. I did walk away with the car that I wanted, but I have to say that the finance manager that dealt with my transaction left a sour taste in my mouth. At times he was rude, and unprofessional. One would think.if a customer is spending a significant amount of money in your establishment customer service should be top tier at all times. When I inquired about a question.he became defensive, claimed to have gone above and beyond for me, and noted that the time was after his business hours. Im proud of myself because I held it together, and didnt read this cocky mofo for filth because he definitely deserved it, but my end goal was to walk away with the car I wanted. I have to point out that I paid a significant amount more than anticipated. Would I purchase from this business again? No.just due to the attitude of the finance manager, and the sheisty energy he exuded. The only reason I didn't get up and walk away from this purchase is because I couldn't find this car with this color scheme (2021 MB GLC 300 in Cirrus Silver w/cranberry interior) anywhere else.

I know the end goal for dealerships is to make money, but customer service should be paramount.

Absolute scam artist. They lie about everything. Dont go here. They wouldnt give me a price quote on a car i was interested in without agreeing to buy it first. I walked right out.

Not the best, I went in with the idea of seeing what works for me price range wise before signing off anything dealer is going to say I have to pay for the insurance upfront to see how much my car note would be like what? Not only that everything you see online well obviously don’t believe you need your credit runned and there’s many other fees if you are a new car buyer save your time and go to an official Kia or Honda dealer

As a returning customer My experience with Luxury Motor Club was still one of the best experiences. They greet & treat you with nothing but love respect from the time you walk in until the time you walk out. I had the most coolest salesman, Benny was so down to earth & not to mention very funny, he took his time when it came to helping me choose the perfect car. Nelson & Nate also made sure my experience was nothing more than perfect! If you’re looking for a great car look no further, this is definitely the place to be! Thank you LMC many blessings to you & your entire staff:)

Please do yourself a favor and shop at a branded dealership, even if you have to purchase a used car. From salesperson to finance manager to Finance director at this dealership are liars and frauds. If you’re looking to finance a car, they will offer you the price that they advertise online on their website and all the other sites (You have to mention to them the price you saw online or else they will start the convo with the actual price of the car). If you are someone buying the car in cash, then you will be actually paying the actual price of the car and not the discounted price online. This is because they partner with banks and the banks are paying them their share for bringing customers to them, so this is why they list their cars at a discounted price, so they can attract customers and lock them into a finance loan on a high interest rates. Let’s say they list the price of the car for $33,000, and you decide to finance it, then they will offer you this price and act like they are honoring you the price because you asked or negotiated for it, but if you don’t finance it, then you would be actually paying the actual price of the car, which would be $37,000 cash. They make the profit of the difference of this by locking you in a loan with one of their partner banks, and the bank will cut them share of that difference, so technically the dealership isn’t losing any money on it. Also, can some one tell me how in the earth the finance amount of the car can go from $32,850 to $44,000 with an excellent credit score and $8000 down payment? We all know the most common fees on top of the car price are dmv fees, taxes, document fees, etc, but even if you add these amounts, the price shouldn’t go upto $44,000. But this dealership has all the hidden fees, they sell you extended warranty at a such a expensive price (do not buy the warranty with them!), they charge you for $1850 something for delivery and thousand something for car disposition fee, which is usually only few hundreds. And don’t forget they try to get you lock in at a 10% interest rate and doesn’t matter whether you have an excellent or a poor credit score. A local bank would offer 6.5-7% interest rate with an excellent score. With all these fees and all, they will try to lock you in between $800-$1000 per month on a car that’s worth $32,000. Also, when you are closing a deal with them, they don’t even discuss the breakdown of the price and the amount you will be financing and instead they will print out a paper with 3 options on it for you to pick provided by the bank that their system finds that’s offering the best rate. They do this so they can lock you in without having any discussion, so make sure you ask for the breakdown and the amount you will finance and this is when things will start going down! They are so desperate to sell the car and lock you in a loan that they are even willing to waive 1st month payment, so that you come back to them again after 3 months to refinance the car with a credit union at a lower rate. This is a Scam! Please save yourself the time and the headache and instead just go to a branded dealership even if you have to purchase at a bit more higher price. Don’t let the discounted online price fool you. It’s sad to see most people are falling for their discounted prices and actually locking them into a loan with them when they can go a branded dealership and get a way better offer that will save them money over the course of years. Now, it’s very understandable why Bank of America don’t deal with independent dealerships like one of these because they know it’s a trap.

Benny was extremely helpful in my decision of getting a new vehicle, super easy to talk to, super easygoing and very transparent. Truly a pleasure doing business with him and LMC!

SCAM.
They post a car that is too good to be truth, just to get you to come in. In fact, they do not have the car. It's " in service".
And immediately they try to sell tou something different.

Shady people running business that should be audited.

David was an awesome salesman! Worked with my son to get a car at the best fit for him financially as well as get into the car he wanted. Everyone at LMC was nice and personable! I will be back to get a car when I’m ready! Go pay them a visit if you need a luxury or high end car!

David was awesome! Amazing experience here! Will definitely be coming back from my next vehicle as well as referring more customers here. Great people, great business. A+! Shoutout to CRich who’s doing an amazing job promoting this place!

I am happy with my car, however I am starting to feel like the price of the car was inflated. My jeep grand cherokee was listed on the invoice as 41,000. This is a 34,000 mile used car.when I looked up what the car was actually worth I'm seeing 33,000. I feel like the dealership raised the price of this car. I should have done more research, which is my fault. The sales team was very nice and so was the finance manager. Unfortunately, I doubt i will purchase another vehicle. I could have went to the Jeep Dealership and came off better. You live and you learn though. So 2 months later I'm updating my review. I do feel I was given a raw end of the deal. The car came from an auction and after carefully inspecting it I do see evidence of a moderate repair. This car is definitely not worth the payment that I'm stuck in, mind you I have tier one credit and put down 5,000. Bc I loved the car I over looked all of these red flags. Lesson learned. Definitely will not be returning.
Update 6 months later
My car is showing signs of being in a traumatic accident. I'm taking it to a Jeep Dealership to have it inspected and correct any mechanical issues. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY from this Dealership. I wish I did.

***UPDATE. I'm just about TWO years into having this car and the headaches are endless. My car is currently at the dealership due to issues with the 4WD. Thank GOD I purchased an extended warranty a few days ago because I can't even imagine the cost. Back in April I had to take the car to the JEEP service center for a separate issue which costs me $4000, which is why I went and purchased the warranty. Now, I put down $5,000, paid out of pocket 4,000 and the extended warranty is costing me a total of 5,000. THAT'S ALMOST $20,000 that I have spent within 2 yrs of buying this car! I definitely regret my decision and I will NEVER refer anyone to CRICH CARS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE GO TO THE BRAND DEALERSHIP. You will be saving yourself a multiple headaches and a lot of money!

Wouldn’t but a smart car from these people. Spoke to someone at 8am tells me he has the specific car I wanted to come in I drive an hour there to find out the car was sold days ago. This is the type of games they are playing just to get people to come there. Thirsty for customers. Like people don’t have better things to do. Bad Buisness period

I went to Luxury Motor Club a few weeks ago and immediately knew I made a great choice on where to purchase a vehicle. Benny Shurga was my salesman and what I liked about him is that he kept everything transparent about the process and what car would fit my budget. What’s great about working with Benny is his professionalism, attention to detail, his excellent customer service and his above and beyond work ethic. I would definitely recommend Luxury Motor Club to my friends and family members and I plan on telling them to ask for Benny. Thank you Benny for everything.

Thank you to Benny and nelson for making my first car purchase a good experience. It was a quick and easy experience and they explained everything step by step.

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Extremely rude and dishonest about their vehicles. Stay away

I’m only giving this place one star because I can’t give it a zero. My parents bought a car from here and they were told that the car was $36,000. After the down payment of $20,000, the outstanding balance would be around $16,000. They signed the papers, got the car, and came home to a bank statement saying that the outstanding balance is now $36,000. Come to find that they lied about the actual price of the car which was $50,000 FOR A USED 2015 MERCEDES? Are you kidding? If you want to get scammed, come here. They took advantage of people who don’t speak English well. Losers

Was a long process. You might get cold feet if you’re not committed. Benny and Nelson went above and beyond to make sure i left with the vehicle. Great inventory and great staff to chop it with while waiting.

Where do I begin. Purchased car from dealership was told all was well m. Within a week car had break pad issue. Returned to service fixed free of charge. Then Rat chewed on sensor wire, took car back they went through warranty $100 deductible payed replaced sensor left wire without proper repair and failed to notify me; practically band aid placed on problem. Weeks later same issue arise on and off took car to separate shop 2 months later pic showed only sensor replaced, chewed wire never fixed.when contacted manager Kristin was told essential that she was doing me a favor to speak with me because I previously worked for one of the brokers, only alternative was to bring car back into them to be fixed. Why would I after you lied about completing previous repairs. The best part was the favor to speak with me, as if I didn’t spend over 50,000 purchasing the car. Also advised “guy that worked on the car no longer works there”. If you didn’t accept accountability of Some sort why offer me to bring the car back to you? Got to say way she spoke implied i was beneath her which wasn’t the case when I made the purchase. Keep your distance if you looking for a dealership who respect and value the money of African Americans.
PS. The repair facility utilized is one authorized by your dealership therefore you hold accountability especially with your lack of respect and value for my money spent.
