I absolutely love this store! The workers are super friendly and attentive.very courteous and are eager to display all of the products.such a great spot for bath care and skin care stuff, perfect considering that it is located in the underground market.would definitely come again!

Wow blown away by the experience! I was familiar with Lush but I never had such an end-to-end experience walking through all kinds of products from body conditioner to bath bombs. The people there were so friendly and helpful, and the person who helped me out just explained and demonstrated things so well, and I honestly wanted to buy everything after talking with him. I visited on a Friday afternoon/evening, and it was an amazing start to the weekend. Thank you!

Received amazing customer service from Lorenzo, who had the coolest Basquiat tank top on.
He had a warm smile and charming charisma.
He helped me source products I had purchased before;
products for me and my partner, and gift products for a friend.

His knowledge of the lush product line helped me pick new scents that were in my comfort zone, while also helping me find a product I could introduce to my friend who is not familiar with Lush.
I had amazing experience. 10/10 Def would recommend.lol

It wasn't my first time at that location but those are the type of interactions that make a place feel like home. I left with laugher in my heart, and samples from other products, I look forward to buying at my next visit.

I was here about a month or so ago with my daughter and received the best service ever from Janine and Elhadje! They were super friendly and knowledgeable and made our trip to store a truly memorable experience. My daughter talks about how much fun she had with them every time we walk by. A great place to find a gift.

I always get amazing service at Lush, but I want to highlight the team at this store and their amazing service! Ari helped me with various products and choosing the right perfume. The whole staff is knowledgeable, awesome, and very helpful. I’ll be back!

If I could LIVE in Lush I would (yes, I'm addicted). The cleanliness and courteous staff are consistent across the Lush stores I've visited in TX and now NY. This store is bomb, and Elhadgp and Hann exceeded my Lush "experience" expectations. I've never had a bad experience, but this location is my new fave. The Lush experts there are knowledgeable, professional, lively, and extremely personable - I felt like they were just one of the homies Thanks for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to visit again!

This is first time trying Lush products and I love that their products are natural and smell great. Amazing for self care and everyday body care. The customer service at this store was awesome, Elhadje answered all of my questions and introduced me to the wide range of products. I would highly recommend checking this store out. Honestly this’s my best Lush experience I’ve had so far, the manager Abdullah was so welcoming and kind with everything i requested. I asked so many questions and he was so patient and helpful with every need I had, cannot emphasize on how at home i felt with this Lush branch, really all the employees here were extremely engaging and enthusiastic about accommodating their customers. Very generous people here too, I’d love to personally thank them for all their help.

I could go all day on how amazing this trip was, AGAIN BEST EXPERIENCE! Always love how Lush employees are very warmhearted and nice.

I have been a long time Lush fan, but my last visit was special. I loved trying different products with Hann! I was explained the differences between each one and felt pampered at the same time. It was a wonderful birthday treat, for which I was given a several really fun gifts, too!

Officially my Favorite Lush location! Ari and Lorenzo are the best! Ari took the time to walk me through all the scents and find the one that worked for me! Lorenzo then gave me some samples and I’ll definitely be back to buy a full size! They are so knowledgeable about the ingredients and Lush as a brand. Refreshing!

Lorenzo was super great and recommending products and was very patient. Full of energy! I love coming into lush not only for the products but for the enjoyment with the workers as well!

I can't believe I've never left a review! I've been coming to this LUSH for at least the past 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say!

Whenever I'm having a stressful day or even if I just need a treat, I swing by. I used to get just the bath bombs but I now own practically everything they have in the store.

The body conditioner (my favorite is Ro's Argan) makes me unbelievably soft. The massage bars with magnesium are a must as well; I use mine right before bed and it helps me relax completely. If you have trouble relaxing your body and it keeps you up at night, this is the stuff.

The eyeliner works amazingly even on my not-so-light skin, which is not something a lot of other makeup does.

The facemasks are sooo refreshing and they go perfectly with the eye gels.

And oh the bubble bars! They make me so soft and the bubbles last for over an hour, even in hot water!

Every time I get out of a LUSH bath, I feel magical and brand new. And the people are amazing. Always beyond kind and super helpful. Sometimes I just step inside for some positive vibes (although I rarely leave empty-handed).

I also wanted to mention that before mother's day, the LUSH newsletter allows you the option to opt out of mother's day related emails. That's the first time I've ever seen that and it was so nice that it was an option. Truly remarkable as people and as a company.

I had SUCH a lovely shopping experience today! The staff offered wonderful guidance about the best products for what I was looking for, and the whole store felt so friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite LUSH location and I’ll be visiting again soon!

Amy and Hannah were so nice and helpful! They gave me great product recommendations. They also helped me with directions to the place because I got lost lol.

Helpful, kind and really cool staff (shoutout to Elhaoje, Lorenzo, and Janine!). I been to many lush stores but this one is my favorite. They are definitely pros at what they’re doing and knew exactly what scents I was looking for.

I had a great experience shopping here yesterday with my daughter in law. This is her favorite store and I can see why. The customer service was great. They recommended wonderful items for us. Everything felt and smelled so good! I can’t wait to take a nice hot shower with my new Happy Happy shower gel. They also have makeup items, a little of everything you could want. I also like that they are environmentally friendly with their products and packaging.

I had the best shopping experience ever here today. Ari was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They gave me some really great suggestions for things to try and answered every question i had.can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by before work and had my day made by the trio working the floor - Elhadje, Wendy the pup, and a third person whose name I have forgotten but was lovely and got me interested in Lush skincare. Elhadje helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and a few more things I have a feeling will become my everyday favorites

The store was a little hard to find but when I did it was perfect, nice and compact and had all the products I was looking for. I have sadly forgotten the name of the person who assisted me, they made the experience great.

I’m a regular Lush customer and this store has the best customer service. I also got some free samples to try! Give them a visit if you’re in the area.

This Lush location has such wonderful customer service! The whole staff, including Amy and Zoe (?), were so friendly and helpful. I was picking up a birthday gift for a friend and they went above and beyond to make it special with no extra charge.
