I brought our 2017 Ford Escape in for evaluation and it was determined there was a crack in the engine block and we needed a new engine. Sal Castleton the service manager contacted the factory and explained the situation. There was slightly over 50k miles on the Escape and Sal was able to get the engine quickly and affordably. He gave me updates throughout the process. Mechanic Charlie Wilson performed the work which was done faster than expected and to perfection. The Escape has been driving without any issues and we noticed no difference (other that our exhaust was no longer smoking).
We couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service provided and would highly recommend the service department at Lucas Ford.
