I broke down on the highway. Spent a grand with them to "fix it" just to have it break down on the highway 15 minutes after leaving the shop.

They towed my car after accident on Highway to their store as they happened to be AAA facility and promised me deliver a car next day as it was a Holiday. I am AAA member since 1998 so I trusted them as I trusted AAA, that never failed me in 25 years and I was served mostly within 1 hour on any request. I still can not get my car few days after for many reasons they gave as excuses. Will see what happens next. Finally get my car after 5 days of waiting. What happened - AAA managers convinced another decent AAA company Freeman's Tolling that happened to be in the same city to pick up car from Loyal and deliver it to me for FREE.
I paid Loyal over $400, they promised to refund me toll fees as they did not delivered my car to me. Somehow I am sure that I will not get a penny back.
