I got my nails done today and it was eh. Nothing out of this world, 30 something for a gel manicure felt a bit expensive to me as it had nothing fancy attached to it. Also, the nail tech tried to open the glue bottle and it got on my jacket, so now I have to pay for that to get cleaned. They also made me wait an hour and then change prices on me from 60something to 100 dollars plus for a gel extension set. Made absolutely no sense. Wouldn’t go again, save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Gaby is an excellent person. She takes good care of clients. I like her work because I have been working with her for a long time. She is a true professional.

I’ve been coming to Lotus for years now and I only trust Gaby. Gaby provides great service for pedicures and gel manicures, she is very skilled at ingrown nails which is why I only go to her since I suffer from ingrown nails on my toes. Gaby is a perfectionist when it comes to cuticles, she always provides excellent service and also handles her appointments on times.

If you wanna come here for eyelash extensions, don't do it. You'll hurt yourself, I didn't believe the reviews until i tried it myself. I barely open my eyes when i got it because of too much glue and felt like burning my eyes, never experienced this in different place I went to. I hope they train there lash techs before letting them do it to the customer.

I’ve been coming here for over 5+ years to Sawita for my Brazilian waxes, eyelashes & eyebrows. I love her & only still come here for her. She is amazing at what she does. She cares for her clients & makes sure they’re satisfied with their services.

Sunita is the best I love her Every time I come here I come out refreshed and great and feeling beautiful. She does amazing lashes, waxing, threading and tinting! I just love it here! I love you Sunita I highly recommend this place!

Pravina was really great! She made the entire process really quick and easy and will definitely be coming back.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but avoid this place!
I came in to get my eyelashes removed after getting extensions in other place.
I only had a few lashes so I decided to take a chance and go to this place. The woman put the removal product on my eyes for 5 min and then began to pull out the eyelashes with tweezers. I started to scream in pain, my eyes burned after this product, but she continued to do this and pulled out about 5 of my natural eyelashes by the root.
I'm in shock and still in pain and hope I didn't get any infection. This place is very dirty and unprofessional. And yes, the remnants of the extension are still on my eyes.

I just got my eyelashes done here and this was the worst experience ever. During the process of her doing my eyelashes she over applied glue and it burned my eyes. After when she said they were “done” i looked at them and with my eyes open and then closed. When i closed them they got stuck together and i could barely open my eyes. I told her and all she said was this was you, you cannot close your eyes. Which made no sense because she told me she was done with them so what did she expect me to do not close my eyes for the rest of the day. This was because of overly applied glue. Then when i asked her to removed it she ripped of a huge chunk taking off my natural eyelashes. She also tried putting a remover that just ended up burning my skin. She reapplied lashes to make it look decent but all it looks like it clumped up lashes. NEVER AGAIN. I warn anyone from coming here for eyelashes, they should not be aloud to do them.

This place has unprofessional workers that waste your time! I booked an appointment twice with the same nail tech and both times she canceled on me! She didn’t even bother to let me know she wouldn’t be available. The first time she canceled on me she told me it was because she was backed up. Once again I went in today for an appointment at 11: 30am, in which she! Herself confirmed! When I got there she told me the same thing once again! And not only that but she also told me “I’m sorry I confused you with someone else. ” Very unprofessional to waste a persons time TWICE! Do NOT come here.

I am a very picky person, so listen to this review! Sumi deals with my pickiness and does not complain at all! I love her so much! I used to travel all the way from Delaware just to come see her! She’s very patient and pays attention to detail. Whenever Sumi isn’t in, I go to Sabita and she does an amazing job! She’s very sweet and doesn’t mind any corrections I make. I’ve been going here for years! If you come here, go to the MYRTLE LOCATION and ask for Sumi or Sabita!

Never again. She ripped the beginning of my eyebrow and they look slanted. She literally left a bald spot in the middle. Ridiculous and unprofessional

I purchase sensitive bikini wax. So you would assume that the person performing the bikini wax would know to be sensitive. I had the worst technician ever she was very violent on my female area. It was the worst waxing that I've ever had in my life she just tore apart over and over again. I said ouch each time and she never gave me a moment to breathe. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care for you lady parts than stay far away.

Prabina is awesome! When I went to her it was my first wax in a while. She was very patient and even removed some of my in grown hairs on my second visit:) 10/10

I just had chocolate bikini wax for the very first time. Preivina was my technician and she calmed me down, and got me through my anxiety. She did such a great job. My bikini area is so smooth. There was little discomfort, which was of great concern to me. I highly recommend if you are getting a bikini wax, do ask for Preivina. The results are fabulous. Plus she eases any fears you may have.

This place is amazing and the people are so kind! Gabriela did very well on my nails! I am definitely coming here again

Definitely recommend this place. I always get my eyebrows, pedicure and manicure done at this place. The lady’s are so polite.

The Lady's that do the nails if u go with out appoinment they dont take u.they have a attitude
they will tell u they are waiting for a client u wait there and the client dosent even come.at least make a big sign saying u only take appoinment.

Don’t bother booking an appointment because this place does not go by that. It’s very unprofessional of them and the workers don’t care either. No one cares not even the manager or the owner. So if you care about your self and your time and what you spend your money on, then u should not go to this place.

Good afternoon, I’ve called to speak with a boss or a manager and was told they aren’t available. I got my lashes done just now around 2pm. I didn’t like them so I decided to take them off. The lady started to take them off and I told her the liquid was hurting. I had asked her to use oil like she suggested and she showed me the wax removal bottle. It was okay but then I smelled the other liquid again and I said please don’t use that one it hurts my eyes. I washed my eyes out for the second time. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble I just want to let you know because if my eye gets infected, your salon is responsible. I spoke to three different workers and everyone kept saying they don’t have a manager just a boss and that they’re busy.

Not clean, i got eye infection from eyelash extensions both times i went.they don’t seem to clean the drawers they keep the eyelashes in, they’re just thrown in there

I was there on Wednesday 5/26/21. On the price display it was mentioned, $25.00. I was charged $30.00. Also the employee was too rude. She even burned my skin near eyes.

Your employee said that she cannot do the area between cheek and eyes. She didn't mention about the side of the eyes. Also. As per the price I saw on the price list face wax was$25.00 and I had showed it to the employee.

My daughter and I have been coming here for more than five years now. Still love the place. The prices are super reasonable and for the price the work is done very well. I've gotten Pedi, Mani, tips, eyebrow threading and tinting, eyelashes extensions, etc.

Viviana and the nail teachs are very unprofessional. They do not clean the instruments the proper way. Not do they even clean your nails the proper way. Do not visit this salon for nails.

I’m not sure if they understand the concept of appointments but I’m pretty sure the whole point is for you to keep them! I’ve come to this place 3 times WITH and appointment booked a day or 2 ahead of time and EACH time i have had to wait 30-50 minutes for my appointment even though I show up 10-15 minutes early. I’ve gone morning, afternoon and evening with the same results. I kept thinking it would change but after this third time it’s clearly an unprofessional situation. They do great mani/pedi’s with an exception of a cut here or there but they definitely need to work on their timing. If you book an appointment, plan yourself an extra hour.

It isn't excellent but it isn't bad either.

I like it. If you go for waxing you need to choose carefully who's gonna do it because there are some ladies there that aren't good at it.

In all honesty. Eyebrow threading is what they’re best at. But tbvh they’re eyelash service lacks quality. Also eyelash removal. One of the lady’s, who was new, did my lashes today and STUCK the lash with glue, (on my upper water line basically?) underneath my natural lash (even though the universal way of doing it is by going in between the lashes or on top of it). To make things worse, when the other lady removed them, it hurt so badly. Will now be going to another location for better service.

I've been coming to this location for a while and I love the ladies who do my eyebrows. They're always kind, friendly, and give me the perfect eyebrows. I unfortunately cannot say the same for an acrylic nail set that I received and haven't gone for that service since. After only 4 days of receiving the service, some of the nails started to break off when I've never had that happen before, and there were no changes in my lifestyle that would explain this happening. I went back and asked the nail tech if she would fix them and unfortunately she was offended and acted as if I purposely broke off my nails, which makes no sense whatsoever, especially since I frequent this location very often and have never had an issue before. Other than that one negative experience, the women who do my eyebrows for me are always happy to see me and they're the only ones I go to to get my eyebrows done. I would, without a doubt, give it 5 stars if I didn't have that negative experience. I am not naming the nail tech to value her privacy. The other nail techs who did my nails before this specific nail tech were always kind however.

Zoila was great and very accommodating even when I didn’t had an appointment. BUT, ask for the price of what you want first, I got a gel manicure and pedicure (which the price list says $26 each) and ended up paying $76 + tip

Okay. I hate to do this, but I am so completely disappointed at the full-leg wax I just got. It looks like I was shaving in the dark.and I'm still covered in wax. I've never had a more haphazard job like this, what happened? The previous two waxers I had were very professional and got the job done (no hair, no wax) but somehow this one got it all wrong, like she was in a hurry or something. Plus the salon is dirty and way too full for CDC guidelines right now, and I won't even mention the noxious fumes of industrial-grade acetone that hit you right as you walk in. What a disappointment. I thought I'd found a good place.

I don’t normally do reviews but honestly Sumi is worth all the praise! She did my Brazilian wax and my eyebrows (threading & tint) and I am extremely happy. She gave me exactly what I asked for with my eyebrows! Best part it’s a walk away from my house, I will forever be a customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I've got a pedicure there a couple a months ago and I've been dealing with a plantar wart since! They don't use individual scrubs for the callus removal and apparently don't sanitize properly because it is the first time in my life I've had this

I love this place. It’s surprisingly full service: wax, nails, threading, facials and massage. Sumi just gave me an amazing herbal facial and I am glowing.

Very nice, been a regular here for about a year now. But appointments are supposed to be made for nails for you not to wait. Well I’ve been making my appointments but lately I still hace to wait at least an hour. Is frustrating

I've been coming here for 5 years, I get acrylics pink and white and French tip on my toes. Andy and Kevin are great with my nails and always shape them how I like.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Called to make an appointment and was given an appointment at 3: 30. They ended up making me wait over 50 minutes while telling me only 15 more minutes the entire time.

Super reasonable prices, quality service, super nice staff. The shop could be more ambient, but it's still welcoming and comfortable. I got a mani-pedi and eyebrow threading and it was 100% worth the cost. I usually struggle to find affordable salons that are worth returning to, so I'm happy I found Lotus.

I've been coming to this place for a while now and the ladies are very skilled and professional. The place is clean, the price is fantastic, the service is perfect. Sumi does a great job and is quick and professional. Many of the other ladies have provided fantastic service as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is the only place I come to.
