Had a broken blind on my kitchen window that I got from somewhere else. Wasn't sure of the brand, type, style, or color of the blind. I called LIWT and was able to quickly send some pictures via txt message and set up an appointment for a visit. Within a few days we had the window treatment measured and ordered. It was delivered faster than expected and quickly installed. Will definitely come back here for any window treatment needs.

The sales people were friendly and very helpful in understanding what window treatments I needed for six windows three which were unusual sizes. The sales person came to my home and brought several catalogs from different companies. I chose the window treatments. The treatments had to be ordered from Hunter Douglas. They installed the shades within two days after they were delivered. The installers were on time and worked quickly and removing the packing when finished. They explained how to operate the shades. The installers were cordial. I highly recommend Long Island Window Treatments it was a pleasure to work with them.

My window was sick so I came here for treatment but it didn't work and he is still sick

Although our home was too far from Long Island Window Treatments for them to sell to us, Deanna still took time to give us a full explanation of HD products and wished us good luck with our project through another dealer. My blind stopped going up and down so I brought it to get repaired at LI window treatment. She sent the blinds to the manufacturer who told me it was too old to fix. A few hours later she said the manufacturer would replace all the blinds for me and LI window treatment set it all up. Gigi helped me pick out new blinds and set up installation. The installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the great customer service i received.
