Business showed great determination to get things right. Repair on my snowblower did not succeed on first attempt. Manager personally came back to pick up machine a second time in very blustery conditions at no further expense. Appreciate very much that they put forth the extra effort for my repair.

Took on a Westinghouse generator that nobody else could fix. Not only did they fix it, they fixed it quickly. This place is a 30 minute drive from my house. There are other places closer, but they have a customer for as long as they are around. They really seem to know what they are doing and care.

Great people and service. They serviced my lawnmower and did a great job no disappointments.

I went here to evaluate a used chainsaw that I purchased. I didn’t even know if I needed a new chain. I know, hindsight, that I probably should have bought new… anyway, these guys looked it over, and started it up. They went over how to start it up so when I had to eventually use it, I would know. They told me it was fine and that it didn’t need service. I cannot believe how honest and nice they were. I’m sooo grateful to find this kind of service. Thank you! I am speechless and truly grateful.

Very impressed with this local, family-owned business. I needed my Snow Blower repaired quickly and they finished the job in one day at a fair price. They even went above and beyond to give my machine a full tune-up and inspect areas I didn't know needed attention. They answered all my questions and offered me advice on how to better maintain my engine in the future. I feel more knowledgeable about how Snow Blowers work and I'm ready for the winter!

Reasonably priced. Lawnmower works like new for a 25 year old Troybilt. Will go there for all my small engine needs.

What you should expect is people who know how to fix stuff, fix it well and not rob you blind. That's exactly what you'll get. Love these guys. I brought in a 30 yr old Stihl that woodcutters wouldn't touch. It's running like a champ thanks to Lockport small engine repair. I drove up from Snyder. Only place I'll use in the future.

The guys there a Super knowledgeable and has been working on small eng.almost 30 years. Thought my engine was too old and needed a new one. He recognize the quality of the engine I had and fix everything. It runs great! Keep up the good work.

Glad to have found these guys. Turns out they're just around the corner from me. Dropped off my generator for a little maintenance the next day call with some suggestion. Once I gave the go ahead they had it done in no time and I picked it up in a few hours.
