Went for a drip and sauna session. Loved the staff and the place was clean. Nurse and front desk were so professional and loving. Felt like a hotel spa! Welcome to LIC guys.

I had my first cold plunge/sauna experience with them a few days ago. The facility was very well-kept and I appreciate having a private room for my cold plunge & sauna. I love the thoughtfulness of having a phone holder for me to record my first cold plunge experience to share with family and friends, and the staff took the time to explain the best way for me to experience the whole session (2 min cold plunge + 20 min sauna). I will definitely come back for more.
