I had locked my key in my car. Service was amazing & fast. I didn’t get a name but a tall Spanish guy did the job fast.

If I can give negative star I would. My All State insurance called them because I need towing. Worst Company! I called to get an ETA since they are already late and they just hang up the phone. I called back and all they do is put me on hold. Worst customer service. Insurance company should not have business with this company.

Horrible, I had my car towed from my home to a repair shop and the tower left my car at a business next to the repair shop, he left my car unlocked overnight and left my car keys in the car. I specifically told the driver to please lock my car and place the keys in the drop box. And he did not! I requested to ride with the driver ehile dropping my car off and was told that I could not. I wanted to ride along and arrange a ride to pick me up, for fear of this same situation, because I was concerned about this happening and it did. Very negligent. I would never recommend or use their services again.

They were able to pick up the car & take it over to my mechanic. No worries. Excellent service.

Tow driver was great! Dispatcher calling 10 mins before truck arrived then saying I could not ride with driver. Thankfully driver was understanding and allowed me to ride with him.

Never showed up! Repeated calls to them and my insurance with promises they would be there but never came. 4 different promised eta's, took time off work, then they made me miss the body shop hours. Any good reviews they have baffle me because all I got from them was lies and excuses. Literally told be at noon that they would be at my house in 45 mins, when i called at 12: 45 they said they canceled the tow and hour ago (which would have been 11: 45) because of weather. How's that? How do you cancel a tow then tell the customer 15 minutes LATER that you're on the way?

I’m from Louisiana and needed a quick rental car and these guys were so nice and very professional! They got me a car within minutes and had me on the road ready to explore New York City! We were very thankful we found them!

I used this service, when my car overheated on me. I was stuck at a gas station for hours. Gregory was amazing! He made sure I wasn’t left on the side of the road, and worked with my insurance despite all there nonsense and towed my vehicle and myself an hour to safety. Great experience and person. He really went above and beyond to help me.

Five stars is NOT enough for this company, or the guy, a Veteran of Afghanistan, that saved my Sister the other night/morning. She had been STRANDED for seven and a half hours thanks to stupidity from HER insurance company. The MAN that came and got her: comforted her, talked with her, treated her well, and took care of phone calls FOR HER!

Lil Pete’s made two trips to attempt to save me from a sticky situation. I got my uhaul rental truck stuck in snow, but was able to get it out thanks to Ray! He was a great driver and did everything in his power to get me back on the road. His partner Frankie also was a huge help. If anyone is stuck out there call Lil Pete’s!

They didn't perform any service. I ended up waiting for 2 hours to eventually get a call asking if my car was low to the ground which it was.then they had to find a driver who had ramps.was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes and never did. I then waited for another 2 hours to then figure I'll reach out and see what's up.to be then left on hold for 25 minutes to being hung up on.to then finally reaching someone to talk to to be told that they didn't feel like buying the Ramos.it is an honor to have ny time wasted by you guys.all in all keep up the good work

Ray the driver came and picked me up and was very kind and helpful during the towing process. He was extremely friendly. Went out of his way to try and be calming and helpful during an extremely stressful situation for myself. By far the best tow-experience I have ever had. Shout out to Ray!

One of the worst companies to deal with. Had to wait over 5 hours and then they cancelled my service and left me stuck without help. Everytime I called up they gave me a song and dance excuse and said they'd be there in 20 minutes. Completely unreliable and unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. One driver said they were 6 miles way and half an hour later I call the same number and its a different driver who has no idea they were supposed to tow me. How do these people stay in business? I'll definitely be alerting Allstate to their lack of professionalism. They left me stranded in sub freezing temperatures. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away this company.

Worst automotive service I've ever experienced. I needed a simple lift out of the snow and they had me waiting for 7 hours. I called them multiple times and he kept saying the driver is coming on his way to you right now at least 5 times within a 7 hour time period.he then told me that my insurance company canceled my request which was complete bs.please if you see this review or the other 70 horrible reviews that were left save yourself and choose another company to do business with

My car was stuck on Christmas eve, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the situation, helpful, professional, and were able to get me on my way quickly. I really appreciated it.

If I can rate a zero I definitely would!
I'm waiting since 10AM to have the tow truck show its 3: 03pm and still nothing.
When calling they put me on hold for 25 minutes then hung the phone up in my face!
Do not use them!

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Call for roadside assistance at 8: 30 am. I was told that the tow truck would arrive approx. 10: 30 am. Its now 1: 16 pm, still waiting. Do yourself a favor use another company!

I needed a tow and my insurance co.arranged for Lil' Pete's to pick up the car from a parking lot. At 1pm I asked for a pickup between 3: 30 and 4: 00. By 4: 00 nobody had showed up. I got a bunch of texts, about every 15 minutes, saying 25 more minutes, 30 more minutes, etc. This went on for hours. Eventually a tow driver called me and said he'd be there within the hour. An hour went by - no truck. Two hours - no truck. Finally around 9pm the insurance company called and told me the car was picked up. I verified and.nope. The car was right where I left it. I strongly urged my insurance co.to stop doing business with Lil Pete's. And I strongly urge anyone reading this review to find someone else.

Got locked out my car this guy was great! Fast friendly professional and efficient. We more people like him in the world. I just hit this service on September 24th at 5pm. Not a long wait at all. Can’t remember the guy name. But I’m thankful for his service.

Horrible service waited three hours for no reason going to back to the bronx. No one ended up coming.
